My fellow citizen of U.K. & the World , I am speaking with you with all truth & honesty to expose huge injustice ,discrimination , victimisation & racial abuse against me by the politicians , Medical establishment ,General Medical Council ,NHS & Trust where I was working in early 2020 as a Consultant General Surgeon. On the emergence of novel corona virus in early 2020 ,the unprecedented lockdown resulted closure of all the borders of the countries which created serious confusion. Being a qualified , skilled ,experienced and senior doctor with critical thinking & research oriented mind ,I looked the scenario differently and held an opinion of the novel corona virus pandemic & voiced to support public during the time of confusion, darkness ,uncertainty & wilderness against unprecedented lockdown, serious restriction on the public health services , financial damages to public due to loss of their jobs and business, loss of education , loss of civil liberties , human rights and medical ethics & wilful closure of total health services for the public which I expressed in couple of my videos over the social media in March 2020. I was targeted by the Trust with sudden unlawful dismissal on 22/4/2020 without any notification ,charge sheet or disciplinary action followed by suspension order by the General Medical Council on 1/6/2020 for 12 months in a brief online hearing over the Skype with further extension of my suspension order by the GMC for another 18 months until today to shut me down. I had no clinical or patient related issue ,misconduct ,ethical ,health or social issue to justify such a cruel , unjustified and unfair treatment. GMC failed to establish mental health issue and clinical case against me in order to reinforce & strengthen their unlawful & false fabricated media related case . I intended to use my long standing experience, knowledge, qualification and skills to produce better world to safeguard public & patients , protecting their health, human rights ,civil liberties based on my medical ethics , “First Do No Harm “. In early 2020 I predicted 1.Lockdown will destroy public employment & income to make them state dependent . 1. Govt. Closed health services to save public tax payers money,not spent on public. 2.Closure of the health services during pandemic resulted deaths of millions of cancer & other serious & elderly patients in nursing & care homes , patients in their own homes died due to various serious medical conditions without any medical treatment , youngsters suicidal rate rocketed sky high due to loss of their jobs, depression & isolation. 3.Patients on the waiting lists have gone up from 4 to 10 millions in 2023 because Govt. stopped treating patients in last 3 years. 4.Most importantly I also predicted future planning of the mandatory vaccination by the government & MRHA in collaboration with the big pharmaceutical companies with full indemnity . I was right ,in September 2020 mRNA vaccine was rolled out by MRHA & Govt. in collaboration with the NHS ,GMC and Trusts to inject into public without their informed consent which is contrary to the medical ethics . NHS is going to be privatised in U.K. and most likely has been already sold off to an American private firm . I neither lied, committed any crime in expressing my viewpoints,misconducted or spread misinformation or damage to my profession. I simply stood for the cause of the humanity. It’s our politicians ,medical establishment, NHS,Medical Regulator & Trusts who lied to you and are still lying one after the other not to provide you true information. I have seen misery of the patients in the hospitals with minimum 12-24 hours wait time to see a doctor ,wait time is over 12-24 months to see a specialist ,Face to Face appointment with GP is impossible, patients are pushed to go privately ,65% who could afford have gone privately for their treatment but not everyone could afford. I knocked the doors of the High Court for the justice against the long standing & ongoing injustice and cruelty by the NHS ,GMC & Trust to me with damage to my reputation , career , job and income for the last 3 years & my family with a wife & 3 children who have been traumatised due loss of livelihood as a result of my prolonged suspension. I had these concerns for the public related to holding an opinion of Covid pandemic and voicing for the public at the time of desperation , darkness and wilderness but I was targeted by my Trust ( North Manchester Hospital Trust) and dismissed on 22/4/2020 without any clinical or ethical issues. This was followed by Suspension Order by the GMC on 01/06/2020 for 12 months which was further extended for another 18 months which was totally unfair, discriminatory and racially motivated. Unfortunately I am