27.4 lbs and 42.5” long. Here’s a video I used to reference. I predrilled mine and used about 5 or 6 drywall screws. Try to set it somewhere where you can support the stick to make it level.  I used a vertical 2x4 in my shed to eyeball it. Make sure the concrete gets packed and they are good and let it dry for a couple days. So after the first time using a mace, I watched a lot more videos to pick up better technique and cues to swine the macebell. I tagged them in my IG post if you’re interested. Link is on the main page. These specific movements I got from TheSavageArmy. I ordered a 10lb.. but it’s not here yet…. So this is the 20lb mace. I may not have needed the 10… we’ll fine out Will also be making a Gada soon.

Just some basic movements. I think, even if you are doing kettlebells and other types of functional training… You still need to incorporate basic strength movements to build strength efficiently. 

44lb kettle bells. Starting new exercises. I’m 43 and have never used them before. There are a ton of exercises to do with these. Don’t be afraid to incorporate new exercises into your fitness regimen. 🤜🏼🤛🏼 Turkish get ups are also a brand new exercise for me… Many of these movements require a lot more focused than I’m used to.  I look forward to getting good with these. I don’t think I’m ready to start flipping them around yet. 😂

20lb mace. This is the beginning of my bacebell training.  I’ve watched some more instruction video and have a lighter mace on the way to get my technique solid.

4” ring from about 6m. Took 27 minutes….. many near misses….

Throwing these 15” Hawkeye owned from Bullseye Blades. 3, 4” rings in a row… 1 rotation. Attempt 2 rings and 2 knives.. but ring’s didn’t cooperate…

I tried to make this a five minute video…  I guess I could’ve split it up.  I wanted to cover what I did with the picatinny top cover as well as give an update on my AK with the KPYK furniture from Legion USA.  Feel free to ask any questions or leave any information. * I had bought the ME picatinny top cover, but the picatinny slots didn’t fit the hardware for the AmericanDefense mount or Primary Ams. It did fit round hardware like the one on my Trijicon reflex optic. I returned it, not sure is this was a batch problem, or picatinny compatibility issue.

So one thing I forgot, was a few months in, I bought a tennis elbow strap to go on my forearm… I’ll include a link in the comments. The injury happened about Nov. 2021 and the majority of the pain was gone about October of 2022. The pain was persistent until I started doing an exercise recommended by Squat University, and soon after doing the new exercise along with the other stretching and exercises I was already doing…. The pain was gone. Hope this helps! I continue to do these rehab exercises mainly for prevention and to hit areas neglected in my circuit training. Thanks for watching. Just remember that I am not a doctor or a medical professional… Just sharing what worked for me.

So, I had a dream the night before I found something that resembled a huge spade or spear point. The next morning I went out to cover my woodpile with some scrap particle board. I happened to look down and I saw a symmetrical looking piece of quartzite. Being pretty sure it was something good, I pulled out my phone…. And…. Boom! Haven’t found anything like this in about 30+ years! Found this right beside my house! Let me know if you think these were used as knives or spears!
