First Time Kettlebells

44lb kettle bells. Starting new exercises. I’m 43 and have never used them before. There are a ton of exercises to do with these. Don’t be afraid to incorporate new exercises into your fitness regimen. 🤜🏼🤛🏼 Turkish get ups are also a brand new exercise for me… Many of these movements require a lot more focused than I’m used to.  I look forward to getting good with these. I don’t think I’m ready to start flipping them around yet. 😂