still suspended for standing with the public and holding an opinion of Covid pandemic only and spoke logic to safeguard humanity. In March 2020waiting list of patients were only 4 million but now it’s gone over 10 million however NHS is falsely claiming it to be 7.6 millions . It has been a serious mismanagement of the government with poor planning . I have seen the horror of Patients waiting in theA/E for 12-24 hours, long queues, patients lying on the cold floor of the hospital corridors on the wheel chairs, A/ E waiting rooms . it’s impossible to seeGPface to face and waiting time to see aspecialistis12 - 24 months. Public is Sick The public are desperately sick, unwell ,tired andliving in uncertainty , darkness & wilderness . Patients have been ignored and neglected especially cancer patients ,millions of cancersand other serious patients have already died in the last 3 years , hundreds of thousands ofelderly people diedin nursing and care homes due to isolation, neglect, depression, dehydration and lack of the medical facilities . Thousands of patients diedin their own homesdue to depression, cancers , heart attacks, strokes, pulmonary embolism , dementia , Alzheimer’s disease due to unavailability of the medical treatment. Patients who are luckily still alive are at risks of dying due to overwhelming waiting time in NHS , lack of timely medical treatment ,65 % patients have gone to the privatesectors for their treatment as NHS failed to provide them medical services they required. BLAMEGAME : Government can not blamewinter pressure,Corona pandemic&Flue Virusfor theunfolding crisis of the NHS . Government must accept its failure of losing valuable and experienced doctors, nurses , social care workers , paramedics and ambulance crew for undervaluing their contribution & devoted services with the poor pay which has been demoralised for them resulting 100,000 of nurses, 100,000 of social care workers, 40,000 - 50,000 ambulance crew forced to go on strike and 150,000 doctors are short . NHS is paid £ 130 billion / year by the parliament to spend on patients , although still lowest in Europe but where that money is going ? Public question? Billions of pounds are allocated for the screening programs of the Breast cancers, Colonic cancers and Heart Screening . They should be used for the welfare of the patients , safeguard public , upbringing profession and supporting health professionals to maintain the NHS Services. NHS beds in U.K. have been reduced from 153, 000 to 125 ,000 which is 27000 decrease in spite of growing number of patients in1250hospitals & trusts in U.K. What could be done? 1. Increase NHS budget to pay doctors , nurses, ambulance crew , paramedics , social care workers in accordance with other European countries. 2. Increase number of beds in the hospitals in U.K. to accommodate more patients. 3. Employ skilled ,qualified and experienced doctors to help clearing the waiting lists . 4. Highly qualified , skilled and experienced surgeons & physician should be brought back to work for the NHS to clear the waiting lists of patients. 5. Public should be encouraged to avoid obesity, discouraged sedentary life style , avoid eating junk food , stop smoking and reduce alcohol intake , healthy living style and education for doing regular exercises to maintain good health . There has been serious violation of medical ethics, human rights , health crisis and civil liberties since 2020. More than 10 million patients are on the waiting list, 65% patients have gone privately. Is government planned to privatise NHS since 2020 . I have been working as a consultant Surgeon with the NHS in U.K. for 30 years with unblemished Medical record and made significant contribution towards training, scientific innovation and promoting medical education. Two international scientific conferences conducted in R Oldham hospital Northern Alliance trust Manchester in June - Sep. 2019 and lecturing in 10 different medical universities in Pakistan , surgical work shops and training in July -August 2019 are exemplary . I was awarded “ international speaker award for scientific innovation “. I routinely travelled abroad with my team to promote medical education, charity and human relief with my team since many years. In early 2020 I was working as a consultant Gen. & Colorectal surgeon in NMGH when I conducted a robust scientific debate to discuss Corona pandemics on the social media , expressed my view points of corona virus in order to find the better way out to support patients & public which reassured look public with great appreciation by many thousands of people across the world. But my trust influenced by high ups did not like my initiative to safeguard humanity and I was dismissed on 22/4/2020 without