Aaron: Hey guys, it's Aaron.
Kristina: And I'm Kristina.
Aaron: And we're professional dance instructors here in New York City, and today we're coming at you with a little dance we like to call the jive. So for starters let's take a look at the basic footwork. So gentlemen, why don't we take a look at our footwork first. We're going to be starting again with our left leg and we're going to start with that link step, or rock step, behind us. Starting with one, two, three and four, five and six. One, two, triple step, triple step, rock step.
Now one thing you'll notice here with the jive, a key characteristic of this and in the music is this percussive accent that we tend to highlight in our foot and leg action where we accent with the knee one, two, and three and four, and five and six, seven, eight, so as to differentiate between the swing and the jive itself, which are both members of the same family and come from that basic swing dance action. But again, as this music is a little bit faster and tends to have more of a percussive accent and rhythm, a-one, two, a-three and four, a-five and six, seven, eight. A-one, and two, three and four, five six. So now let's take a look at the ladies' footwork as well.
Kristina: Okay. So ladies, again, everything that Aaron said, it's related to the swing. There's a little bit more knee action but it starts the same way. So ladies, we're on our right foot. We're going to take a rock step. Rock step. And then side triple. Triple step and triple step. One, two, and three and four, and five and six, seven, eight.
Aaron: Now let's take a look at this action together. So, we have our closed position here that we're starting from, and so as we don't bump knees together, we're actually going to rotate slightly outward on a little bit of an angle here. And one, two, and three and four, and five and six. One, two, and three and four, and five and six. A-one, two, three and four, and five and six, and one, two. Now we're also going to talk a little bit about the different hand holds that we're going to have within this dance.
Kristina: So we have the traditional kind of swing/jive dance frame with the lower hand hold connection.
Aaron: Every now and then we're going to take this hand hold that we have here and change to a little bit of a palm-to-palm action which is going to help us gain a little bit more leverage in some of our advanced techniques.
Kristina: And then we also have a double hand hold, and then we can have a single hand hold, right to left. Or the handshake hold, which is just what it says. You're shaking hands. So those are some of the different hand holds that we have in the jive. Now let's try that to some music.

So we're going to come into Cat and Cow pose. Beautiful to do in the beginning of your practice because it opens up the spine, it starts to move like fluidity through the spine, join the breath and the body together nicely. So it's a nice one one to do right in the beginning.
To start you're going to come on to all fours. Make sure that the shoulder is over the wrist. So a lot of us get in here, pitch it forward or more commonly pitch it behind. So just make sure the shoulders are over your wrist and that your knees are right underneath your hips.
And we'll first just talk about the whole anatomy of the pose and then we'll talk about different ways that you can use your feet to aid in this process. So first things first is Cow. And you have to think of it like an Indian cow. Like it needed to eat a meal. So it looks like this. The belly falls down, the shoulders roll back and the gaze comes up towards the sky. That's on the in breath. As you exhale you're going to reverse that. So you're going to carve the belly in, puff the rib cage up and look in at your navel. Inhale, and exhale.
So you can start to add the toes. Curl the toes, even press back into the toes, gaze up and then the release the toes, press the tops of the feet down and look in at your navel. If you want to intensify this, make this more of a core, a core awakening posture, just tuck your toes under and hover your knees two inches above the floor and work the pose this way. So it's going to be smaller, it's going to be more subtle, but you'll have to engage a little bit in the core body to keep yourself here.
So there's some variations of Cat and Cow.

How to Cut a Boy’s Hair
It’s easier, quicker, and cheaper to cut your child’s hair than to bring him to a stylist. So why not just do it yourself?
Warning
Haircutting scissors are sharp, so handle them carefully. And keep them out of your child’s reach!
Step 1: Use haircutting scissors
Use scissors specifically made for haircutting. You may want a few different types for different cutting needs.
Tip
Beveled blades are best for layered cuts because they have one serrated edge. Short blades make it easier to trim around the ears and the back of the neck, and long blades are good for thick hair.
Step 2: Sit him down
Sit your child somewhere that puts his head near your eye level, like on a countertop or a stool. Just make sure he’s in no danger of falling. You can also sit him on the floor on top of a sheet and kneel behind him.
Step 3: Occupy him
Keep him from getting squirmy by putting on a favorite TV show or DVD.
Step 4: Wet his hair
Put a towel around his neck. Then, dampen his hair with a spray bottle, and comb it through.
Step 5: Begin at the neck
Bend his neck forward so he’s bowing his head, and comb the hair above the neck straight down, stopping at the desired length. Flip the comb up toward you, place the hair between your index and middle fingers, and snip the ends in a straight line. Repeat until all the hair above the neck is the same length.
Tip
Keep in mind that curly hair dries up to two inches shorter, so trim accordingly.
Step 6: Chop the top
Next tackle the top. Start at the back and work your way forward, stopping at the bangs. Comb a one-inch-thick section of hair straight up, pulling it tight between your index and middle fingers. Slide your fingers up to the length you want, and snip.
Step 7: Trim the bangs
Move on to the bangs. Have him hold his head straight and close his eyes. Then, comb the hair down over his forehead and trim a one-quarter-inch wide section of hair in the middle of the forehead. Use this as your guide to cut the bangs on either side, holding the hair between your index and middle fingers.
Step 8: Do the sides
For the sides, go from top to bottom and back to front. Taking sections of hair no bigger than an inch wide, comb the hair and pull it tight between your index and middle fingers. Slide your fingers down the hair to the length you want, and snip the hair that’s below your fingers.
Tip
For a more natural look, hold the hair in your fingers vertically, and cut with the scissors held vertically, the tip pointing up.
Step 9: Show him how he looks
Take a step back and look at the big picture to make sure you haven’t missed any spots. Now show him how good his hair looks—and be sure to thank him for being such a good 'client.'
Did You Know?
Blondes have more hair follicles than brunettes, and redheads have the fewest.

