Wisconsin Election Commissioner Robert Spindell Spoke at the H.O.T. Meeting on 2-16-2022. WEC commissioners voted to suspend the requirement for voting deputies to enter nursing homes in the 2020 election however, commissioner Spindell broke with the other commissioners and voted no. He was the only WEC member that Racine County Sheriff Schmaling didn’t recommend being prosecuted after their investigation found irregularities in voting at a Racine nursing home.

The Assembly on Elections and Campaigns Committee held a special meeting on 2-16-2022 which the Wisconsin Election Commission staff is reporting on their election procedure.

H.O.T. Sources close to the investigation said it was not. H.O.T has requested the complaint from the WI. Attorney General’s office and has not received it. H.O.T. supporter Jim McClain through his efforts has fleshed out Racine D.A. Hanson to admit she is not going to prosecute the WEC claiming jurisdiction issues. In the opinion of H.O.T. Government Hanson has jurisdiction over crimes committed under Wisconsin Statutes Section 946.12(2) on the basis of Wisconsin Statutes Section 978.05 and 801.05. Racine. County Sheriff Schmaling has called upon Attorney General, Josh Kaul, to do his job. Josh Kaul would need the complaint forwarded to him! Why was this not done? Schmaling has since announced he will refer the complaints relative to the crimes committed by the Wisconsin Elections Commissioners to the District Attorneys of the counties where the commissioners reside. WEC must be held accountable to the rule of law just as any other ordinary citizen would be held accountable. To that end H.O.T Government supporters will take all lawful actions available to them in the cause of justice being served. As H.O.T. Government has and continues to hold DA Hanson accountable, it will hold the District Attorneys of Milwaukee, St. Croix, Sheboygan, and Green Lake counties accountable to act and prosecute the crimes committed by the Wisconsin Elections Commissioners.

Special quest Peter Bernegger data analyst explained how the Wisconsin Election Commission violated multiple laws. Illegal Acts by The Wisconsin Election Commission 1 WEC told clerks to stop counting ballots the night of the election. 2. WEC fail to issue mandatory rules on how to train special voting deputies. 3. WEC told clerks they should begin opening and counting absentee ballots days before November 3rd. 4. WEC declare drop boxes were legal. 5. WEC fail to include current state law in its administrative rules. 6. WEC violated state law by not reporting the error rate. 7. WEC declared clerks can cure ballots. 8. WEC encouraged the voting abuse of indefinitely confined. 9. WEC approved voting machine vendors to wipe system logs clean. 10. WEC permitted 46,000 voters to cast a ballot knowing the DMV did not verify them.

H.O.T. supporters former 20 year Racine Alderman Sandy Weidner and Kim Morrison have filed a bribery complaint on sitting Racine Mayor Cory Mason and Racine Clerk Tara Coolidge. The City entered into an agreement with Center for Tech and Civic Life which constituted prohibited election bribery under Wisconsin Statutes § 12.11. Any agreement where the City’s election officials receive Center for Tech and Civic Life’s private money to facilitate in-person and absentee voting within the city violates Wisconsin Statutes § 12.11’s prohibition on election bribery. The city of Racine received $ 1,699,000 of the Zuckerberg money funneled through the Center for Tech and Civic Life.

Racine County Republican Party Meeting 12-6-21. Party meeting voting on Election Integrity Chairperson Kayla Peterson to be installed on the Republican Party board. Peterson and others were instrumental in uncovering voting irregularities in Racine County. Peterson gave her findings to the Racine Republican Party to expose. Kayla Peterson stated "I never thought I would have to fight my own party." Wisconsin’s Racine County GOP Finds 23,000 Voters with the Same Phone Number and 4,000 Voters Registered on 1/1/1918 (Biden Awarded State by 20,000 Votes) Wisconsin’s Racine County’s GOP now is getting in the act. Over 23,000 voters were identified.

Stat. 7.54 "Contested elections". which provides: In all contested elections cases, the contesting parties have the right to have the ballots opened and to have all errors of the inspectors, either in counting or refusing to count any ballot, corrected by the board of canvassers or court deciding the contest. The ballots and related materials may be open only in open session of the board of canvassers or in open court and in the presence of the official having custody of them. The petitioners ask the Supreme Court to review Wis. Stat. 7.54 in challenging parties the right to review in open court ballots they assert were miscounted such that an incorrect election outcome will be sustained unless the errors alleged by the challengers are corrected by the circuit [court]?