any notification, warning , charge sheet or disciplinary . I had no clinical , health or patient related or any ethical issue to justify trust my sudden dismissal . This was followed with suspension by the GMC for 12 months on 01/6/2020 in a short hearing over the Skype due to my view points of Covid pandemic. GMC failed legally to provide me case notes bundle consisting of 247 pages which they then provided on my request via email during hearing process . I was given 90 minutes to go through the bundle and return for completion of IOT hearing process which I found extremely distressing without any legal advisor. I returned after the said period where GMC suspended me for 12 months as expected without any justification. At the end of 12 months GMC extended my suspension order for another 12 months on 26/05/2021 without any genuine reasons and referred my case to the MPTS for hearing after 12 months for 3 weeks from 13/6/22-01/7/22 . This was totally irrational , unlawful referral and discriminatory as my case did not fall into the category of being referred to the MPTS hearing as set criteria on the gmc guidelines. I appeared within the MPTS hearing for 3 weeks in Manchester from 13/6/22-01/7/22. During the 3 weeks unnecessary and unlawful hearing which could have been decided in 3 hours on the realistic grounds. During hearing process from 13/6/22-01/07/22 GMC failed to produce any evidence , witnesses for the testimony or proof against me to prove me guilty for my unlawful , prolonged suspension order to cut my life line and taking me away from my patients for over two years but Damien Cooper , chairman of the GMC who is a pharmacist & cooperate lawyer affiliated with Astra Zeneca and multiple pharmaceutical companies further suspended me for another 6 months for the safety of the public which is totally incorrect, unfair, unlawful, discriminatory and racially motivated in cohorting with the GMC to continue suspending and making me an example to pass wider message across the medical community which is totally draconian and biased. I presumed GMC was approached , pursued North Manchester Trust in April 2020 , United LincolnshireTrust on 07/5/2020 to remove me from my job considering me as number 1 enemy of their schematic plans for the lockdown , vaccination agenda and other unwarranted restrictions to public. On 11/1/2022 my suspension order was converted to 14 draconian conditions after 20 months of suspension. I had difficulties to secure my job with the conditions but luckily I managed to secure one long term job for 6 months in Swansea Bay Hospital , Wales which I commenced on 30/5/2022 but GMC paralegal team chased me , they approached the trust and negotiated with assistant MD of the Trust Dr Alastair and got my job terminated on 02/06/2022 once again . This was conveyed to me by Mr Jonathan Barry CD surgery who told me inside story . This clearly shows GMC was approached , targeted me , chased me to keep me suspended for longer time which is totally unjustified, punitive, discriminatory, racially abused and victimisation. People are interested to know that who influenced GMC twisting their arms to keep me suspended for so long keeping me away from my patients and why ? Was it medical establishment, big pharma or someone more influential ?This is the time for Mr Massey CEO and Prof. Colin MD of the GMC to reveal the truth to the public for confession otherwise this mystery would be revealed in the High Court of Law soon. I am innocent and had not done any crime standing for the humanity. My high court hearing is on 15/02/2023 in the Crown Court London . Recently you have proposed to launch a new Hub within the medical council against the Racism & Discrimination against the ethnic minority doctors and said” everyone has the right to come to work without experiencing racism . “ He also said there is Zero tolerance for racism at work and we all have the responsibility to act when we witness it”. It sounds good but how and when it’s going to be applicable? But it creates doubts on number of recently several appalling misguided milestone cases . 1.Dr Mohammad Adil FRCS who was dismissed from his job as a victim of racial discrimination by the NMH Trust on 22/4/2020 simple for holding an opinion of corona virus in early 2020 without warning, show cause or disciplinary procedures disgracefully followed by suspension order by the GMC for 12 months on 1/6/2020 due to his personal viewpoint of corona virus in early 2020 without any clinical issue . He was further suspended for another 12 months by GMC on 26/5/21 followed by another 6 months suspension by the biased MPTS hearing during 3 weeks from 13/6/2022 until 1/7/22 in Manchester. All these dismissals & suspensions by the Trusts ,GMC and MPTS were racially motivated ,discriminatory and unfair with false accusation by the GMC. 2.Similarly another case of Dr Almas U Din Qazi FRCS was conditioned and suspended by the GMC for over 2 years due to his viewpoints of corona pandemics in early 2020 3.Recently Dr Manjula Arora was suspended by the MPTS for alleged dishonesty on a petty computer issue which GMC spent £ 45000 of doctors subscriptions. Mr Massey instead of apologising for her 16 months precious time of life you must resign from your job for being dishonest ,ignorance and biased towards herself & the ethnic minority doctors . 