How to Tell Real Breasts from Fake
Watch more All About Breasts videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/81014-How-to-Tell-Real-Breasts-from-Fake
When it comes to breasts, some prefer natural and homegrown; others want the best modern science has to offer. Whatever your preference, here’s how to spot the difference.
Step 1: Check the side view
It's difficult to tell the shape of a breast when it's holstered and hoisted in a bra. But in its natural state, the profile of a real one will slope down so it’s fuller at the bottom than the top. If an unfettered breast maintains its full, perky roundness, there’s probably an implant holding it aloft.
Tip
If cleavage is rounded or looks inflated on top, it’s either being given a major push from below, or it’s fake.
Step 2: Consider proportions
Mother Nature rarely bestows big breasts on skinny, small-boned girls. So if a size zero girl is sporting double D’s, they’re probably store-bought.
Step 3: Check the spacing
The average distance between a woman’s nipples and her chin is approximately 10 inches, depending on her height. If the space is considerably less than that, it may indicate implants.
Step 4: Watch them in action
When a woman moves, her breasts move with her. If she’s walking fast, they bounce. When she lies down, they flop to the side. If she bends over, they become more conical. Fake ones stay still and maintain their round shape.
Tip
Some high-quality implants today are designed with intentional sag to make them look more like the real thing.
Step 5: Judge their symmetry
God-given breasts are never exactly the same size; implants tend to look like a matched set.
Step 6: Find telltale marks
Breast implant surgery leaves telltale signs, like tiny scar lines under the breasts, by the armpits, or around the nipples.
Tip
Signs of a bad boob job: there’s too much space in between the breasts, one is noticeably higher than the other, or the nipples point in different directions.
Step 7: Investigate their softness
Real breasts are soft. Fake ones look hard--and feel hard. Just be careful how you find that out.
Step 8: Don’t stare
Whether the breasts you encounter are real or fake, try not to stare at them. Or, before you know it, you’ll be talkin’ to the hand.
Did You Know?
According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the world’s largest fake breasts are size 36 MMM and weigh in at 20 pounds each.

How to Juggle Three Balls

Juggling—the noble art of jesters and fools. Here's how you can work your way up from juggling one ball to three.
Step 1: Assume the postion
Stand in a comfortable stance with your feet shoulder-width apart and your elbows bent at about a 90-degree angle.
Step 2: Start with one ball
Start by practicing throwing one ball back and forth between your hands in a nice, gentle arc. You want to keep your elbows in and your throws consistent, with the ball arcing at about eye level.
Tip
Using beanbags when you first begin can be helpful, since they won’t roll away when you drop them!
Step 3: Practice with your eyes closed
You’ll probably find that your throws go awry a little at the beginning, so keep practicing until you can throw the ball back and forth with your eyes closed.
Step 4: Add another ball
Add another ball. With one in each hand, throw a ball as before and—before it comes down—throw the other ball underneath so it lands in your other hand. Practice catching both balls.
Tip
As you practice, alternate starting with either hand.
Step 5: Add a third ball
Put two balls in your dominant hand and one in the opposite hand. Toss the balls just as before, but add a third throw right before the second ball comes down. Keep practicing until you can make three throws and three catches.
Step 6: Keep throwing and catching
Once you’re confident catching all three balls, add a fourth throw and catch, and a fifth one, and so on… Don’t look now, but you’re juggling!
Did You Know?
Did you know? 'Joggling,' jogging while juggling, is becoming a popular sport, and in 2007 a joggler finished a Toronto marathon in two hours and 50 minutes—while juggling three balls.

