Insurance Agent MLM Scams a Texan. #antimlm #familyfirstlife
Family First Life, FFL, agent Tex joined the life insurance MLM expecting to earn a fortune. Tex tells us that "shady things happened to my mentors."
The leads that he was sold, thinking that they were exclusive were resold many times over. And the policies that Tex did sell got replaced with better policies sold by more experienced agents.
Churning is illegal and should be reported to the department of insurance, whether done by the agent or the upline/IMO/MLM.

Insurance Agent Lead Selling Scam - Part 5 #antimlm #familyfirstlife
Family First Life, FFL, agent Mark Sias joined the life insurance MLM expecting to earn 200K per. At this point, he discovered that Family First Life is a complete and utter scam.
Like a criminal organization. A "big Wig", in Family First Life, calls him and tells him to delete a Facebook post that Mark explained that it is better to create Facebook ads, as opposed to, depending on buying leads from Family First Life lead sellers. The "Big Wig" tells Mark that he will be sued if he does not delete the post. "Oh Man."

North American Senior Benefits Scamming Recruits / Violating the Law
Another Integrity Marketing Group Company called North American Senior Benefits is not complying with the law that mandates business opportunity participants should not be scammed.
North American Senior Benefits claims to have close to 5,000 life insurance agents that earn an average of $92,000 per year. Pure rubbish.
Here is a Reddit thread about the lawsuits that an Integrity Marketing Group subsidiary called Family First Life is going through.
https://www.reddit.com/r/antiMLM/comments/15wfzb8/family_first_life_lawsuits_thread_portal/
You can see the income disclosure state of Integrity Marketing Group subsidiary PHP Agency linked from the Reddit #antimlm forum which shows that 77% of PHP Agency recruits earn less than $5,000 in commission before expenses, which really means they are losing money.

This job interview is in clear violation of Florida's Business Opportunity Sales Act. You can hear the recruiter Sahid Abdallah of Ft Lauderdale, Florida telling the potential recruit that "the average PHP Agency" recruit earns between 8 and 12 thousand dollars a month. Pure rubbish in reality.
Home page of Reddit's #antimlm forum - https://www.reddit.com/r/antiMLM/ - PHP Agency's authentic income disclosure statement - https://web.archive.org/web/20220711160858/https://phpagency.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/PHP-Agency-Inc.-Income-Disclosure-2021.pdf

Interesting how Sahid's ziprecruiter advertisement does not mention PHP Agency, and he tells the recruit that the job is with Integrity Marketing Group.
As if, Sahid did not want the recruit to know the job is with PHP Agency.

