Delicious 2-ingredient vegetable quiche recipe

Hello friends! Today we prepare a soft quiche. You will need 2 ingredients: water and soy flour. You can also replace the soy flour with that of lentils, chickpeas or lupins, to your liking!

Ingredients:
100 grams of soy flour (or other if you prefer)
300 grams of water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
a pinch of pepper

STEPS:
In a large bowl pour 100 grams of soy flour (or other vegetables)
Add a pinch of pepper
Add a teaspoon of salt
Pour in 300 grams of water and mix with a wooden spoon
Cover with cooking wrap and leave to rest in the fridge for 3 hours
After 3 hours, line a pan with parchment paper
Remove the film and add a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
Mix well
Pour the mixture into the pan
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes
Eat and enjoy!
