If others are constantly and easily annoying you then you have a serious problem. The fact of the matter is that you are mentally enslaved to external forces and in that case to other people. What you have to do is to first become aware of that whenever you feel like you’re getting annoyed by someone. And then the next import step is to change the wording; the way you express your concern.For example, rather than saying: This person makes me so mad. Start saying I currently experience a feeling of being upset. If you’re not willing to invest bigger sums into yourself in 2023 you’ll never make it big. You’ll stay broke and not become rich as only if you keep investing into yourself and other assets that you’ll be successful. Don’t hesitate investing into your personal development like the majority of people. The rich invest at least 60% into their assets and the poor not even 10%.

Most people think that you only need to read books in order to become successful. This couldn’t be further from the trust. Nothing will happen. You only read lots of books. What you have to do is to read and implement and continue until you reach your goal.

Most of the personal development space lies to you. They constantly focus on the input. But you have to focus on the process in order to get the best output or results. Find ways to become better at that. Then you will be successful much quicker than only reading books and consuming input after input.

1. You only have limited brain memory each day 2. Don’t keep thoughts inside of you. Speak what you feel and release those thoughts. 3. Any idea that pops up, write it down. If you try to remember everything you have in mind you just fill your brain with unnecessary memory that could be used to channel into your main business tasks. Focus on your projects with 100% of your brain capacity. Only this way you can be productive.

These are 3 secrets in how to stay confident in any situation if your life. First take a deep breath. This will alleviate your anxiety Second, keep eye contact. But only when you’re listening, not while you’re speaking. This will show confidence. Third, don’t take life so serious. Don’t get too triggered by people or situations and imagine when you die asking yourself if those situations were really that bad.

This is why you are procrastinating. Many think it’s because of poor time management. Often however it is due to avoiding unwanted negative emotions. We try to avoid sadness, frustration and fear. Break through procrastination by asking the two questions.

You will never take the next big step. You will always hesitate and contemplate whether you should take action or not. Why? Because your brain is designed to keep you safe. Thus you’ll find it difficult to simply jump into the cold water and easy to procrastinate. However, just implement and do it. Use the 5 second rule and count down then do it.

Stop being a loser and stop being lazy as a man. Modern society is keeping you weak with all these conveniences such as Uber eats, amazon delivery etc You don’t need to move anywhere and everything is comfortable for you. Winners don’t live like that. You can’t win with such a mindset. Go out and become comfortable being uncomfortable. This is how you succeed in life.

If you are a control freak constantly trying to control other people, yourself, situations, your environment and even your pet, you have already lost in life. Stop that because you cannot control anything externally or at least only limited. What you can control though is your internal world. Once you control your mind, you control your life.

When you want to talk to strangers without knowing them, then understand that they are most likely more afraid of what you think about them than the other way round. This helps you to overcome the fear of rejection.

This is when you are procrastinating. Once you recognize that, stop it and take massive action. Focus on your task at hand and break through this self-sabotaging pattern. #procrastination #procrastinate #procrastinating

Don't tell yourself these self-sabotaging stories. This will only lead you to failure. You will never be successful if you keep telling yourself this. Start taking action even if you are not ready yet. The richest people in the world do things outside of their comfort zone. You have to start without being ready. Otherwise you procrastinate.
