Yes it has been a year and I am still loving this machine. I have no regrets buying it and no complaints.

Got the first week in the books and thats a good start. We got a long way to go but it all starts with the first step

moving from the treadmill to the rower to try and improve endurance. Same A workout

Today I share a creepy encounter the wife had. We are still trying to process it but it has left us both a little unnerved!

Yes! great workout this morning got the blood pumping and sweat flowing! Better than coffee this is how to start the day!

Yes it was nice to have a few weeks off but its even better to get back to the sweat and struggle! Join us as we work to make ourselves better this year!

Yesterday was both good and bad (and kind of ugly come to think of it) the key is how we react to the natural ebb and flow of what life throws at us.

So hard to get up and going this morning..you would think I was on vacation already. Took effort but I did manage to get the workout in and feeling much better for it!

It got me pumped! can hardy wait for the new season to drop, it looks amazing.

So I was not impressed with this trainer or the program and that is alright. There are plenty of others to choose from and I can always create my own.

Not really enjoying this particular program so may have to create my own