You may think sushi is just raw fish, but you’d only be half right. It’s actually the combination of fish and rice – and how it’s combined is an art form in itself.
Step 1: Slice fish
With a very sharp knife, slice the trimmed fish slab into individual portions so each piece is a rectangle approximately 2-inches long and ¼-inch thick.
Tip
To make things easier, cut all your fish at one time, but keep the pieces cold until you use them —put them on a plate and keep it in the refrigerator or on top of some ice.
Step 2: Roll rice into ball
Moisten your hands with water from your bowl, and scoop an ounce of sushi rice—about the amount that will fit into your palm—and roll it into a ball.
Step 3: Shape rice ball
Shape the rice ball into an oblong by squeezing it with firm but gentle pressure.
Tip
Your rice should be about the same size as your cut piece of fish.
Step 4: Dab wasabi on fish
Pick up a piece of sliced fish. While palming the shaped rice, scoop up a tiny amount of wasabi with your index finger and gently dab it onto the middle of the fish.
Step 5: Press rice against fish
Press the shaped rice against the fish and gently but firmly cup the two together until they adhere.
Step 6: Squeeze together
Firmly squeeze the sushi together until the fish and rice become one. Tap with your right index finger as you go to create a uniform shape.
Step 7: Continue process
Place the finished sushi on a serving plate or sushi board, and continue making pieces until all the fish is used.
Step 8: Garnish plate
Garnish the plate with a mound of Japanese pickled ginger and a smaller mound of wasabi. Pour some soy sauce into a small dish and get ready to dunk.
Did You Know?
Real wasabi is notoriously expensive, so most sushi restaurants just use a mixture of horseradish, mustard powders, and food coloring.

Aaron: Hey guys, it's Aaron.
Kristina: And I'm Kristina.
Aaron: And we are professional dance instructors here in New York City. Now today we're going to be talking about a little dance we like to call the foxtrot, and we're going to be starting here with the basic step. So what we're going to do is break it apart, and I'm going to show you the gentlemen's part and then Kristina is going to demonstrate for us the ladies'. So, in its most basic form, what we're looking at here gentlemen, we're starting again with our left leg just as we have in all the dances previous.
So what we're going to be starting with is two walking steps forward. Walk, walk. And then we're going to step to our left. Side, together. And then we would just repeat that from there. Walk, walk, and side, together. So taking a look at that one more time, now we're going to add the actual counts to this step, which is going to be slow, slow, quick quick. And slow, slow, quick quick. Now I'm going to let Kristina demonstrate the ladies'.
Kristina: Okay, so for the ladies we are generally in the smooth dances moving backwards, so we're going to start on our right foot. We're going to take two backwards steps, so we have back, back, and then side right, close left foot to right foot. Again, back, back, side, close. And the counts for that, as Aaron had said, are slow, slow, quick quick. So we're going to go on the right foot heading back slow, slow, quick quick. Slow, slow, quick quick. So let's try this together with a partner. And slow, slow, quick quick. Slow, slow, quick quick.
Aaron: Now, let's try that to music.

Okay, so today we are gonna go over how to do a basic standing barbell curl. Obviously it's to work the biceps. Now with the bar, you have different choices. There's an easy curl bar, which is the zig zag bar. Or you can use the straight bar. Both are just as efficient as the other. So, to start out with this exercise, what you wanna do; always start with your base, your feet. Make sure they, your knees are nice and loose, not locked out. And make sure that your arms are nice and loose, not locked out. And what I mean by locked out is you never wanna lock your elbow out, cause that could damage the joint. You always keep a soft elbow, slightly bent, no matter what, through your entire rep, and the entire set. So during this exercise, the hard part, the positive part; is coming up, squeeze, come back down through the negative. Always want to keep control of this exercise. You see a lot of guys with bad habits, throwing the bar up, letting the bar drop; doing nothing for themselves. So, the more concentrated you are on the bicep, the better results you are gonna get. So its up, squeeze. Back down. Notice my elbows are not coming all the way forward. You don't want to have to be picking up your arm like this. Cause then your are taking away from the bicep work. Its elbows remain locked in place. Bier side, come up squeeze, control back down. Control the negative. Breathing wise, when you get really taxed, you wanna make sure that you are breathing through the, all of your exercise. So you always breath out during the hard part, when you are working against gravity. So it's up, breathe out. Remember to squeeze that bicep at the top. Inhale on the way down. Come up squeeze, inhale on the way down. And that's your basic bicep exercise. Basic straight barbell curl.

