Oregon Ballot Measure 114 passed by a State Majority of 50.7% of the Popular vote. It Contains several provisions but primarily a “License to purchase” and a Standard Capacity Magazine ban. Most Semi-automatic pistols and rifles come with 15-20 round magazines. The 10 Round is the exception and is required in 12 states. Oregon is trying to make that 13.