4.Mr Omar Karim FRCS a consultant Urologist who was a whistle blower for discrimination at workplace in 2016. He was proved innocent after 4 years of painful, biased & unfair GMC investigation processes. 5.Dr Hadiza Gaba Bawa , a Nigerian doctor was dismissed ,suspended and erased by the GMC in 2015 which later proved to be false by the Court and she was reinstated by the honourable High Court order which clearly shows racial discrimination & victimisation against the doctors belonging to the ethnic minority . Contrary to that : 7.Recently Dr Steve James consultant Anaesthetist kings' college London in Feb. 2022 challenged health secretary Sajid Javid in A/ E for refusing mandatory vaccination. He said that he would neither have a vaccine nor anybody could force him to be vaccinated. He said that he had covid infection and developed natural immunity therefore does not need vaccine. What message Dr Steve James passed on to the public and the health professionals ? Would his statement be labelled under misconduct, misinformation, false narratives or true for vaccine? What message had been passed on to the public and what reaction public reflected upon his statement ? But he was neither dismissed , suspended or threatened by the GMC & NHS while at work. 8.Similarly another white doctor Dr Hilary Jones who generated 4000 complaints in 48 hours by members of public for his false & ludicrous statements with false information of unvaccinated patients in London hospitals in January 22 but no action was taken against him by the Trust, Ofcom, or GMC? 9.Similarly Dr Tess Lawrie has been trying in promoting ivermectin ( an animal drug) not for human over vaccine, but she is untouchable , 10.Dr Dave Cartland a GP and family physician had refused face masking and vaccination, but no action taken against him, why? 11.Dr Sam White and Dr Dave Cartland a GP , did say Covid pandemic is a fraud, vaccine is poisonous , masks are useless, but no action has been taken against them by the trust, NHS and the GMC for their misconduct, misinformation and bringing profession to the disrepute as GMC alleged me to punish me with dismissal and suspension for the last 2.8 years . I was savagely treated by the General Medical Council after expressing my view points of Covid pandemics in early 2020 and it’s far reaching miserable effects on public personal , private lives, health , children education and economy. On that basis I was dismissed by the trust on 22/4/2020 without any notification . I had no clinical or patient related issues. This planned move followed by suspension order by the General Medical Council on 01/6/2020 for 12 months which was then extended for another 12 months by the GMC & refered to MPTS where GMC failed to prove its case but my suspension was further extended for another 6 months strange enough for safety of the public by chairman of the MPTS in cohorting with GMC. Unfortunately I am still suspended and my licence has still been stripped off by the GMC which stops me to practice . This reflects huge injustice , punishment , discrimination, racial abuse against me and my family for the last nearly 3 years . This has seriously impacted my career , patient care who missed me , I lost my job , total loss of income on Zero Salary , loss of livelihood, my family suffered a great deal with my 3 little children who are seriously traumatised psychologically , emotionally and it seriously compromised their education and livelihood. I don’t think I had committed any crime to speak out during the time of wilderness when nobody knew anything about Covid pandemic , unprecedented lockdown, social distancing and face masking seriously violated human rights, civil liberties and medical ethics. Billions of pounds were wasted on robust & unnecessary PPE( personal protect. Equip) , planned experimental , un trilled and unlicensed mRNA vaccination in collaboration with the big pharmaceutical companies with serious harmful effects on the public healths, sudden deaths in all age groups , paralysis, myocarditis ,strokes etc over the last 3 years down the line as I pointed out. I had no choice but to take the GMC to the High