How I Fixed My Tennis Elbow / Tendentious!

So one thing I forgot, was a few months in, I bought a tennis elbow strap to go on my forearm… I’ll include a link in the comments. The injury happened about Nov. 2021 and the majority of the pain was gone about October of 2022. The pain was persistent until I started doing an exercise recommended by Squat University, and soon after doing the new exercise along with the other stretching and exercises I was already doing…. The pain was gone. Hope this helps! I continue to do these rehab exercises mainly for prevention and to hit areas neglected in my circuit training. Thanks for watching.