Family First Life Recruiter from Philippines Tells All
John the filipino, tells us that he is part of a team of 9 agents that cold call new agents. The USA manager is adam ellis. Which is probably a fictitious name. About 5% of the agents state they are on the do not call list. He calls for the national agent alliance and FFL. Which are both integrity marketing companies - FFL inviting agents to the masterclass that they run once a week.
His personal number is +63 967 761 1820 - he is on WhatsApp
the original number that he was answering was (972) 474-1558. I am uncertain if he is still working there. This call was made in Jan, 2023.
FFL will tell the court that they do not hire offshore telemarketers.
This video describes how Family First Lif harasses agents.
and an sms exchange that states that FFL hire offshore via fivver and upwork.
here is the conversation from a few weeks ago. he dont pick up the phone now.
he knows details of integrity deals.. cuz he was in on the emails. Montalto got 2 million. he says ffl owns the lead companies..
FL recruiter6:13 PM
Hi Aaron, I’m a former employee of multiple agents from family first life. I was a recruiter and operations manager from 2020-2022. I was then an integrity employee in 2022-2023. I was in many high level meetings. I've met and spoke with Shawn personally on multiple occasions. I also know Killimett, Ayala, and Montalto quite well. I was in meetings with integrity lawyers among other partners. I knew of these few threatening to resign before even told to integrity. Ask me anything.
NAAIP
ok
FFL
You read the lawsuit and the counterclaim? so you realize that IMG is accusing the Ayala and others of fraud in order to get out of paying or to pay less in a negotiated settlement?
Yes. It's up integrity's alley.
NAAIP
apparently Killimet settled, while FFL is offering the others between 150 and 300K
Matthew Smith and Montalto never got any big money from IMG, just promises... while Ayala actually did get big money when he sold.
Ayala apparently is talking to the criminal investigators in Florida.. He says he has the evidence against Meaike
we all know that fraud is illegal.. jail time.
FFL recruiter
I've have 0 contact since leaving in may. I have personally seen with my own eyes Montaltos deal via email. His deal was 2 million upfront and a 275k salary, with stocks, etc. I know his deal was the smallest out of all.
I do not know the details of the others except that they were for a lot more.
Once I became an employee, they also stopped paying my bonuses. I did not receive a raise as promised.
I have signed an NDA. I was made to multiple times by integrity and FFL.
FFL
I'm in no place to handle them pursuing legal action. But things do need to be brought to light. I've reached out to you once before last year but got nervous since I was still there.
NAAIP
I heard the conversation with Smith wife... She talked that her Hubbie don't receive money
I assumed that Montalto was same
NAAIP
NDA does not mean U lie to the police or courts
If they make promise and don't fulfill, U should sue
And court records are open to public
NAAIP
FFL claims in court that they don't hire fillipinos for recruitment
FFL
They do
NAAIP
They claim they don't sell leads
FFL
Off fiver and upwork

Shawn Meaike owns the lead companies
NAAIP
They also have a team of nine phones guys in fillipinos
Meaning if U sue... They don't want to go thru discovery.. so they just pay u

But how would I even begin?

Is the Fiverr account under meaike name
FFL
Not to my knowledge I have never seen Shawn account, many of the independent agents do or are encouraged to do so

Family First Life Recruiter States 20K Monthly Income After a Few Months
They have 400 agents on their team now - average 9k per month.
This video of the interview with a Family First Life recruiter was made in October 2022 at the same time as the video as the Brittney the Fraudster was made. This recruiter, Donnie, is relying on the con that he is particular on who he is willing to hire and train. lol.
Actually, for 14k after a few months.. if you get trained by Donnie. His pitch that he interviews 50 agents weekly and only accepts 3 or 4. lol.
The Family First Life company that Donnie is mentioning is Family First Life United of Fort Walton Beach, FL.
The owner, Ryan M., sold his agency to Integrity Marketing Group a few years ago for 2 million dollars and subsequently was collecting a .275 million dollar annual salary plus extras.
Below is the sms conversation with a former FFL in house staff.
The Tyra whistleblower explains these deals of selling agencies for the Integrity Deal.
https://youtu.be/LkI7Of2Mohs?si=Irrvhdo2BMr8XPdD
In early 2023 Ryan quit his integrity marking group job and was immediately rehired and fired for cause. and then sued by integrity marketing group to recoup the moneys paid to Ryan.
Ryan's counterclaim calls integrity marketing group and family first life a Ponzi Scheme. behindmlm.com has written an article about this lawsuit.
https://behindmlm.com/companies/cfo-allegedly-confirmed-family-first-life-is-a-ponzi-scheme/
Certainly, Donnie's income claims are false and illegal according to the Florida Business Opportunity Law and the FTC order.. In fact, Family First Life is not even complying with the business opportunity law. I cannot find anything online that details the actual incomes of their business opportunity participants.
This video is the actual phone call, not edited.
If we look at the cease and desist that family first life received from the FTC, it is clear that Family First Life should be complying. Totally illegal.

