The Oxford Outlaw Matt Reardon

Matt Reardon arrives home on December 7, 2021 around 5pm with his family when two Lafayette County Sheriff's Deputies pull up advising Reardon that a "Writ to take Custody for Mental Commitment" had been taken out for him earlier that day. Reardon claims the Affidavit was fraudulent and retaliatory, and was immediately taken out by Alcorn after Sheriff Joey East passed her information that he knew was untrue and Constitutionally protected. It was then signed on the spot by a Chancery Court Judge (Lawrence Little) and then sent for immediate execution around 4pm. Reardon is then taken into custody.

On December 6, 2021, Matt Reardon receives a call from Circuit Court advising him that his newest court filing was improperly filed in circuit court and would need to be refiled in Justice Court which Reardon rushes to do in just the nick of time.

On December 6th, 2021, Matt Reardon discovered a key court record in Lafayette County Circuit Court that was altered. After peacefully trying find answers as to how it could have been changed, Reardon walks out of the Courthouse. Upon walking out of the Circuit Court Courthouse, Reardon mildly states his state of shock and concern at how quickly the situation deteriorated. Outside, Reardon is then confronted by Lafayette County Sheriff Joey East who tells Reardon to not go back into Circuit Court unless he has something in specific to file. At this point, Reardon takes the opportunity to get a few things off of his chest regarding the flagrant uncaring abuse of what he states is his constitutional rights and civil duty, even referencing to the Lafayette County Sheriff's requests as being "tyrannical". A few other pleasantries are exchanged before Reardon leaves in disarray at what had just transpired

On December 6th, 2021, Matt Reardon is shown simply trying to find out where the responsibility falls when the Judge in his newest court filing is mysteriously changed to the same Circuit Court Judge (Luther) Reardon claims presents a big conflict of interest citing certain individual violations of the Judicial Code of Ethics.

The bizarre fraudulent commitment journey in Lafayette County, MS begins with a clerk from the Circuit Clerk's Office informing Matt, Reardon that his assigned judge in a new matter filed in this North Mississippi Circuit Court would be Judge Kent Smith, and that the judges are assigned via an algorithm that randomly (and presumptively fairly) assigns a circuit court judge to a newly filed case out of the three Circuit Court Judges available.

Listen to how jacked up Chancery Court proceedings can be. These types of courts need to be ABOLISHED! A court must always be centered around LAW and the CONSTITUTION, so is it that big of a surprise that these "Courts of Equity" feel that they are held to different standards than those that are always supposed to be protected by other courts.

After visiting Batesville Mississippi City Hall today and being presented with this "ordinance", I am of the impression that its Board of Aldermen are clearly a group of Tyrants hell bent on creating and attempting to enforce their unconstitutional policies and ordinances. This shows clearly when I walk into City Hall and am stopped by the Assistant City Clerk (wouldn't identify so we will call her Karen) who tells me I can't record video inside of City Hall or any other City Building pursuant to an Ordinance passed by the Board in July of 2022 making it "unlawful" and a "misdemeanor" to record in the publicly accessible areas of the local city government. So of course, I directly challenged it and remained inside until 2 Police Officers from Batesville Police Department showed up. I have to wonder why Batesville's City Employees, it's Board of Aldermen, and it's Mayor are so worried about a little transparency and accountability into its operations of a City Building by citizens, yet they can freely record anyone who comes in a City Building. It's complete hypocrisy and the fact that they now attempt to criminalize it makes it the very definition of Oppressive and Tyrannical. Oddly enough, What the Assistant City Clerk failed to understand about her "Ordinance" which I failed to reinforce while being there is that their “Ordinance" actually states at the end of one of its paragraphs, "EXCEPT IN THE LOBBY OF CITY HALL". So regardless, it was unenforceable! I plan on returning to question the City Mayor and City Attorney over this latest Draconian measure, and hopefully we the people can bring about change. These types of policies must be challenged and defeated

At the Pontotoc County Sheriffs Department and Jail. I Walked around for approximately 20 minutes. While on the property, I received contact by an employeeof the jail telling me I couldn't record. Upon challenging this Jailer, the County Sheriff walked up and advised her that I could. He then gave me a guided tour of the outside of the facility. The Sheriff Department and Jail receives a PASSING GRADE of a B, with their only hit coming from the initial interaction with the female jailer. THANK YOU SHERIFF LEO MASK for stepping in! While on the property, I received No engagement, interaction by any Law Enforcement Officer, city employees; except for one question. ialready undergone some form of training for any potential 1st Amendment Audit. I did observe one Officer observing from a distance both inside and outside, but made no contact. At Water Valley Police Department, Sheriffs Department/Jail, Post Office, Court, and a public sidewalk beside a local liquor store. After an extended period of time at each place, I received very little engagement or interaction by any Law Enforcement Officer, City Employee, or private citizen which suggests to me that the City and County Government as a whole had already undergone some form of training for any potential 1st Amendment Audit. The only hit the City took on this Audit was the Water Valley Police Chief refusing to provide his name after he initiated contact with me. Overall the City of Water Valley receives a PASSING GRADE! At the Mississippi Bureau of Investigations office in Batesville, MS trying to get some answers from Lieutenant Joey Mauney or Brian Sullivan. He claims the MBI improperly hyped up information that’s constitutionally protected, while suppressing other evidence that he claims is exculpatory. Highway Patrol Captain Cooper identifies himself as the individual in charge and pulls out his phone to record Journalist. Then, a walk around the building. To my surprise, there was no interaction outside of Captain Cooper and no other confrontations. On February 21, 2021 I was pulled over on the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) campus by two Sheriffs Deputies, Jacob Williford and Kandi Beavers, after picking my wife up during her break at work. Snow and Ice was covering the ground at that time, and according to Deputy Williford the reason for the traffic stop was a headlight which had just gone out due to moisture freezing inside of the main assembly for my right headlight. The Deputies noted the odor of Marijuana coming from the car, yet it had been several hours since I had smoked and even then it was only a small, minute amount. The car was searched and nothing illegal was found in it or on me. The deputies insisted that I take a ride IN CUSTODY to the Sheriffs Department to be administered a Standard Field Sobriety Test in a "controlled environment". As I figured, the environment was completely controlled to the extent of the video footage of the test being administered "vanishing" and never making it to trial as evidence. This was 6/20/2022. I went in to City Hall to take some photographs and video. However shortly after entering I was confronted and detained by Oxford Police Department for allegedly being in violation of a restraining order taken out on me in May of 2017 by the then incoming Oxford, MS Mayor Robyn Tannehill over fake claims and constitutionally protected activity.
