Task Force Hosts Panel to Discuss the Threat to Individual Liberty Arising from Plans for Central Bank Digital Currencies and Digital I.D.s In June, the WHO announced it is looking to adopt the European Union’s Digital COVID Vaccine Certificate (EU DCC) model for its proposed “Global Digital Health ID” as part of the new pandemic treaty. His record, in particular as Air Force Chief of Staff, indicates that he is committed to the critical race doctrine that whites are unalterably racist oppressors of blacks and other minorities and must be limited to some arbitrary quotas among the officer corps. Should Federal Employees – Including Congressmen – be Giving the CCP their Pension Funds? Among the most successful and insidious of the “unrestricted warfare” techniques the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has employed for over three decades is the capture of American elites among the denizens of Wall Street. For the relatively paltry sum of tens of billions of dollars in commissions, sweetheart deals, preferential treatment and other inducements (read, bribes), the CCP has gotten enormous help in financing its quest for absolute control at home and global hegemony abroad. As a result, by some estimates, American investors in public and other pension funds, 401(k) plans, mutual, index and exchange-traded funds and other vehicles have — in many cases, unwittingly — had their money invested by corporations like BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, and Fidelity in Chinese Communist companies by some estimates to the tune of $3-6 trillion. Among those are companies that directly help arm and otherwise enhancing the warfighting capabilities of the People’s Liberation Army. In practice, moreover, pursuant to Chinese dictator Xi Jinping’s “military-civil fusion” doctrine, every Chinese company works for the CCP and its military arm, the PLA. Indeed, under a new intelligence law, so must all companies — including U.S. ones — doing business in the People’s Republic of China. TRANSCRIPT: Frank Gaffney: [00:00:00] And Brian, I guess I would like you just to speak specifically to the response that people like Lisa Monaco, the deputy attorney general of the United States, a woman who served in the Obama administration as the homeland security adviser, and a number of other capacities made when presented with the factual information that you provided. Specifically, if you can, what kind of response did you get from not just the Department of Justice in the FBI, for that matter, but also from the SEC? I think you've said, well, you know, it wasn't much of a response, but could you be as precise as possible with respect to the kind of guilty knowledge that these entities, these individuals received from you and what their response was as precisely as you can reconstruct it? Brian Costello: [00:01:01] So I'll deal with each of the agencies separately at the Securities Exchange Commission. I immediately was actually got what I would call a handler or somebody from the Office of the Whistleblower at the SEC, which I submitted all the claims through the SEC portal. And when you look up that person, he was the person that handled all the Bernie Madoff intake. So essentially, they gave me a handler who would just tell me like, hey, keep submitting the information. We're not going to give you any feedback on what is or isn't going on. I was never interviewed by the investigative team there, and it became pretty clear, as you saw correspondences with the SEC related to Chinese crimes that they weren't going to do anything. Ironically, talk about elite influence. Yeah. Gensler, who runs the SEC now as significant if you look at his financial disclosures, a significant portion of his portfolio is an emerging market funds that are heavily weighted 40 to 50% in Chinese and Taiwan stocks. Regarding the FBI and the DOJ, I was eventually interviewed on February 2nd, I would call it an investigation was opened, which was like, how do we bury this thing? So, they had to bring me in from that process after providing them a binder and sitting with them and going through all information. And clearly the decisions were being made from the market integrity. Major fraud division in the in the criminal department of the Department of Justice. They told me to submit all my future information to the tip line. They also told me they didn't want to talk about in the interview the national security ramifications of Shen, because there are multiple agencies focused on that and what's now revealed, and this was the Wall Street Journal cover article last week was one of the multiple agencies was the National Security Council. And apparently Kurt Campbell from the National Security Council was meeting with Sequoia, trying to unwind what was going on here. Despite being in possession of crimes. I went I sent a letter to Lisa Monaco. Adam Hickey at the Department of Justice because they were handling the ByteDance TikTok review. And I wanted them to know that the SEC, the FBI, Washington field office, the Department of Justice, where Lisa Monaco, the deputy attorney general, were all in possession of criminal allegations not only against Shen, but his attorney from Skadden Arps, who is now the CFO of ByteDance, had been involved in a bunch of these allegations or claims predicate crimes in the US capital markets. I received no response from their, I believe, multiple congressional offices. And both parties know that. I've met with 50 congressional offices, probably 100 staffers. Everybody knows exactly what's going on, that the DOJ, the SEC, the FBI, the National Security Council. So multiple agencies within the government are not confronting this in the appropriate manner based on our rule of law. So, it's pretty extensive. Whose fingerprints are on this?

And he used, as we know, air forces that have been shot down by Wagner. And in the process of this mutiny, Putin asked for help. And this is remarkable. Whom he asked for this help. He helped He asked for the help in this case, leaders of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkey. It looks like that Kazakh and Uzbek leaders politely declined their participation in this crisis. Mr. Lukashenko participated in this crisis, but it was what is really remarkable and no precedent in history of Russia for all these multi-century histories of this state that Mr. Erdogan, president of Turkey, has suggested his mediation services in solving Russian domestic crisis. Now, the so-called Putin has not been put down in the very strict sense of this word because nobody has been arrested, nobody has been shot among those who launched this uprising. [00:04:05] Moreover, it has been reached some kind of deal according to which Prigozhin himself with part of his troops would move to Belarus. And definitely it does not look like it's going to be the prison or something like that. It looks like that this company and these forces would continue their service for Belarus and for Russian forces and for Putin himself, probably new capacity how it will develop. It is too early to say, but it appears that the security environment of Putin and military environment of Putin tacitly behind not maybe not necessarily Prigozhin personally, but behind the idea not to destroy this company. Initially, Putin wanted to destroy this company and. Destroy its leadership, but looks like that the balance of power has changed so dramatically that Putin was not able to do it, and as a result, the deal has been achieved. And it shows to the first of all, to the regime itself, to Russian people and to outsiders around the world, that the so-called Personalistic regime of Putin is not personalistic regime. This is a much more like a military or security junta within which the balance of power is distributed unevenly. And the positions of different forces in this junta is not yet clear as of the current situation. What also necessary to mention what position has been taken by some Western participants in this geopolitical battle, especially by G7 country and by the Biden administration. [00:06:06] They have contacted Kremlin and as the White House has announced, they had very good communications with Kremlin and as it has been revealed later by CNN and by the Financial Times, Biden administration sidelined with Putin against Prigozhin. So that is why they publicly put a pressure on Ukrainians not to attack offensive assets on the Russian territory during the crisis and not to attack Russia at all, just not to allow political instability in Russia, which is in the language of the White House, meaning Putin's political regime, which means that Biden's administration fully supported Putin's regime in the war between Putin's forces and Ukraine. This is one of the most outstanding, shocking and even scandalous fact that the Biden regime is demonstrating itself as a lie of Putin against Ukraine. So, the very fact shows that in the critical situations, which one was just happened over the last few days in front of our eyes in all those critical situations, Biden administration is supporting Putin and is saving Putin is saving Putin's regime. The E.S.G.
