The Art of War - Sun Tzu - What You Need to Know!
The Art of War by Sun Tzu - The Main Point You Need to Know.
Sun Tzu wrote a lot about strategy and how it related to war. The main point I got from the book is that you MUST know when to fight, and know when not to fight. In other words, you need to know your strengths and weaknesses as well as that of your adversary. You don't go into a fight when you are unmatched. You are essentially setting yourself up for failure. In summary, know who or what you are going against (do your homework) before you decide to fight.

The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone - MUST read book! Explained.
The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone - MUST read book!
The main point of this book is that you must set your target 10x greater than what you think you can achieve, and take action 10x greater than what you think you can do. This method allows you, or better yet, forces you to stretch yourself. Reach for goals you think are out of touch. By forcing yourself to stretch, you force yourself to do more in order to achieve more. It's a simple method to understand, but hardly anyone does it. Why? Because it forces you out of your comfort zone...constantly.

Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss (Ex-FBI Negotiator): What You Should Know!
Never Split the Difference by Ex-FBI Negotiator Chris Voss. A MUST Read Book!
The main two main points of this book are the following:
1. Negotiating begins with listening to the other person. Listening to what they are saying, and more importantly, to what they are not saying. A lot of times, people only tell you things that benefit them. Hardly do they tell you things that hurt their credibility. So, listen to what they are not telling. Things that you would expect in a similar story.
2. Mirror the other person's emotions. The more you can relate to the other person the better your chances are that they will open up to you, which is what you want. Try to relate to them by showing empathy. Share a similar story. That way, they will understand that you understand them, however, don't try to make it about you. It's always about them.