There are signs you're having a baby even before you miss a period.
Step 1: Look for physical signs
Pay attention to your body. Symptoms like fatigue, swollen or tender breasts, and nausea can show up as early as two weeks after conception. Headaches and lower back pain are also early signs.
Step 2: Know the emotional signs
Consider whether you've been more emotional lately. Some women find that pregnancy makes them moodier, weepier, or more irritable than usual thanks to the hormonal surge that occurs after conception.
Tip
Stress can cause hormones to mimic pregnancy signs like nausea; it can even cause you to miss a period.
Step 3: Take a test
Take a home pregnancy test; it can sometimes detect pregnancy even before you've missed your first period. Be aware, however, that taking it early may cause a false negative result.
Tip
For the most accurate results, take the test in the morning, when pregnancy hormone levels in urine are highest.
Step 4: Double check
If the home test is positive, see your doctor right away. If it's negative and your period still doesn't start, then repeat the test in a few days. False negatives are more common than false positives.
Step 5: Don't assume you've started your period
If you get your period, don't assume you're not pregnant. If it's unusually light, it may be what's known as "implantation bleeding," which happens when the embryo attaches to the uterus.
Step 6: Get a blood test
To be absolutely sure, go to your doctor for a blood test. Because pregnancy hormones are easier to detect in blood than urine, blood tests are more accurate than home kits.
Did You Know?
Did you know? The most common oddball food combination craved during pregnancy is pickles and peanut butter, followed by Marmite and ice cream, and tuna and bananas, according to an online poll.

Hi, my name is Robert Royston. I'm a five time world champion of country dance working with artists like Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley. I really hope that you'd learn how to line dance and experience what it's like to move to America's music, and that's country music. As part of our country line dance series, we wanted to arm you with a little knowledge of country couples dancing. Chances are, you are going to go to your country bar, you going to go to your country line dance club and in between line dances, there're gonna have some couple dancing and the most popular couple dance done in United State is of course the two step. So we would like to show you a good basic version of the two step, there's a lot of regional variations but just a good basic version of country two step. We're going to start off first with the close position hold. My right hand is going to go under Nicola's left arm, so I'm going to be kind of cutting the upper part of her shoulder blade, not down here, upper part of the shoulder blade. Nicola is going to take her left arm and put it on top of my right, that's gonna kind of be just below the shoulder and just above the bicep ladies. So below the shoulder above the bicep. Then my left hand is gonna hold her right hand just very comfortable at about shoulder level, nothing too overly done or pronounced yeah. Once again, there are variations to this that you will see, this is just a good basic couple dance hold. Now I'm going to start with my left, she's going to start with her right. Two steps is made up of a series of quicks and slows, a quick is one step for one beat, a slow is one step for two beats. So if you were to do quicks, it would be quick quick quick quick quick quick quick quick. If you were to do slows, it would be slow slow slow slow right. By count of that, quicks would be 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, slows would be 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, so it's one step for two beats. The timing for two step is quick quick slow slow, 2 quicks 2 slows and a walking pattern. I start left she starts right, she goes back I go forward and we go quick quick slow slow, right, 2 fast 2 slow steps. We'll do that again. We're going to go quick quick slow slow and you'll just continue that pattern, quick quick slow slow, quick quick just like you're walking, quick quick slow slow, quick quick slow slow and quick quick slow slow. The thing about two step you should also know is the trivial line of dance. Line of dance kind of in every bar you will ever go into or even ballroom dancing, line of dance is counterclockwise, so you're always gonna move counterclockwise. And some floor etiquette, if there's a two step that's playing and some people are line dancing to it, you can two step around the outside. Think of it like a race track, the faster you go, the more of the outside of the floor you are. The slower you're going, the more to the inside of the floor until you get to the middle which is for line dancing. So we're going to do a little two step music for you and you can follow along at home. 5 6 7 go, quick quick slow slow, quick quick slow slow, quick quick slow slow, quick quick slow slow, quick quick slow slow. So grab your favorite lady, get off the bars cause this is two step.

