Palloff Press
Anti-rotation hold exercise, it challenges you to keep your core, hips and glutes tight fighting the resistance of the cable machine.
This exercise can be done with resistance bands too. Check out a post I did with one of my clients.

The Hanging Band Bench Press From Stabil FIT Life #StabilFITLife
The weights bounce around as you perform the bench press which forces you to use all of your muscles to stabilize the barbell which can have you work harder than normal.
This is an advanced exercise, DO NOT TRY WITH HEAVY WEIGHTS.
For example, if your max is 135lbs, try this with 105lbs.
Make sure to check the resistance bands you are using for rips and tears before applying bands to weights.
If your using iron plates, be aware of the condition of them. If they have any sharp edges from dings, this can rip right through the bands.

Challenge Your Planks, this is another plank variation you can do.
Make sure you are proficient with bodyweight planks first before adding weight to back.
Lay bands, colored cones or markers in front of your athlete, partner or client. Call out the colors they need to tap while in the plank position. Duration, depends on the person, 30 secs up to a 1 minute.

If the discomfort/pain is sharp or radiating down your arm please see your physician.
These exercises help strengthen the Acromioclavicular Joint. I suggest starting light and slow when going into other exercises, i.e. bench press, DB bench press, any overhead exercises.
These exercises can be used as a warmup, core exercises or at home recovery.
