Privacy Shades for Truck Camping
I finally got the privacy curtains up and everything went smooth. I used reflective insulation and hook and loop (velcro) glued to the top to attach to the carpeted crawling. I’ll clip the reflective sheet to the back door for complete privacy! How are you all covering your truck camping windows?

THINGS I HATE ABOUT MY WALK-IN FIBERGLASS DOOR | A.R.E MX Series Truck Cap Issues | Truck Camp Gear
Here are a few of the things I hate about my walk-in fiberglass door on my A.R.E MX Series truck cap. I use it for truck camping and have loved it so far but there are a few things I wish the installation crew and me had figured out beforehand. I still like my truck bed cap but this is just to show you some things I've had issues with so you can be ready when you get new gear.
Please let me know if you've discovered ways to fix or secure some of these issues. I've found ways to solve these issues but let me know what you've found because there are different options.

I was inspired by a recent video to get off my butt and go see some 90s nostalgia movie history! I went to the Twister movie filming locations. The locations are noted at the twister museum. This is a fun day trip and a cool thing to do if you're bored on a weekend. We watched the movie after the trip but you should watch it before so you can find and stand in the exact same spots! FALLING WATER FALLS \ Awesome Arkansas Swimming Hole Location \ Ozark National Forest
We made it to Falling Water Falls which is an awesome Arkansas swimming hole! We went there the afternoon before but when we came the next day early morning it was wide open! This is a great swimming hole and there's plenty of room for swimming or jumping off the rocks. Swing by on a hot day and I think it will be a nice break!
Here's a video of the other waterfalls around the area. There are plenty of options for swimming all through the Ozarks!

How I Set Up My Inflatable Bed in the Bed of My Truck for Camping! | Gear Setup for Off-Grid Camping
This is how I set up my inflatable bed in the bed of my truck for camping while I'm out in the national forest off the grid or even in a state park. I use the plug-in from my truck to inflate the mattress and put all the items in the cabin of the truck. It's pretty easy and manageable but it does suck when you do need something and have to get out and then get in the truck.
This is a Serta inflatable mattress from Target. Make sure to get this one because some queen air mattresses are 80 inches long but Serta is 78 inches long. It fits better being a little smaller. My truck is a Chevy Silverado 78 inch truck bed.
Comment how you truck camp! Do you roof top tent? Build a bed frame? Comment your comment in the comments.

RICHLAND CREEK WILDERNESS ARKANSAS \ Ozark National Forest \ Best Waterfalls and Locations
I finally got out to the Richland Creek Wilderness with my good friend Eric. He lives in Little Rock. We ventured into the Ozark National Forest and tried to find the best waterfalls for you all!
Like and subscribe if you want to keep seeing awesome camping and trekking spots! Let me know in the comments about any other awesome places in NW Arkansas.
The locations are below including our campsite. There's an established campground near the wilderness and along the creek. The trailhead for Twin falls and Richland falls is near that campground. We didn't stay in the $10 fee campground but rather found a little spot by the creek. It was a much better spot since we were off-grid camping already, we didn't need the campground.
Below are the locations of all the spots we stopped at so you can go discover them for yourself! Enjoy!

OKLAHOMA CITY TO LITTLE ROCK DRIVING TIMELAPSE | Garmin DriveAssist 50 Dashcam Video
Here's my drive from Oklahoma City to Little Rock from my Garmin DriveAssist 50 Dashcam. My only critique of this trip is Arkansas needs to stop letting drivers know which lane is closed 2 MILES OUT!!! Use the zipper merge people! I have noticed that Oklahoma isn't putting which lane is closed until less than 1 mile out. I like that.

EAST FORK RED RIVER NEW MEXICO WALK AND GEOCACHING ADVENTURE
I'm staying in a cabin near Red River New Mexico and decided to get out for the afternoon and do some geocaching and exploring near the East Fork Trailhead. It is such a gorgeous area I can't even explain to you how much I love it. It may sound odd, but I love feeling so small against the wide-open space and huge mountains all around! I also found the geocache so that made for a better afternoon! There lots of water, trees, animals, and plenty of areas to hike all around.
Here's the link to the forest service page for the trailhead area I was at and you can see some of the trails for the eastern slope of Wheeler Peak. Enjoy and maybe you can find this cache too when you visit.

DASHCAM TIMELAPSE VIDEO | Oklahoma City to Red River | DriveAssist 50 with Google Earth Fly Along
This was a great trip and even though there's lots of rain in a few spots, the mountains were awesome near the end! The Google Earth fly along really shows you the mountains I was driving through. I really enjoyed making this one!

SALT PLAINS STATE PARK TRIP / Driving Around the Great Salt Plains Lake in Oklahoma / Things to Do
I check out a few things to do around Salt Plains State Park in Oklahoma. Great Salt Plains Lake is a unique place with saltwater and crystals found in the dryer parts of the lake. There's also a spring on the north side of the lake. You can learn what you'll find at a few of these places.

SPRUCE MOUNTAIN OPEN SPACE TRAIL VISIT AND REVIEW / Colorado Day Trip
Spruce Mountain Open Space is a special place in Douglas County Colorado. It was an awesome trail and well worth the visit. It is about 4.5 miles to make the circle around the top of the mesa and return to the parking lot. I saw tons of people running, biking, and walking. The views are pretty great too. Hope you enjoy seeing some of the perks of the hike and if you're ever in Colorado it's worth a stop to visit!

COLORADO TO OKLAHOMA DRIVING TIME LAPSE | Monument to Oklahoma City | Garmin DriveAssist 50 Dashcam
This was a long day but I honestly love driving through the prairie of Colorado, Kansas, and Oklahoma. I love the wide-open spaces and enjoy the history of all those areas. Enjoy the view!

GLOSS MOUNTAIN STATE PARK REVIEW | Oklahoma State Parks | Day Trip and Trekking
Finally returned to Gloss Mountain State Park in western Oklahoma and it didn't disappoint! Some people also call it Glass Mountains. It is a small park but it has a lot of awesome things even if the hiking is moderate to hard. I think this is a top attraction Oklahoma State Park.
