Committee Assesses the State of Today’s ‘Evil Axis’ and Its Implications for the Free World

Over the past week, the state of the so-called “No Limits Partnership” between Chinese dictator Xi Jinping and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, was cast in a new light by two strategically portentous developments: 1) The revelation that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is not just creating an expanded intelligence and advanced cyberwarfare facility in Cuba. It is also establishing a so-called “military training base” inherently capable of kinetic power-projection, as well. And 2) a purported “coup” involving the short-lived movement of an armored column of Russia’s mercenary Wagner Group from Ukraine towards Moscow.

This CPDC webinar takes stock of these developments and their implications for what is truly an “Evil Axis.”

The webinar examines the implications of the Biden administration’s evident intent to take no action to prevent the Chinese Communist Party from weaponizing Cuba.

The Committee on the Present Danger: China believes that is a totally unacceptable response and will be unveiling twenty specific actions the United States must take immediately to counter this new Chinese dagger pointed at the heart of America.

The webinar also assesses what is known about the so-called “coup” in Russia and its implications for both that country’s government, its war in Ukraine and its ability to serve as a useful vassal state to Xi’s imperial ambitions — including his preparations to engage in aggression in the Western Pacific and beyond.