Court for the justice . My court case date is fixed on 15/02/2023. The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service , a branch of the GMC had suspended Manchester GP ,Dr Manjola Arora from Indian origin for ‘dishonesty’ after telling IT department that she had been ‘promised’ a laptop in December 2019. In Dr Arora Case MPTS tribunal took 8 days to determine that she had ‘exaggerated’ her claim of asking for a laptop worth of £250 and shamefully blamed her of being dishonest with impaired fitness to practise which cost £ 40,000 money by the MPTS from our subscription money for the luxurious treatment of bureaucrats, lawyers and Para legals of the GMC for staying in 5 star hotels, wine parties and 5 course meal and first class transportation cost on our money which is absolute waste of doctors annual subscription money . Approximately ( 3000,000 ) doctors are subscribers for the GMC,no accountability. Dr Arora was blamed that she used the word that she was promised for one laptop to work out of hours duty by her boss and this resulted in her being found dishonest by the MPTS and thus being suspended after 8 days of unnecessary painful trail . This, seems, that it was not a good in referral to the GMC & then GMC accepting such case and MPTS hearing to warrant medical suspension which is totally biased and &&discriminatory. This is unfair, ludicrous , discriminatory and racial abuse against doctors belonging to the ethnic minority in routine to send the message to the wider medical community. Simply apology by Mr Massey CEO of the GMC in this case would not be the return of Dr Aroras 16 months of agony , pain , uncertainty , feeling of guilt , psychological trauma and uncertainty she has been through for a £250 computer which put her into enormous stress and psychological trauma . Work laptop is an essential piece of equipment, for the doctors who are not working locally. “This case, in conjunction with several previous concerning cases, raises serious concerns again the spectre of disproportionately ,discriminatory and unfair treatment to the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic medical population. This cannot be tolerated anymore. GMC chief executive and registrar Charlie Massey said: this was a case where decisions we did not get right and for those I have apologised to Dr Arora.” But this is not sufficient to revert her 16 months of pain & agony. Some 29 doctors have died while undergoing a GMC investigation, and five took their own lives between 2018 and 2020. More deaths BMA : These concerns were echoed by the British Medical Association (BMA), whose Council Chair Professor Philip Banfield described the report as "damning". He said: "This one case lays bare significant flaws in the GMC's fitness-to-practise processes and decision making against doctors belonging to ethnic minority treated differently than their white counterparts. “ "With investigation by the GMC and cross examination at tribunal being one of the most traumatic experiences a doctor can go through, it is unforgivable when this is done needlessly & punitive. Prof Banfield noted that the review "underlines the urgent need for a more compassionate and supportive approach at every level", and stressed to safeguard health professionals. Prof Banfield said: "As we have said before, this case appeared to be another example in the worrying trend of ethnic minority doctors facing disproportionate and different regulatory action who feel routinely discriminated and racially abused at work place and by the GMC process." GMC is a failing, dysfunctional organisation "that serves only itself",if the GMC was subject to public scrutiny in the same way that the Care Quality Commission assesses healthcare organisations and general practices, it would be rated cruel and discriminatory with inadequate and biased approach which needs complete overhaul of it’s FTP directorate . The GMC has been given the opportunity to reform itself for over 30 years since medical act 1983 but it has rather gone worst and have gone totally out of control and feels not answerable to anyone. The gulf between the GMC and Doctors is now so great that the only solution is for it to be placed in special measures so that a new organisation can be created that can truly represent the needs of patients , public safety and doctors." “ The GMC has become an adversarial organisation, where lawyers and bureaucrats are pitted against doctors, where success is seen in conviction rates rather than better outcomes for patients, and where discrimination is so institutionalised that it is almost impossible to amend it . BMA chief Editor Dr Abbasi wrote, that Legislative changes are now needed to force the GMC to become accountable to public , patients and since, "other than through the courts, there seems no clear and transparent way for the public to hold the GMC to account." GMC now "has a stark choice to make: adapt or die". No other middle solution is workable as doctors and patient have lost its faith & trust on the GMC completely.

