H.O.T supporters spoke at the Racine County Government Services Committee on July 19, 2022. H.O.T is claiming the Racine County voting system is faulty. Information has been sent to the committee members. Wireless modems are in 73 Racine County voting machines, administrative passwords are held by third parties and the voting software is also held by a third party. We want an audit paid for by H.O.T.

Jay Stone files two complaints on the City of Racine WI. over election violations. The City of Racine applied $250,000 of its CTCL grant money to purchase a mobile polling location in violation of state statue. Secondly, The City of Racine's objectives in the complaint was to “Encourage and increase absentee voting by mail, Expand voter education and outreach to disenfranchised populations, and hire and train poll workers, particularly high school, college and technical school students.” Clerk Coolidge duties include voter education, but the clerk’s goal to “Encourage and increase absentee voting by mail” goes beyond voter education. Clerk Coolidge is not educating voters with a list of options of how to vote, she is telling her readers to vote absentee. “Expand voter education and outreach to disenfranchised populations” is discrimination since it favors disenfranchised voters over non-disenfranchised voters. Hire and train poll workers, particularly high school, college, and technical school students is age discrimination because the focus is hiring younger people as poll workers. Robin Vos stating in August 2021 Wisconsin voting machines not connected to internet. On November 20th 2021 Harry Wait president of H.O.T. government and myself met with Robin Vos for a breakfast meeting. At that meeting I gave him documents explaining that the county clerk had very little to do with the actual running of the election. The default passwords and software to the voting machines were controlled by Dominion Voting Systems contracted through Command Central in St Cloud Minnesota. Furthermore all 73 voting machines in Racine County had wireless modems per the Racine County contract which I also gave to him. I told him he could be governor if he would do a full out investigation of the Dominion voting systems. He told me they were in good shape (Republicans) for the 2022 elections and his job was to get a republican elected governor. Internal polling told him his popularity was at 81% in this district. I told him this is the Tea Party on steroids and they're not going away.The meeting was cordial and we agreed to meet in another couple of months. Harry and I also met with the Racine County Republicans they are also lockstep with Vos. I fear Republicans see this as a way to continue to keep power not interested in the fair and honest elections which is most certainly been explain to them. I also believe Robin Vos controls Trish Hansen who is the county D.A for Racine County. That is why the complaint on WEC by the Racine County Sheriff is going nowhere. Robin told me in another meeting that he speaks to Trish Hanson daily.

Racine WI. Clerk Tara Coolidge states "Command Central runs the voting machines" Command Central is located in St Cloud MN. WHY? Why are they running the voting machines in Racine, WI. and 40 plus other counties in Wisconsin? Here are questions H.O.T. asked Racine County on an open records request. Questions 1.Do the Dominion Voting machines in Racine County have modems? All 73 Dominion Voting machines in Racine County have wireless modems (see attached documents) 2.Who has the default password for the Dominion Voting Machines in Racine County? Racine County stated: The records disclosed in response to your other requests set forth herein are the only responsive records 3.Who owns the voting software for the Dominion machines in Racine County? An email from Cade Trice President of Command Central to Racine County Attorney Nicole Jurgens states in part: . In this matter (and all things related to Dominion Systems software, usage, and restrictions) Command Central is licensed by Dominion and will always defer to them for legal guidance on their software and hardware. Attached are emails from Chad Trice President of Command Central looping in Phil Schmidt from Dominion. In an email Trice states: “Mr. Bernegger’s request has been issued to many counties and I will be sending them all Phil’s recommendations as well. In this matter (and all things related to Dominion Systems software, usage, and restictions) Command Central is licensed by Dominion and will always defer to them for legal guidance on their software and hardware.” The response from Phil Schmidt (Dominion) to Racine County in part states: “ A new report issued by GOP leadership in the Michigan State Senate may be helpful: The Senate Oversight Committee took a thorough look at all the unsupported and wild claims about DVS and its voting systems” Schmidt goes on to say: Unfortunately, the malicious actors pushing the lies online completely discount the many safeguards that election officials have in place for elections, including government testing and certification, public L&A testing, canvassing, audits and paper ballots for hand counting. They are asking people to buy into a massive conspiracy involving Dominion, poll workers, local election officials, the SOS, political party officials, the FBI, CIA, DOJ, Homeland Security, CISA … and the list goes on and on. Case involves alleged violations of election laws regarding the City of Madison facilitating increased in-person and absentee voting for-targeted populations, privately funded and directed by Center for Tech and Civil Life.