FTC Report Fraud:
https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/
Marco is hopeful that the MLM insurance agent recruiting scams such as Primerica will soon end by victims filing complaints to the FTC/ Federal Trade Commission.
I disagree with Marco on that point. Marco tells us the details of how MLMs, suck as Primerica, donate huge moneys to politicians by way of their Political Action Committee (PAC). And how MLM's routinely ignore FTC cease & desist orders.
I know of four Integrity Marketing Group subsidiaries, (FFL, PHP Agency, Equis and NAA) that have received the FTC cease & desist warning letter of a $43,792 per violation if they lie about expected incomes one more time, but they continue their ridiculous claims.
The most effective way for the public to be made whole by scammers, such as Primerica, is for victims to to their story on YouTube/TikTok. There is a decent chance you will receive a lawsuit threat from the scammer.
Afterward, write a well-written letter to the various government agencies, including the FTC and your State Attorney General.
There is a decent chance your Attorney General will refer you to lawsuit the scammer, i.e.Primerica, with a list of attorneys.
Regardless, your information and video is helping the AG and FTC build a case against Primerica. And finding an attorney to accept your case on a contingency becomes much more likely since your experience is well written and your authenticity is on video display.
Scammers don't want to be law suited since your claim would be public information.
Primerica would prefer to pay you off before you file the lawsuit, especially if your video explaining how you got scammed is getting numerous views.

Family First Life: The Emotional Toll of Being Scammed
Family First Life agent Chris of Minnesota calls my office and describes how he worked for Family First Life for one year. Made no sales and spent $7,000 on leads.

Family First Life: White-Collar Crime Victim Protection Act - 1st Degree Felony
Agent of Jacksonville told me on my recorded telephone line that he was a participant in Family First Life's (FFL) churning and fraud operation, I knew I had to bring this information to the proper authorities.
Here are the steps that I took.
1. Made a great video based on that phone call and uploaded to YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-695-2vfdLI&list=PLJVKYiW2lCj5oHUZkuMJJEIQAZzhWQisX&index=1
2. Informed Attorney Chris Wellman of California who has filed a class-action lawsuit against FFL claiming lead fraud. https://www.naaip.org/first-family-life-class-action-lawsuit-ffl.pdf
3. Emailed and phone called FTC (Federal Trade Commission) attorney Suzanne Barth and pleaded with her to use the Federal government's powers to protects America's most vulnerable citizens. FFL received a Cease & Desist from the FTC in December 2021 which mandates them to stop lying to new agents. https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/warning-letters/cease_and_desist_letter_to_family_first_life_llc-_12.27.2021.pdf
4. I Googled "Florida insurance fraud" and discovered that "The Bureau of Insurance Fraud" is a law enforcement branch of state government that investigates and prosecutes "criminal activity", organized schemes to defraud the public and insurers. It is commanded by a law enforcement major and consists of 127 sworn officers and 26 civilian support staff members.
5. Twenty-eight of the Florida law enforcement officers' email and phone numbers were listed online. I sent my last newsletter titled "Video Evidence that Should Put FFL CEO in Jail" to these twenty-eight officers. Surprisingly, sixteen of the twenty-eight emails were opened, supposedly read. In fact, one Captain who commands 9 counties "opened" my email 35 times until now.

6. A long conversation ensued with the Lieutenant Z and I explained to the Lieutenant Z the laws on churning in Florida's statute - a first degree misdemeanor: An administrative fine not greater than $75,000 for each willful violation and by a definite term of imprisonment not exceeding one year.
Lieutenant Z was not familiar with the laws on churning since his department mostly concentrates on apprehending white-collar criminals who defraud insurance companies.
7. Lieutenant Z was kind enough to tell me about first degree felony that my description of Family First Life's actions were likely violating.
The statute for Organized Scheme to Defraud [817.034 (1)(d)]and Aggravated White-Collar Crime [775.0844].