Median NHS waiting time is 20-24 weeks to be seen by a specialist / consultant physician or surgeon which is significantly higher that pre Covid time in 2020. 7.More than 30,000-40,000 ambulance workers, including paramedics and call handlers, gone on strike in December 2022. In U.K. 1250 vital trials and screening programmes were abandoned due to the Covid 19 in March 2020 with totally devastating approach by the SAGE group. 4. Followed by suspension by the GMC on 01/06/2020 on a brief Skype hearing by the Interim order tribunal of the GMC with alleged 3 online complaints of holding my opinion on the corona virus. My suspension order was extended for another 12 months by the GMC on 26/04/2021 and then for 6 more months by the MPTS ( branch of the GMC ) not independent . I am still suspended which caused serious problem to my reputation, loss of job, income , damage to my brilliant reputation while working for 35 years , loss of income, psychological trauma to my family and 3 little children and damage to their education & wellbeing.

Contrary to that my white counterparts Dr Steve James Consultant Aneasthetist from Kings College London challenged Health Secretary Sajid Javid during his visit to the Hospital against the mandatory vaccination to the health professionals during working in A/ E . He refused to take any vaccine and refused vaccination . He is still working without being vaccinated but no action was taken against him by his Trust , NHS or GMC. He is working without any dismissal suspension. Why he has been treated differently than myself ? What category of the misconduct, misinformation, and what message went to the public with his statement? Why the same law GMC and NHS applies differently against foctirs belonging to ethnic minority? Is it not discriminatory, racially motivated and abused in my case ?? 2. Similarly Dr Hilary Jones GP london who comes in (Good morning Britain ) generated 4000 complaints by members of the public in 48-72 hours regarding his false statement, misinformation and misconduct for vaccinated patients in London Hospital . Largest Trust of U.K. Queen Elizabeth Hospital draining 2.5 million people have worst performance. Former and current clinicians at QE UH Bhm. alleged of being punished by the management & senior clinician colleagues for whistle blowing of patient safety & concerns.Twenty 25 patient died in Hematologist Dept.in 2017 ,12 patients died in 2020 and 6 died in 2021 which is highest than 1250 trusts in the U.K. and is criminal. Senior clinicians said there is no patient ownership and trust is like a big mafia. Twenty six 26 good doctors who stood on their medical ethics and blew the whistle are refered to the GMC. Both Trust & GMC are cohorting to punish good doctors to discourage & threaten them. We must appreciate the courage, honour, strength of the doctors to follow their Medical Ethics and spoke out . Both Trusts and General Medical Council are cohorting to penalise good doctors for whistle blowing against the Trust worst possible performance for patients safety. I pay my deepest gratitude and appreciation to all the doctors who stood for the greet cause to protect their patients and respected their medical ethics and raised their voice for injustice due to poor rather no treatment to their patients resulting unavoidable and unnecessary deaths. Government has to look into the matter seriously for poor performance of the General Medical Council and many Trusts for their poor performance and undermining confidence of the health professionals with threatening, dismissing and suspending them for whistle blowing and standing on their medical ethics which is highly condemned against the trusts and the GMC for their draconian and barbarian act. Doctors were punished by management for raising safety concerns of patient. Twenty five patients died in 2017 and 12 patients died in 2020 in Queens Elizabeth hospital Bhm. due to poor treatment of Hematologist ( blood cancers, lymphomas, Hodgkin & Non Hodgkin lymphomas, Leukemias etc) and other cancer treatments . 1. At least 26 doctors were referred to the GMC by the corrupt management of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham , U.K. in the last 3 years for whistle blowing doctors against serious compromise in the safety of the patients who were dying at least ( 25 died on record in 2017 ) but figures may be much higher due to cover up due to lack of treatment for their cancers , leukaemia , lymphomas, liver and other cancers by the haematologists. These 26 honest Doctors who stood for the safety of the patients , they are highly appreciated for their moral character and medical ethics .They were threatened & penalised by Queen Elizabeth Hospital Trust Birmigham , U.K.