Hi. I'm Trudi Tapscott, and one of the most exciting parts of modeling is walking on a runway. And it is an art form. I think the basics of walking is learning where to position your weight, where to position your shoulders. It's very relaxed. You have to keep your body straight, your neck is straight, your shoulders are straight.
You have to remember that you are showing clothes, and you have to also remember specifically who you are walking for. Because, there is kind of different walks. But, the basics are, you want to keep your shoulders back, your hips forward, and your feet straight. Which all sounds really easy in the beginning, but once you really start walking and putting all the moving parts together, it's really difficult.
You have to keep your weight a little bit forward, you don't want to put all the weight on your heel. You want to look like you are gliding. Your face is completely relaxed, like you're not thinking about it and it's second nature, and you're not singing the words to the song, which is also something that happens in the beginning. Balance their stride, balance their weight, and keep the shift of their body and their arms to their sides. If you swing your arms too much, it's a huge distraction. So, you want to keep everything really simple and walk very basically.
It's very simple, it's very balanced, and it's in high heels. And the way you practice this at home, if you want to become confident in learning how to walk as a model, you put a full length mirror at the end of your hall. Hopefully, it's just a flat surface, and you walk back and forth.
When a model first comes to New York, that is all they do, is just keep practicing. You have models come in the agency all the time, and they are critiqued. Different agents go and watch them, how they walk in certain heels, walking in a variety of high heels. Sometimes at shows at the last minute, you don't get the perfect size of shoe, so you have to learn to walk in different sizes, because at the very end of the day, you have to be able to start and finish the runway with whatever you have on, and make it look great.
Knowing that you are walking from your head to your toe, that it's very straight but it's balanced, keeping your arms to your sides, that's what really makes a great walk. And no one knows how to do that without practicing. Walking is one of the key things that you have to practice, that you have to practice all the time.

Use paper larger than the standard 8.5- by 11-inch size for a larger boat.
Step 2: Fold the corners
Fold the two corners of the folded edge in toward the middle to form a point.
Step 3: Fold the brim
Fold the loose rectangular edge on the top side of the paper up over the flaps and fold down the overlapping triangles at the ends. Then turn the boat over and repeat on the other side.
Tip
The paper should now resemble a hat.
Step 4: Open the boat
Turn the hat 90 degrees and open it. Lay the upper and the lower parts on each other.
Step 5: Fold two more triangles
Fold the lower triangle flap upward and onto the upper triangle. Then turn the boat over and repeat with the other side.
Step 6: Open the boat again
Open the resulting square, putting the upper part on the lower.
Step 7: Finish to reveal the sail
Open the flaps, revealing a triangle sail in the middle of your new paper boat. Now you are ready to sail away. Bon voyage.

How to Make Homemade Ice Cream in a Plastic Bag
No ice cream? No problem! You probably have the ingredients at home to whip some up.
Step 1: Put ingredients in smaller bag
Put the milk and sugar in the quart-sized bag and seal it. For vanilla ice cream, add vanilla extract; for chocolate ice cream, add cocoa powder. Throw in a quarter of a cup of chocolate or butterscotch chips if you like.
Tip
Experiment with other varieties by using ½ to 1 tsp. of flavored syrups like strawberry or caramel or extracts like lemon or almond.
Step 2: Make an ice bag
Put the ice and the salt in the gallon-sized bag.
Step 3: Put small bag inside big one
Put the smaller bag inside the bigger bag and seal it.
Step 4: Shake it
Shake the larger bag vigorously for seven to 10 minutes.
Tip
Wear winter gloves while you shake; the bag is cold!
Step 5: Enjoy
Remove the small bag, which now contains ice cream. Snip a hole in the corner of the bag and squeeze it into a dish. Makes one serving.

So today, we're going to go over how to do a standing dumbbell tricep extension. With this exercise, the focus is going be the long hand of your tricep, okay? Now with this exercise, always start with your feet. Get a good base; you need good balance for this, because you're going to go up overhead. Now, you're going to start here behind your head, with this dumbbell. Make sure not to whack yourself. And the important thing is, you really want to stretch that muscle, come up, and contract, and squeeze. Now this is good to do standing, because it works your core at the same time, so you really need to have good balance. Again, all the way down, stretch, squeeze. Breathing is very important with this exercise too, as you're working against gravity you want to breathe out - so as I'm coming up, working against gravity. Phew. Squeeze your tricep. Release, come back down, breathe in. Now you see, bad habits happen with this exercise when guys hit too heavy and they start trying to throw the weight, or they're so off balance it just looks awkward. Again, you want to pick a weight where you're comfortable with, and you can perform 10 to 15 reps. with. That's the goal for hypertrophy, meaning growth of muscle, muscle size. Now once you're done with your 10 to 15 reps with that arm, you move to the other arm. Again, strong base, strong core; up, squeeze that tricep. Come all the way down; stretch. Again, and it's good to go through the whole range of motion. You don't want to just be going through the top, because that won't work the whole muscle. Come all the way down; stretch that tricep right in here. Come back up; squeeze. Squeeze. And that's your overhead dumbbell tricep extension.

