In New York State at the height of the (so-called pandemic), the state legislature gave emergency powers first to Governor Cuomo which then were absorbed by Interim Governor Hochul. 😡 One legislative branch of government cannot give their power to another branch of government, and this is when attorney Bobbie Anne Cox sued Governor Hochul and won. The State of New York’s governor and legislature have proven themselves to be serial second amendment violators. 😱 Gun laws passed by New York legislators have been continually challenged and continually ruled as unconstitutional, yet every time one law is struck down, they enact something a bit different but with the same results; Unconstitutional attacks on law abiding citizens who have every right to keep and bear arms. Come see us and find out about the solution. You may ask yourself what can I do? That was the big question in my mind for a very long time. For decades the government has been passing laws and spending money that have come back to haunt our country. Yet, I stayed silent. Sure, I knew in my mind it was wrong. I would speak of it to a friend or a family member. One bad bill, one bad law, one bad decision after another. The corruption and the abuse of power is dangerously coming to its boiling point. A couple of years ago I was sitting on my sofa watching the news. I was contemplating what was happening in our country. Why wasn’t anyone doing anything about this crisis of conscience? I soon realized that if something were to be done it has to come from me. It has to come from you. We the People. I took it to heart. I came across Convention of States. I did my research. I never knew that Article V gave the citizens - through their state legislatures - the power to take their country back. I wasn’t confident in my Constitutional knowledge and whether I could be an effective volunteer for Convention of States. I thought about it and realized that most people were feeling the same way. I started reading up on the Constitution and Convention of States. I signed up to be a District Captain in early February of 2020. I remember making my first phone call to a petition signer. I was nervous. It didn’t take me long to start having hour long conversations with people. I enjoyed each and every phone call. I expanded my Constitutional acumen and my confidence. In March 2020 I became the State Grassroots Coordinator. I worried: Can I be effective? I returned to my original answer: “If not me, who?” If not now, when? As Maryland's Grassroots Coordinator, I have set a personal goal to develop 6 additional Regional Captains. Right now Maryland has 2 Regional Captains. What does this mean? We have multiple District Captains who will become Regional Captains. But in order to do this we need to build up our volunteer base to on-board and develop more District Captains. I can assure you; you have what it takes to volunteer. We all do. I am here to tell you that everyone has something to offer. Everyone has a skill and a gift. Whether it be to help set up meetings, door greeters, letter writers, getting petitions signed, block walking, calling and writing legislators. We need those willing to spread the word. Everyone can make a difference! One of my favorite quotes is from John Quincy Adams: Duty is ours; results are God’s. I love this quote because if God is speaking to you He will place the desire in your heart. He will give you the means and the ability to do what he has called upon you to do. He will place the right people into your life and He will provide. Nothing is more unique than the art of being free. Today, American citizens have never been in greater peril of losing their freedom. The Founders gave us the roadmap. It is up to each and every one of us to follow their instructions. We need to secure the liberties that were given to us for future generations. The CDC announced on October 19th, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommended that Covid-19 vaccinations be added to the schedule of required immunizations to attend public schools. 😨 The panel voted 15-0 in favor of the new requirements. 👈👈 Already right-wing media coverage condemns the move by the CDC while the left battles semantics. For example, a recent Forbes article criticizes a statement made by Tucker Carlson, who claimed that the CDC would make Covid vaccinations a requirement in public schools. 👈 The article states, "Yet, the CDC clearly states on its website that "State laws establish vaccination requirements for school children." And the CDC, by the way, ain't one of the 50 states in the U.S." The problem is that historically states have always made immunization schedules based on CDC recommendations and guidelines. So, this move by the CDC supposes that once they officially add the Covid vaccines to the program, that states will do as they are told, and parents might not notice. Thankfully, American citizens in their respective states can stop this blanket effort from the CDC by voting at the local and state level. ⚡⚡ For example, the Florida state Surgeon General tweeted, "Regardless of what @CDCgov votes tomorrow on whether COVID-19 vax is added to routine child immunizations - nothing changes in F.L.," Ladapo tweeted. "Thanks to @GovRonDeSantis, COVID mandates are NOT allowed in F.L., NOT pushed into schools, & I continue to recommend against them for healthy kids." 🥰 While this sort of political drama has been the norm for the past two and a half years, now more than ever, state rights protect individual liberties and freedoms. Too much more Federal power and the CDC, the EPA, and other Federal agencies would make all the decisions for us. This is what the Convention of States was created to prevent. No Federal overreach. The combined forces of the US military are by far the best trained, best equipped fighting force on earth, at least they were. 😱 As if the woke mentality was not enough for our soldiers to deal with, we are losing many thousands of highly trained military personnel to COVID vaccine mandates, all while missing recruiting goals for the first time in decades. 😨 Because of these insane mandates, the United States Air Force is set to lose over 700 highly trained, hard to replace fighter pilots, Navy Seals, Special Forces, not to mention the tens of thousands of Marines, Army, Navy and Coast Guard personnel we are losing. 😡 All of this is happening while our enemy China is building a massive military force.⚡ I served in the military and I know there are many orders and directives a soldier is required to follow, however being forced to take a drug, an experimental drug by the way, should not be one of them. Dr. Robert Malone who invented the MRNA procedure used to develop the COVID vaccines has stated multiple times, on several platforms that these vaccines are dangerous and should be pulled immediately. One can tell when the powers that be are feeling cornered, everywhere you look online, they try to paint this celebrated scientist as an (anti-vaccine mad scientist). What they do not tell you is that 16,000 other scientists agree with Dr. Malone.
