WHY QUIT COFFEE | SHOULD CARNIVORES GIVE UP COFFEE: DIGESTION, SLEEP, ANXIETY, FERTILITY, AUTOIMMUNE

Coffee is drank daily around the world. Studies show contradictory effects on human health. In this video I share my perspective and experiences with coffee. A lot of what I am discussing is anecdotal so take it for what it's worth.
I attached meta studies about coffee, but as you can see, the outcomes are "debatable."
In my opinion when it comes to coffee, you will have to make this decision based on how your own body responds to it.
My choice was to give up coffee. Maybe you will be better off if you do too. That said, I don't think coffee is a devil, it may have good and beneficial applications.
