overslept so its an afternoon workout

goal is to lose 15-20lbs by the end of May 2022. Brief update on weight loss and basic meal plan.

Man it feels great to be working out again! Bad news is cam battery died before the end of the set but uploading what I can.

I am committed to losing 15-20lbs in the next month. This not the best plan but is a goal to kickstart myself.

Yeah it was a rough one, didn't want to get up let alone start working out. Motivation is hard sometimes and one of the best sources is outside encouragement. A single positive word can go a long way

Fit test again and its not what I would call pretty

So its another Eagle Fang Friday and I go through the fit test again and at the end throw in a couple pictures of the owl. Pretty cool encounter

I need to get serious about getting ready for the fit test...got a long way to go and not much time

back to the normal grind, doing the A side workout but it kicked my butt this am.

So the first part was so corrupted that I could not save it..mainly just explained that because of the snow I did a 16hr shift plowing and wasnt able to upload. Today tried a mobility routine for the hip flexors. Back to grinding on Monday

Mondays are tough but we can be tougher and get up and get going
