Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown outlined serious weaknesses in President Biden’s department of homeland security and their orders to no longer automatically deport illegal aliens for violating certain laws. 👈👈

Brown clearly and concisely informed the parties that agencies such as the DHS have zero authority or autonomy outside of congress. 💥

So no, Mr. Mayorkas, you don’t get to send a memo and expect it to be taken as law.
