It's near Oklahoma City and only about 10 miles from Norman, OK. These trails should be on your list of weekend fun if you're in the OKC metro!

Why I'm indifferent about my Yakima tower and ARE rack for Truck Camping | Gear Review
Here's a review of my Yakima tower and the ARE rack that's on top of my ARE truck cap for truck camping. It's probably my least used gear right now. I use it mainly when I'm not moving and put bulk items when i'm not going anywhere. I have thought about removing it and seeing if i get better milage! I could see a lot of people having a lot of good use for this unfortunately I haven't found much. The rack allows for lighting and awning accessories so keep that in mind if you want those extras.

Whizbang Oklahoma | Killers of the Flower Moon Location
I visited Whizbang/Wizbang Oklahoma which is one of the locations talked about in the book "Killers of the Flower Moon" which is a book about the Osage Indian murders. This town was known as a skeezy town and known for murder, gambling, and prostitutes. It's just a few foundations now and fields. It's really interesting to be standing in the same place that so much history is found and it's empty fields now!

Gray Horse Cemetery Oklahoma | Killers of the Flower Moon Location
I visited the Gray Horse Cemetery in Oklahoma's Osage County. It's the final resting spot for several people from the book "Killers of the Flower Moon". Mollie, Lizzy, Anna, and many others are buried in this small cemetery and are prominent people from the book. It's crazy too because many of their white husbands are buried near them and they tried to kill many of them. Hale is buried in Wichita Kansas and I've visited there too. Enjoy!
