The tool in the video is a reaction tool to improve hand and eye coordination. You call out a color (Red, Yellow, Blue) the person has to catch that color. You can make it easy (not spinning the tool) or hard (spin it).
This was a great and fun exercise to end the day with my client.

Tired of crunches and sit-ups? Crunches and sit-ups places stress on your lower back?
Can be used with trap bar (bar in video) barbell, dumbbells or kettlebells.
The uneven load naturally pulls you to one side, and you have to tighten your entire core (posterior tilt, squeeze your glutes, suck your belly button towards your spine) to maintain an upright position.
Of course, start with lower weight first. As you become stronger add weight. Hold for 7-10 secs each side for 3 Reps. Great for burnouts.
You can also do these for your carry’s. (Advanced Carry)

Improve Your Pull-Ups 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Military PT Test, PT Test or just want to do more pull-ups try these exercises to increase your rep count.
1) Eccentric Pull-Ups💪🏽You can jump up or use something to assist you bringing you to the top. Establish your grip, Slowly fight the resistance of your Bodyweight pulling you down for a four second count.
2) Inverted Rows or Aussies The more parallel you are with the ground the more challenging the exercise will become. I show the progressions of the exercise in the video. Continue to work on these, once these become easier you will see your pull-ups improving being able to do more.

If you wake up with a tight upper to mid back, try this out.
All you need is a yoga block and a light resistance band.
The knee that is up, place yoga block between the knee and wall. Place your hand on the wall and rotate to try and touch the other side of the wall or go until you can't turn anymore. This should be down slow, not fast.
This can be done without the band as well.
A great exercise to start your day off, for a warm-up, core exercise or a cool-down. 10-15 reps on each side, Give it a try today!
