📍 Wied iz-Zurrieq, Malta | I went inside Wied Babu (Babu Valley) the MOST Lushest Valley in Malta in the summer heat and the goal was to take that sunset dip. The trek wasn't going to be easy (as I am out of shape lol) and I needed to film the experience so I was losing light. I took a wrong path but I was saved by the adventurous Bob (from Romania) & Goshia (from Poland) who I've met half way in the thick thorny lush of Wied Babu. That's only part of it, as then in the pitch dark with just my mobile phone torch as my guidance, I had to get back to the road... a 30-40 minutes adventurous trek. 📍 Maqluba, Qrendi - Malta | I went to explore Malta's Largest Crater called il-Maqluba in Qrendi outskirts and as I was filming, I witnessed a cliff collapse. There are couple of Maqluba legends about why this place looks like a crater/cavity that I share in this video and also the reality of how this crater was created plus some other facts. Honestly, this protected site is a real gem as while I was there filming (in peace), I saw birds (and admired their chirping) that I've never seen before and the flora and fauna you find here is something else. 📍 Qrendi, Malta | The Malta Chapel Hunt continues and this time I went to hunt for the Chapel's one can find in the town of Qrendi. Although a small town, Qrendi has 6 of the oldest Chapels you can find. 📍 Qrendi, Malta | I went inside this jewel of a town called Qrendi where I have roots connecting to this place as my dad was born here (and lived for a while as a young boy) and I brought us some stories and memories as we used to come over when I was a little boy to visit my dad's aunties and his cousins. Qrendi is one of the oldest towns in Malta with documentations say that up to 1417 (that existed), that has rich history from the Neolithic times to the Great Siege days up to the WW2. 📍 Mqabba, Malta | I went on a hunt for Chapels in Malta in a place called Mqabba and to my luck I found one of these Chapels miraculously open and I couldn't believe what I've found inside. In Malta there are 369 churches, cathedrals and chapels so I decided to head over to Mqabba, a typical southern Maltese village with a population of around 3,000 people that apart from the St. Mary's Parish Church (which I went briefly inside) there are 4 old historical and beautiful Chapels.