& they were referred to the GMC for their crucifixion like myself 2.5 years ago . In it’s report on 14/11/2014 , GMC admitted 128 doctors died during GMC ( FTP directorate) prolonged investigations and 29 suicided between year 2005-2013. 4. In its report on 03/05/2022, GMC further admitted that 30 doctors died during GMC( FTP ) cruel , prolonged & exhaustive investigations and 7 suicided between year 2018 -2020. 5. In its recent report in 2022 , GMC admitted that 28 doctors died during GMC barbarian investigations between 2020-2022 and 7-9 doctors suicided . Factually the GMC has lost its trust on the patients, health professionals & safety of the public altogether. GMC suspended me since 01/06/2020 for my couple of videos over the social media regarding Covid narrative . Them extended my suspension order illegally by Mr Oliver Lloyd , Assistant Registrar after 12 months for hearing with the MPTS after 12 months between 13/6/22 until 02/07/2022 totally biased and discriminatory . During hearing MPRS chairman Mr Damien Cooper who was a pharmacist extended my suspension order for another 6 months . I have written detailed context of the GMC misconduct , its Interim order panel biased approach , MPTS team discriminatory approach ,cruelty and misconduct of its legal & paralegal department and bureaucrats attitude with the doctors community especially belonging to ethnic minority are totally vindictive, overly bureaucratic , biased , racially motivated and sclerotic especially towards vulnerable doctors as per BMA report . Early 2020, government wrong policies to curb novel corona virus with strict lockdown , extraordinary restrictions, and roll out of unlicensed, experimental vaccine in collaboration with the pharmaceutical companies resulted catastrophic effects on public personal & private lives, health sysytem , economy , mental and physical trauma. 1. Thousands of elderly transferred into nursing and care homes and died . 2. Many thousands died in their own homes due to heart attacks, strokes, pneumonias, depression etc 3. Suicidal rate among youngsters shot up to sky due to lockdown, financial hardship and depression. 4. Total reliance made on PCR test with high false positive and negative results now abandoned. 5. 1. We all have been through extremely difficult time past 3 years. Dr Hiliary Jones ( good morning Great Britain) gave false representation and spread misinformation for vaccination mandate to public on the radio show and generated 4000 complaints against him within 48 hours but no action was taken against him by the NHS ,OfCom or GMC against him 3.Dr Tess Lawrie , my friend also tried to promote Ivermectin instead of mRNA vaccine therapy against corona virus in line with us frontline doctors. 4. I appreciate my junior Dr Sam white and many other local doctors who expressed their viewpoints against corona pandemic, lockdown ,undue restrictions & vaccination mandate on social media like myself . Why was I targeted by the trust ( NHS) and the GMC with immediate suspension followed by suspension by GMC ? Is it not discriminatory because of my colour , race, religion and individuality being British but Pakistan heritage ? Why was I treated differently ? Is it not clear racial abuse & discrimination by the regulator & the medical establishment against me ? 6.What wrong have I done to the medical establishment to deserve such an unjust, biased & discriminatory approach with unlawful dismissal & suspension for the last 2.5 years which ruined my career and traumatised my family and three little children ? 7.I March 2020 I warned about rising waiting lists of patients exceeding 4 million including 1.5 millions of cancer patients in March 2020 which has now jumped up to 10 millions patients which I don’t think NHS has any plans to clear it off . Rather public is being forced towards privatisation because of the long wait & delay. It has been planned private medical health insurance like in USA, Canada , Australia & other countries . Future of NHS seams to be bleak to me. But remember NHS is totally sponsored by the tax payer’s money in U.K. and is not sponsored by the federal government and there are potential chances of serious back lash and civil unrest if public are deprived off their fundamental rights which will result into disastrous outcome. 8.In early 2020 I warned about the cashless society & digital currency which is slowly progressing towards that direction to gain control on the public money. 9.
