I got Covid as well. Not surprising because at the moment it feels like half of NYC is sick. It was most likely Delta since it started in my bronchial tube, and I ended up losing my sense of smell. Coffee is drank daily around the world. Studies show contradictory effects on human health. In this video I share my perspective and experiences with coffee. A lot of what I am discussing is anecdotal so take it for what it's worth. I attached meta studies about coffee, but as you can see, the outcomes are "debatable." In my opinion when it comes to coffee, you will have to make this decision based on how your own body responds to it. My choice was to give up coffee. Maybe you will be better off if you do too. That said, I don't think coffee is a devil, it may have good and beneficial applications.
