Healthy body possesses healthier brain . Keeping this in mind I do vigorous regular physical exercise for 1.5 to 2.00 hours / day at least 5 times / week which I have been doing since longtime rather since childhood. I have never been sick, unwell, or suffer from any disease & never been admitted in hospital .
Extensive research work has proved that people who do regular physical exercise 45-60 minutes/ day for 5 times/ week they reduce 30-35 % risk of dying from heart attacks compare to people who spend sedentary life style and eat unhealthy food .
Exercise also prevents you from Diabetes , Hypertension, Stroke , Dementia , arthritis and Alzheimer’s disease .
