I definitely give props to @HarveyFreebird for the great educational content in this video he pieced together detailing this complete SHAM of an arrest by Galveston Police Department on August 11th, 2023. Our goal as Auditors and Activists should be to constantly educate the public, even while learning from certain slips that we ourselves may sometimes make, and I believe this does a phenomenal job of that. On August 11, 2023 I was pulled over by Galveston Texas police department for suspicion of DWI after a troll called in a false report to dispatch. This led to a refusal by the department to give a breathalyzer as demanded and them then proceeding to a blood draw while being cuffed and held down by nearly 10 officers without a warrant ever being shown. For some reason in Jackson Mississippi, they believe that you have to ask permission for rights. For what reason would they ask you to sign a piece of paper to ask permission to take pictures in a public area when there’s no requirement to show identification or proof that you have to even shared your actual name? On January 7, 2023, Tyre Nichols, a 29-year-old black man, was fatally injured by police officers in Memphis, Tennessee, dying three days later. The officers, members of the Memphis Police Department (MPD) SCORPION unit, pulled Nichols from his car before pepper spraying and tasering him. Nichols broke free and ran toward his mother's house, which was less than a mile away. Five black officers caught up with Nichols near the house, where they punched, kicked and pepper sprayed him, and struck him with a baton. Medics on the scene failed to administer care for 16 minutes after arriving. Nichols was admitted to the hospital in critical condition. The officers reported that they stopped Nichols for reckless driving. The MPD released four edited video clips from police body cameras and a nearby pole-mounted camera. MPD Police Chief Cerelyn J. Davis later stated that the department had reviewed camera footage and could not find any evidence of probable cause for the traffic stop. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the United States Department of Justice both opened investigations into the incident. The autopsy determined the cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head, and the manner of death as homicide. The five officers who allegedly assaulted Nichols were discharged from the MPD, effective January 8, 2023. They were arrested and charged on January 26 with second-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault, official misconduct, and official oppression. They have all pled not guilty to the charges. The MPD has disciplined, relieved of duty, dismissed, or arrested thirteen officers in total regarding their conduct. Memphis Fire Services terminated three employees for their failure to evaluate or assist Nichols. After the release of the videos, widespread protests began on January 27.

On Friday/ 8/4/2023 after filing Internal Affairs Complaints and Filing Criminal Charges at the Southaven Police Department, I walk across the street to City Hall and file a public records request for the 911 Call, all officer body cameras, and every incident report filed by the responding officers. On 8/4/2023 I meet with Lieutenant Don Barr whom is head of Internal Affairs at the Southaven MS Police Department to file internal affairs complaints on all responding officers except for one from the Incident occurring at the Walmart Parking lot on 8/3/2023. I would find out just days later that the primary reason for this revolved around abhorrent lies given by the beach county sheriffs department, and in particular by sheriffs deputy, Kandis Beaver’s regarding my reporting an incident of law enforcement corruption with the Holly Springs Police Department to the FBI on October 28, 2022. All recorded calls are included as well as the transcript from the hearing where Beavers was called to testify. Lafayette County alleged that the reporting of a crime to the FBI allegedly violated the conditions of a banishment the county imposed. I was unable and not allowed to produce the actual evidence of the calls that transpired as I was never given advance notice of what the allegations were. This led to me being sentenced to 1-year in prison on 11/3/2022 where I was essentially a Political Prisoner at the East Mississippi Correctional Facility based on LIES! This is probably my 2nd favorite reporting piece. It's July 2021 and I'm at the US attorney's office for the Northern district of Mississippi in Oxford looking to get some answers out of assistant US Attorney Bob Norman AKA "Blowhard Bob" after coming to the realization that there was a reported family tie between Bob and Bob's parents, Bill and Cora Norman, and my ex Phyllis ""Liz"" Crowder's father Cory. This was of a particular interest to me after Bob had involvement in everything back in 2017 when coincidentally a 302 FBI Report disappears which would prove he and the FBI knew it was an impossibility for me to commit the crime I was accused of, and the slew of false accusations by Liz Crowder where she was represented by free legal counsel through a victims advocate attorney named Christy McCoy, even though it's clear to see Crowder was no victim. McCoy coincidentally receives 100% of her funding from the Department of Justice Victims Advocate fund. At this point it appears plainly obvious that The DOJ is financing the manufacturing of crimes and I need some answers!