Maya: What you just saw there was the incorporation of a little teeth action.
Harrison: Yes.
Maya: Doesn't sound good, but feels good and you probably noticed, looks good.
Harrison: Yes, yes. One thing that's good about teeth is that, huh. Never thought it sounds like that.
Maya: It's good to have teeth, in general.
Harrison: Besides they chew very well. One thing that's great about using teeth while kissing is that it gives a little edge to your kissing. The experience, it's like being dirty, but only... And the best way to go about it is not do too much. Like if you noticed we were doing only, like slight, little...
Maya: Nibbles.
Harrison: ... little nibbles on the bottom lip.
Maya: If you taste blood, you've gone too far.
Harrison: Yes. Well, you've gone too far even before that.
Maya: Yes.
Harrison: But like, yes. Just small things like...
Maya: That was good. What you don't want is poor teeth choreography where you have teeth on teeth. That is the bad news bears.
Harrison: It literally sounds like nails on chalkboard, and that sounds horrible and feels terrible, and no as sexy.
Maya: No as sexy?
Harrison: No, it's no way sexy.
Maya: It's no good in any language. So if you are going to take this little tip and incorporate teeth into your make out session, there are definitely do's and don't's. A do is an example of what we just showed you, a little light nibble. I'm sure we'll have a chance to show you again. Do not do teeth on teeth. That is just bad. Nobody wins. You don't want to hear any clinking action.
Harrison: Exactly.
Maya: You're not hungry. You're not eating.
Harrison: Exactly.
Maya: Is that a good way to say it?

How to Survive an Airplane Crash
Watch more Disaster Survival & Worst-Case Scenarios videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/168515-How-to-Survive-an-Airplane-Crash
In the unlikely event you're ever in a plane crash, these tips will dramatically improve your odds of walking away from it alive.
Step 1: Book a good seat
Book a seat in the exit row or within five rows of it. People in those seats have the highest survival rates.
Tip
Aisle seats are safer than windows seats, unless you're sitting next to an exit door.
Step 2: Dress for escape
Wear pants and a long-sleeved shirt made of non-flammable material, like denim or cotton, and flat, sturdy, closed-toe shoes. You want clothes that don't restrict movement, but also offer some protection from flames, flying debris, and the elements.
Step 3: Bring a smoke hood
Bring a smoke hood, or even just a wet washcloth sealed in a plastic bag. Most crash victims survive impact, but die of smoke inhalation.
Tip
If you don't have a smoke hood or wet cloth, breathe through your clothing.
Step 4: Memorize the layout
Once aboard, count the seats between you and the nearest front and rear emergency exit. You want to be able to feel your way should the cabin fill with smoke. Note where the flight attendants sit, so you'll know where to turn for instructions.
Step 5: Brace yourself
When instructed, brace yourself for an emergency landing. With your feet on the floor, cross your arms on the seat in front of you and lower your head onto them. If there is no seat in front, hug your knees. Try to remain that way until the plane comes to a complete stop.
Tip
Remove any sharp objects from your shirt and pants. If you wear glasses, take them off.
Step 6: Know how to undo your seatbelt
It may sound stupid, but remind yourself that airplane seat belts open by lifting a buckle, not pushing a button. Research shows that many flyers forget this when they're panicked, delaying their exit.
Step 7: Stoop, don't crawl
If the cabin fills with smoke, forget what you learned about staying close to the floor in a fire. In a commercial jetliner, you want to stoop, not crawl. You'll still get air, but you won't run the risk of being trampled.
Tip
Exit the plane immediately and find your loved ones outside. Trying to find them inside will delay everyone, including those you're trying to help.
Step 8: Run like heck
Once off the plane, run for your life -- literally. You want to get away from the plane in case it explodes.
Did You Know?
Research shows that passengers who sit near the back of the plane are 40% more likely to survive a crash than those in the first few rows.

How to Minimize the Pain of Getting a Tattoo
Watch more Tattoos, Piercings & Other Body Art videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/199158-How-to-Minimize-the-Pain-of-Getting-a-Tattoo
Getting a tattoo will never be a walk in the park, but it can be less painful if you take a few simple precautions.
Step 1:
Go to a licensed tattoo artist who sterilizes their equipment and uses disposable needles and gloves. The discomfort of getting tattooed is nothing compared to the pain of getting an infection from it.
Step 2:
Schedule your tattoo for the morning. This is when your pain tolerance is highest, thanks to peak levels of adrenaline, a hormone that helps us endure pain.
Step 3:
Wear loose clothes, especially if they are going to be covering your new tattoo.
Step 4:
Eat something before you go to reduce the chances of passing out from a combination of nerves and hunger.
Step 5:
Take a non-aspirin pain reliever like ibuprofen about 20 minutes before the procedure.
Tip
Don't drink alcohol or take aspirin in the 24 hours beforehand; it will thin your blood, increasing bleeding.
Step 6:
Choose an area of your body that has more flesh and less bone and nerve endings, like biceps, calves, and thighs, rather than bony areas or nerve centers like the rib cage, top of foot, and abdomen.
Step 7:
Know what to expect. The pain is often described as a cat scratching your sunburned skin. Breathe deeply, focus on your breath, and try not to move. The post-tattoo pain will feel the same, minus the cat.
Step 8:
During the procedure, if the pain is intense, your tattoo artist can apply a topical anesthetic. Think carefully before you ask for one; side effects include a longer healing time and a loss of color in the finished product.
Warning
Applying excess amounts of a high-concentration topical anesthetic and covering up the tattoo afterward can result in seizures.
Step 9:
Follow the tattoo artist's instructions regarding aftercare. The tattoo should heal in about three weeks, during which time you shouldn't swim or expose it to the sun. After that, go ahead and flaunt it!
Did You Know?
Democrats are slightly more likely to have tattoos than Republicans and independents.

