Erev Rav Asher Weiss has quite a track record of distorting the Torah to push the poison shots and even outright kefirah. When I tried to question him he brushed me off and one of his cronies assaulted me. If you have the time to catch up on this and plenty of barf bags handy, you can see my past videos on him. He just admitted that he provides "guidance" for the Shabak, who brutally torture Jews and are not known for fidelity to the Torah, to put it mildly. It's a wonder people still consider this man one of us, let alone revere him, regardless of how much they've been conditioned. Well, get another barf bag ready. At the same session in which Weiss divulged his connection to the Shabak, Weiss falsified the Torah's position on גט על תנאי, conditional writs of divorce. Many soldiers are concerned that their wives might be left agunos (anchored to the marriage) if something tragic happens to them in battle and their death cannot be confirmed according to the requirements of Jewish law. They asked Weiss about giving their wives a conditional get, which would take effect if they do not return by a given time. Weiss declared that "One can never write a גט על תנאי, the poskim say that is, that is out!" And just like that, Asher Weiss canceled reams of Jewish law throughout the ages. He failed to mention that conditional writs of divorce in times of war date all the way back to King David, and, as Rabbi Breitowitz recently noted in response to the same question, even back to Moshe Rabbeinu himself. Which poskim canceled this halacha? According to Weiss, it seems ALL of them did. As it turns out, this cancellation of Jewish law was brought to us by rabbis who worked for the Israeli establishment, and on very questionable grounds. Rabbi Shlomo Goren — whose rulings on Jewish law are categorically rejected in many parts of the Torah-observant world — ruled that such gittin must not be used because they would weaken morale of the soldiers. This position has been obediently adopted by the "Dati Leumi" world, which made a religious cult out of serving the secular Israeli state, no matter what. What gave Rabbi Goren, a single rabbi, the power to unilaterally abolish a longstanding halacha simply because of an entirely speculative concern about "morale"? We are not supposed to ask such questions. Why did King David, and all others who followed this practice throughout Jewish history until the establishment of the secular state, not worry about the morale of his soldiers? Why was this concern not entertained in Shas and the poskim? What about the serious issue of agunos, which is treated with utmost importance, being cast aside over a speculative, amorphous psychological consideration? Frankly, one can argue that leaving one's wife so vulnerable to becoming an aguna is far more likely to lower morale, whereas giving a conditional get provides security and peace of mind. That's why it was always done this way until employees of the state decided otherwise. Weiss does offer a consolation prize. "So the only option I have is giving them a bracha (blessing). Don't be worried! You're gonna come home safely!" Then this cold charlatan pretends to get choked up. As I've said before, the man really needs some acting lessons. He oozes fakeness. The Erev Rav establishment wants to destroy religious Jewish families in many ways. This is just one more way. Highlights: Rav Sofer is in touch with all the Rabbanim in Israel and some are just too scared to speak up and tell the truth. Some have been given large sums of money to tell people they should get whacked. Rav Sofer sat with four other dayanim in R' Wosner's beis din in Bnei Brak and they spent a whole day listening to testimonies of people who've been injured after the whack. Then R' Wosner put out a strong letter stating no one should take it.

