On 10/20/2022 I received an email from the Department of Public Safety which had multiple items I had requested on a Public Records Request (State version of FOIA). Of those included a nearly 6 minute video taken by Captain Gerald Cooper on his cell phone. Here is that video 😂

On 10/17 I called Mayor Ferrell back to let him know I was coming to constitutionally challenge the city Ordinance and request Public Records on Wednesday 10/19

This occurred December 28, 2020 when I commuted to Lafayette County Sheriffs Department seeking the assistance of the Sheriff to deal with a matter of high importance. I tried to communicate via email first, however the Sheriff refused to respond after checking my emails. This bizarre arrest ensued. It gets real when Dixon and Tidwell are shown lying on their police reports in trying to justify an arrest when Reardon was simply seeking out the assistance of the Sheriffs Department to assist in putting a stop to the conspired upon acts by my ex and mother of my first born child, Phyllis "Liz" Crowder" whom had invoked Department of Child Protective Services name in a lie/scheme keepi g my child away from me for 1-year. You can hear by audio recordibg, Dixon never audibly says “you are under arrest” and says to “move” which I did. Not one time was I ever told to freeze. So how could an arrest ever be considered lawful. And how could it ever be Resisting Arrest? These are questions still needing to be answered on the record. I was DENIED the right to a Jury trial and the Judge insisted on trying the matter himself November 4, 2021 despite heavy opposition from me. DESPITE ALL FACTS KNOWN AND SHOWN WITH EVIDENCE, AND ALL LIES THAT HAVE SURFACED, I WAS STILL FOUND GUILTY BY JUDGE CHRIS CHILDERS. IS IT MUCH OF A SURPRISE THAT I WAS DENIED A TRIAL BY JURY? This was October of 2020. Major Alan Wilburn told me he didn't have the evidence to support his outlandish claim made in 2017 which he spoke to the news media about. Completely false and defaming claims made. So I go to Lafayette county Sheriffs Office to try to get down to the nitty gritty about everything and get a few things off my chest.

After voicing his complete disgust with the matter to a Communicare employee, Reardon was informed that he needed to submit any complaint in writing to the director of the Facility including any demand for preservation of evidence. Early on in the afternoon on February 8th, 2022 at the conclusion of speaking with chancery court clerk Sherry Wall, Reardon filed and served an 8-page shocking letter with Chancery Judge Lawrence Little’s chambers and Communicare’s executive director Dr. Sandy Rogers. The very next day, February 9th, 2022, another Communicare Employee (Susan Beard) proceeded to file another affidavit for commitment of Reardon claiming he had refused to attend a scheduled appointment, however, recorded phone calls with Communicare paint an entirely different picture and in combination with the Complaint filed just 1-day prior almost certainly show that this latest move by Communicare and its employees was ill-brought once again and done to retaliate against Reardon and once again try to dodge a situation that the county and Communicare brought on themselves.
