In order to be mentally healthy, we must build up our mental strength! Mental strength is something that is developed over time by individuals who choose to make personal development a priority. the 'Warrior Mindset‘ is more than aggressiveness and determination, it is about overcoming challenge and adversity. It’s about possessing, understanding, and being able to utilize a set of psychological and physical skills that allow someone to be effective, adaptive, and persistent. It also allows someone to use optimal decision-making, psychological techniques, physical and tactical skills learned in training and by experience. “Given enough time, any man may master the physical. You must, in a sense, break yourself down (just like military boot camps do when new soldiers enter into the military) and then build yourself back up. The goal of a ‘Warrior Mindset‘ is to integrate the psychological with physical and tactical training to add a dimension that is often overlooked, but necessary to achieve the maximal performance of a skill. If you only talk about mental toughness but don’t actively train it, you haven’t developed into a complete warrior….regardless of what physical skills you have developed. Last year the Canadian government quietly released its year over year (YoY*) excess deaths for 2020. In 2020, the total excess deaths came in at 16,333 with a YoY increase of 0.04%. The previous two non “pand emic” years 2018 and 2019 had the identical YoY increases in deaths at 0.04%. Therefore, Canada never experienced a C0VID “pand emic” whatsoever. It is important to note that in 2020 as in all previous years the Canadian government released their mortality data on their very own website, and then in an unprecedented move they stopped updating their website. Thankfully, Canada is a member of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), which means that we are still able to analyze their surreptitiously updated mortality data from the OECD website. Reviewing the OECD tables for the year of the Jibby Jab™ rollout campaign 2021, we see that the total excess deaths were recorded as 33,133. That is more than double the previous “pandemic” year! Since record keeping began, Canada has never experienced such an extreme surge in deaths. But it gets worse, way worse. There is a better than good chance that 2022 excess deaths in Canada will surpass the projected 36,000.