That is the bass piece and now we are going to add the actual step that we need to learn to combine with this bass piece. So coming on to start off; put your right stomp, left stomp clap situation. You are going to go 1 and 2, 5, 6, 7, 8.....5,6,7,8, 1 and 2, and that is right, left clap. Okay. And what happens is after you clap, you should clap like this, put your hands like this, you are going to hit your chest ah, pop, boom, pop and that is the right stomp to a clap again.
So check it back, it said right, left clap pop, pop, boom, clap. So, you Full playlist - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLALQuK1NDrj1Kl-cv_lXXqoHK4FN_ClY

Want to look at those thighs and then come back up to your focus comes back from down to up when you clap your hands. What you are going to do from here on is, take three steps with your left leg. You are going to go and boom, boom and boom. And just realize that my hands are placed over my right. My focus is looking down. Okay. So, all my weight is on my left leg.
Alright, let's take it back. So you are going to go boom, pop, pop, pop, boom, pop, boom, boom, boom. So, that was 1, 2, 3 you are going to keep the same triplet kind of sound beat going on with the hands right here. 1, 2, 3. Okay. So, it is going to go 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3 and now you are going to do the same thing you just did to your left towards your right. 1, 2, 3 same thing. Right focus is right here down, you are looking this way, your hands are towards your left or your weight is on your right. So, let us combine that together, you are going to go 1 and 2, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, parap, pa, pa, pa. So from right here you are going to clap. Then you are going to go left, right. And that left, right is going to bring you to the center.
So, after you go three times over here, boom, boom, boom, clap, left, right. And how do we start this step? We start it with our right leg stomp. Right and that is just how we end it. So guess what we are going to loop the step again. So, after you go here. Boom, boom, boom, pop, boom and do it again pop, pop, boom, pop, boom, boom, boom, 1, 2, 3, boom, boom, pop and you just finish it off with your left leg stomp, boom, your arms are extended right here and next do a right leg stomp into a stage. And that is the step right there. Let us take it back, we are going to loop it and then we are going do the bass beat. So, you are going to go pop, 6, pop, 6, 7 and a...
So, I am going to ask you to do the same bass beat that we just taught you. Right and then I am going to join in with this new intermediate step. 5, 6...5, 6, 5, 6, 7, ho... Alright and that is how you do an intermediate step combined to a base beat.

How to Wear a Garter Belt
Watch more Lingerie & Underwear 101 videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/43405-How-to-Wear-a-Garter-Belt
Put some sizzle in your sex life — or just feel more sensual — by donning a good old-fashioned garter belt.
Step 1: Pick a fabric
Think about what kind of fabric you want -- garter belts come in satin, lace, fishnet, mesh, leather, and vinyl.
Step 2: Decide on straps
Decide how many straps you need, usually between four and 12. Four are fine if your garter's main role will be as a sexy bedtime accessory, but you'll want more support if you plan to wear the belt for longer.
Tip
For a slimming effect, choose a garter belt with a hidden control panel.
Step 3: Spring for metal clips
Pick a garter belt with metal clips, as opposed to plastic ones. You'll pay more, but you'll reduce the chances of the clips popping open. And make sure the straps are adjustable.
Step 4: Get a good fit
See that the garter belt sits securely on your waist, but is not tight.
Step 5: Wear quality stockings
Wear stockings that are designed to be worn with a garter belt. You'll be able to identify them by the thicker, darker band at the top, known as the welt.
Tip
Splurge on silk stockings; they'll cost more initially, but the payoff is that they last longer -- and look better.
Step 6: Attach the clasps
Attach each clasp to the welt, taking care to keep the straps straight. You do this by placing the round part of the clasp under the stocking, about an inch from the top of the welt, and then pressing the part with the loop over it, to form a lock.
Step 7: Adjust the strap length
Once the straps are clasped to the stockings, adjust their lengths just as you'd adjust a bra strap. To gauge how much slack you need in the back in order to sit down without snapping your stockings, lift your leg onto a chair and adjust.
Step 8: Pair them with great panties
Pair your garter belt with a beautiful pair of panties in either the same color or a complementary one.
Step 9: Hand wash your garter
Keep your garter belt in good shape by hand washing it in a mild detergent.
Did You Know?
Sales of garter belts rose 15% after Susan Sarandon wore them in the 1988 film Bull Durham.

