It appears that our tyrannical sham of a government is going to institute even harsher restrictions just in time for Christmas. Everything is going to be forced shut, except for "Essential Businesses." Back to square one, it seems. I am mad as hell, sp I figured blastinf a nice populist metal anthem would fit nicely today.
My squatting felt pretty off today, and the weights felt heavier than usual; but regardless, I CRUSHED IT, with a new rep PR by TWO WHOLE REPS, BABY. I could have grinded out anothwe couple or so, but I was only planning to go for six, so settling with seven was more than alright with me.
Even when things seem dire, and out of your control, try and do whatever you can to seize whatever victories you can, and KEEP PUSHING 🤟🏻
