The chief executive and general secretary of the Royal College of Nursing Mrs Pat Cullen has reflected “tragic day” of strikes held by nurses on 16/12/22 with over 100,000 nurses went on strike and warned that unless the government agrees to talk about pay rise , action “will escalate”. On behalf of the doctors community ( WDA, GNO, APMAUK , INt. Med. Org) I must appreciate the efforts and unity of the nurses standing for their fundamental rights and we the doctors community in Britain fully support them.
Thousands of members of the RCN took to picket lines across England, Wales and Northern Ireland yesterday on 16/12/2022 in a dispute over pay and working conditions. Pat has waned that , Unfortunately, if this government doesn’t speak to us and doesn’t get into solution I’m afraid that this will escalate”Pat Cullen.

1. More than 100,000 nurses are on strike.
2. More than 100,000 social care workers are on strike for the pay rise.
3. 30,000 to 40,000 ambulance crew & paramedics are on strike .
4. 140,000 doctors are short to run the NHS work.