and
http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&URL=0700-0799/0775/Sections/0775.0844.html
also known as the “White-Collar Crime Victim Protection Act”
The following is written in the Florida lawbooks. (b)1. For a felony of the first degree, by a term of imprisonment not exceeding 30 years or, when specifically provided by statute, by imprisonment for a term of years not exceeding life imprisonment.
Lieutenant Z tells me that has viewed many of my videos on my Family First Life Class Action Witness YouTube playlist and I was kind enough to send the lieutenant a large list of Florida insurance agents that shared with me that they were defrauded by Family First Life.
Lieutenant Z emails me in back after our long conversation:
I have reached out to our partner agency (Division of Agent and Agency Services, Bureau of Investigation) for assistance in obtaining some records that are accessible to them. As I stated yesterday and after consulting with 15th Judicial State Attorney’s Office, at this point I would be unable to obtain a blanket subpoena for any entities unless there was specific evidence that would corroborate the broad reach of a blanket subpoena (these are subpoenas issued to an entity where you ask for any and all documents pertaining to date ranges, counties, states, etc.)
Please do not hesitate to contact me with further information, and I will continue to follow-up on my end.
Regards, Lieutenant Z

Family First Life: Major Evidence of Systemic Defrauding of New Agents
My office received a phone call from a Jacksonville, Florida insurance agent that was lured by grandiose promises to bring himself and his team of 12 productive agents from American Income Life to Family First Life.
Agent Jimel join FFL in March 2022 and fast-forward to November 2022 is begging that NAAIP help him in obtaining "a release" from Family First Life. Agent Jimel subsequently tells us of major criminal wrongdoings.
Interesting Quotes:
"My team is mostly gone"
"Family First Life has a lead center that mostly doesn't work"
"They sell them (leads) over and over and over"
"The managers will replace new agents policies (from bounty leads) even when the agent is active"
"I was buying bounty leads and made approximately 15 sales from them"
Jimel tells us that he was given a list of recent Americo sales (a few months old) and subsequently had the client double their coverage with Mutual of Omaha for the same money.
Obviously, the new agents that were recruited with grand promises had no idea that their sales data would soon be given to an experienced agent would cause the client to cancel the original policy.
Oooops, major fraud. Churning, Elder abuse.
"None of the promises that Family First Life told us to convince us to join FFL were kept"
"They won't release me"
"Americo is so expensive compared to everything else"

Family First Life Violating FTC Cease & Desist. Recruiter Lying to New Agent.
Agent after agent is telling me that they are being "promised the moon" and being promised $11 exclusive leads by Family First Life recruiters.
Finally, I pulled the trigger and applied via zip recruiter to FFL and heard the lies directly from a Family First Life recruiter/fraudster.
Interesting Quotes:
"Some part-time (agents) take home between 5 and 7 thousand per week. And some do 30K per month."
"It depends on how much you are willing to put in and how active you are" (skills apparently don't matter)
"You will have to purchase leads which is how you make your income"
"Typically, the first batch of leads that everyone (agents) purchases is around $1,000 which guarantees a handful of sales which more than overcompensates for what you've spent."
"Put it on your credit card and when you get the commission, you just pay it off."
"We have a system that works... as long as you do the following, and you are coachable"
"We don't sell the leads, but we know the leads are good because ..... We don't monitor the leads but make sure you will not get leads that go to other agents"
"Instant Internet Leads" - "Exclusive leads are $11" - (This is a huge lie)
The agency name is Family First Life Premier of Georgia and the recruiter/fraudster is named Brittney and her boss is Jeremy,
"When you build the business (she is inferring about recruiting other agents), the business is yours" If you decided in two years that you wanted to leave you can leave and take your book of business" but later in the call, after being pressed, she tells me that FFL won't give a release, which is actually true. (Which means the time and effort that you spent recruiting will be stolen from you. Oooops).
"Family First Life has a ton of leads, we never run out" ($11 exclusive leads). "Refilled every minute of every day."
"We have millions of agents"
'In my subset of 300 agents, some agents do 400k in 6 months, 700K in a year"
"You can make a million dollars a year, but it depends on you and your work ethic"
"We have exclusive mailers as well"
The fraudster agrees that I am likely to make the sale if it is an exclusive lead and I speak to the prospect in 30 seconds.
"Greg Birch is an angry person who decided to file a lawsuit"
"Family First Life has no control over release issues", but when corrected that this is not true the fraudster gave additional excuses. It is clear that FFL does not release and that who "free to come and go" is a lie.
ZipRecruiter's ads show expected income at Family First Life of up to $500,000 per year.
