📍 Xgħajra, Malta - I randomly found a young couple business owners in this remote village of no more than 1,700 people called Xgħajra in the east coast of Malta as I was looking to grab a cup of tea in this gloomy December day. But after the pandemic, people response as you can see in the video was very very positive. 📍Mriehel, Malta | I got lost inside this Central Business District were a lot of businesses from furniture sellers to pole dancing studio and big general store to consulting offices are found. There's a panache of businesses inside this Malta's Business District that it is split in 5 zones (thanks to the wall map I've found there). You can find pretty much anything your heart desires. (I didn't get my tea as I found the snack bar closed due to public holiday) But... the most iconic thing has to be the Farsons Factory Plant which is massive and the recently update area just adjacent to it ... that consist of 3-4 outlets (restaurant & bars) they own to increase their revenue streams. This business center in the industrial area of Mrieħel, was recently opened although there are few bits and pieces left to be finally complete. It consists of 4 towers (tallest one is 19 stories) which will be mostly business offices, connected with each other through fly over bridges and the ground level is a commercial outlet area, with a supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy and some cafeterias. It is a cool new spot in town.