So blow drying techniques for long hair. If you have fine hair and you want to give some fullness to it, you should actually dry your hair upside down and lift up the roots while drying your hair with your finger. Don't put a brush to your hair when your hair is super wet because it's a waste of time and it will damage your hair even more because you'll put more heat and longer on it.
So when you blow dry your hair, also go with the hair, meaning don't over blow dry your hair on the underside because you'll get all those fuzzy frizzy hair to come. So follow your hair the way it's going to go. Remember your hair is going to go straight down. The air of the dryer will follow that. Pull on it with your hand, smooth it out with your finger as much as you can before you put a brush on it. The more you will dry your hair with your finger, the easier it will be later on with the brush. So don't be afraid to use your hand and go through your hair as much as possible.
Now, that will not be enough to actually make your hair look very nice. So you will need to take a round brush, depending on if you want movement or if you want your hair straight, it all depends on the size of the brush. The smaller size of the brush will give you more wave and also will actually lift up the roots a little bit more. So always start at the bottom.
So again you have to make a clean, nice section. You will need to start there with your brush all the way to the roots. Start with the roots first and make your way down. Make sure the air of the dryer is facing downwards so you don't actually bring the small little frizz up. Once the roots are done, it's pretty much 90% of that piece of hair that will be done. Keep the same tension. Once you get to the end, roll your brush to make it nice and smooth.
Take another section. Now if you want to give a little fullness to the roots, you will want to pick your hair up and put the air on them so you give it a little lift, a little fullness. Don't forget that the dryer is hot. So if you want to do a little setting on the hair, you want to use a little bit of the cold air button to actually cool it down. It's almost like a setting.
Now for the front part, you will take it, bring it down towards the face and give a slight movement. Remember the most important part of your hair is what's around your face. Most of the time we all get frizzy or little fuzzy hair here. So that's when you need to work this a little bit more than the rest of it. What I mean by that is actually putting the brush here and going backwards so you actually smooth all those little piece of hair here, because that's what you're going to see in the mirror but that's also what you're going to see in real life and that's what people are going to actually see when they first see you. People are not going to look what's in back. They're going to see what's around your face. So if that doesn't look good, nothing else is going to look good.
So that's some blow drying techniques that you can use at home.

Whether you're a distinguished professor, a fledgling politician, or a James Bond wanna-be, knowing how to tie a bow tie comes with the territory.
Step 1: Drape tie around neck
Lift up the collar of your shirt and drape the tie around your neck with one end hanging 1 and a half inches below the other end.
Step 2: Button top button
Button the top button of your shirt.
Tip
If you want a nice thick knot, use a tie made of a thick material.
Step 3: Cross ends
Cross the long end in front of the short end.
Step 4: Pass long end through loop
With your thumb, bring the long end behind the short end and pass it up through the loop so it hangs down on top of the shorter end.
Tip
Adjust the tightness of the tie now, as you won't be able to readjust later.
Step 5: Double short end on itself
Push the long end aside, and double the short end on itself so the narrow portion of the end is brought up to the knot and the loop lays sideways, from one collar point to the other.
Step 6: Hold bow in place
Hold this bow with one hand and don't let go. This will stay in place for the rest of the steps.
Step 7: Loop other end around bow
Pull the other end straight up behind the bow, then loop it around the middle of the bow.
Step 8: Push end through knot
With the end behind the bow again, push the wide center of the end through the knot, creating a new bow facing in the opposite direction as the first one.
Step 9: Tighten knot
Pull on both bows at the same time to tighten the knot.
Step 10: Straighten knot

A look at the technique that launched a thousand broken relationships.
Step 1: Get collagen
Get collagen lip injections—unless bee-stung lips come naturally to you.
Tip
Collagen too pricey? Buy one of the many lip plumpers available at the cosmetic counter.
Step 2: Find an inappropriate partner
Find an inappropriate partner—someone’s husband, your brother, or, if you’re supposedly heterosexual, a woman.
Step 3: Hang on
Hang on to your partner in a proprietary way during the kiss, as a warning to other women.
Step 4: Keep lips closed
Keep your lips closed, unless you’re in a serious relationship—you know, like one that involves wearing your partner’s blood in a vial around your neck. In that case, go for tongue.
Step 5: Flash a sexy smile
When the kiss ends, flash your lover a sexy smile that promises better things to come.

Angelina Jolie has been quoted as saying that Brad Pitt is 'a great kisser.'