On September 5, 2023 at 9 AM two religious children ages 13 and 11 were riding the Jerusalem light rail when they were stopped by inspectors who check that people had paid for the ride. One of the children had forgotten his Rav Kav card and was unable to pay the 5.5 shekels fare (approximately $1.50). It is not possible to pay two fares from a single Rav Kav on the trains, so his brother was unable to pay for him at the time. The child had money on him and wanted to pay the fare, but the train workers did what any normal person would do under the circumstances and called the police. Since this was not a case of Jews being attacked by Arabs, police rushed to the scene and quickly surrounded the frightened children. They proceeded to do what any normal person would do under the circumstances. They shoved the 11 year old boy to the ground while his older brother was put into a chokehold and dragged into the police car. Onlookers watched horrified while these thugs in uniforms brutally assaulted two children and kidnapped a child for failing to pay his train fare. The train inspectors and police were, of course, within their rights in dealing with these criminals, who have only themselves to blame for being in this situation. The law is the law. The children should be grateful that they were not disappeared and trafficked. (Not that anything like that ever happens, of course, and not like the upstanding people who rule the holy Medina would ever be involved with something like that, of course. Just saying.) Alternatively, they might have had a confession tortured out of them to "solve" a case, like Amiram ben Uliel. When a concerned citizen informed one of the Gestapo pretend-Jewish thugs that he was being filmed, the thug tauntingly pointed to his own bodycam. This happened in broad daylight in the center of Jerusalem before a crowd of horrified citizens while being filmed. Imagine what these monsters do in darkness, in their dungeons, interrogation rooms, and hospital wards, when no one is watching. They have nothing but contempt for us. They do not fear us. They know we know what they are, and they do not care. They know we can film their atrocities, and post angry comments on social media, and nothing will happen to them. That's because this was not a spontaneous act of brutality by a few rogue police officers who get a rush out of bullying defenseless people. This is business as usual. They have free reign to do this from their superiors. They KNOW nothing will happen to them. In the rare event that there is a huge public outcry, their controlled media will get a boilerplate quote from the department assuring the public that the police carry out their duty to protect the citizens. Maybe the controlled opposition in government will even pretend to be outraged long enough to issue a quote. In the extremely rare event that they need more damage control, they will promise to conduct an internal investigation. The gangsters in uniforms will investigate themselves. How reassuring. Meanwhile, these poor children are traumatized forever, over nothing. In just a few seconds a train ride turned into a nightmare that will change their lives, courtesy of Medinas Erev Rav. I hope when they grow up they refuse to “serve” the country in any form. Enough with the servitude. I hope people will stop praying for the welfare of the security forces who oppress them. If there are a few good ones here and there, fine. Specify them and them alone. Don't pray for your enemies. I hope these thugs have a horrible new year. I hate the Erev Rav, because I have the opposite of Stockholm Syndrome. If you can watch this video and not be filled with hatred for the Erev Rav, there is something deeply wrong with you. Your sensibilities have been corrupted by false messages about love and hate designed for this very purpose. We are supposed to hate our oppressors, even if that is all we can do. These people hate you and me, they hate Hashem, and they relish the opportunity to beat up religious children over nothing. If they were given orders to put people in camps, they would do it – gladly. When police are injured or killed in terrorist attacks, part of me hopes it is people like this and not one of the good ones. To be clear, I am not advocating violence or breaking the law. God forbid. But if something unfortunate were to happen to these people, don't expect me to mourn for them. And if one of them ever needed help, they shouldn't expect it from me. If Torah was the law of the land, the child would have to pay his train fare, and possibly a fine. The thugs in uniforms would have to pay them five categories of damages, unless the monetary damage was insignificant, in which case they would be flogged before the Jewish court. Does anyone have a problem with the Torah law? I sure don't. Please, Hashem, give us a true Jewish state under Torah law immediately. And please wake up the rest of Your people as gently as possible to desire it as much as I do.

In 2020 a concerned citizen managed to have a brief meeting with Asher Weiss. He shared (or at least tried to share) information about how vaccines were being falsely portrayed as far safer than they actually are, and expressed the entirely reasonable view that people should not be forced to take medical treatments under false pretenses or against their will. (I will add that the number of people compensated in court for injuries is surely a far cry from the number of people actually injured. The whole premise of linking "safety" to the number of injured people who go through an obstacle course and manage to win a judgment is absurd — definitely not "scientific".) Weiss pretended to be interested in the material, but refused to discuss it, and displayed the trademark condescending, authoritarian posture that befits no rabbi, let alone one who claims sovereignty over what drugs go into our bodies. The visitor asked Weiss point blank if he supports mandating (forcing) people to take vaccines, and Weiss replied in the affirmative, with an empty, virtue-signaling remark about benefiting others to justify this tyrannical, utterly terrifying position. Of course, any rabbi with a bit of knowledge and the courage to be honest will tell you that the Torah does not give a central authority the power to force anyone to undergo a medical treatment — all of which have potential dangers — to benefit others (assuming such a calculation is even a practical reality, not mere speculation). The Torah allows us, and sometimes obligates us, to undergo medical treatments only to benefit the individual receiving the treatment. Weiss is such an extremist about vaccines and forcing everyone to take them that he gave his visitor a patronizing blessing: he should be successful in all he does except convincing people not to take vaccines. The short meeting was then shut down. It should be very clear that Asher Weiss does not serve the Jewish people nor does he represent the Torah. He works for the establishment. His role is not to educate and inform people, to guide the community with integrity and genuine concern, but to charm the sheep into compliance and bully the rest. The way Asher Weiss carries himself and relates to those who approach him is very dark and disturbing. The fact that he is educated and scholarly does not make him a great rabbi; it makes him especially dangerous.
