Let Your Inner Light Shine
My client Tania gave me permission to share her story with you this week because she was so happy with the results she got.
She understood that the key to ultimate success is doing the deep inner work on herself and that’s why she sought me out for coaching.
During her sessions, I discovered that she was carrying her mother’s pain in her energy field.

Your solar plexus, often referred to as your third chakra, is a powerhouse of energy.

Unresolved Trauma Creates Drama!
Are you caught up in a never-ending cycle of drama?
9 out of 10 times it’s to do with suppressed trauma!
Especially, unresolved trauma from your childhood years, between the ages of 0 and 7.
Traumatic experiences, whether from childhood or adulthood, can leave emotional wounds that fester over time.

What is your thyroid trying to tell you ?

What is your bladder trying to tell you
What are your bladder issues trying to tell you about yourself?
Today, I want to decode what bladder issues could mean for you.
My little three-year-old grandson who lives with his parents under our roof, regularly wets the bed.
He sleeps in between his parents in a king size bed, and because we share the same laundry, I know that bedwetting is a real issue for Fergus.
Bedwetting occurs mostly in children and can be seen as a cry for help.
It’s like an outpouring of feelings, coming from the deep dark depths of the subconscious mind.
There may be deep grief, guilt, despair or a crushing feeling of darkness, which I call an existential darkness.
When you are in that dark, a little bit leaks out at night.
There is no other way to release the energy than to release it through the bladder.
In Fergus’s case, he couldn’t have wished for more caring secure parents who shower him with love and attention.
Being the youngest, his siblings dote on him as well.
This tells me that Fergus’s fight and flight response at night is probably coming from generational traumas or past life memories, and that he needs to have a healing session with his oma.
I will suggest it to my daughter-in-law!
The bladder houses the energy of fear, terror, deep dark despair or being petrified.
When your body gives you a bladder infection it can mean that you are uncomfortable with what you are feeling or doing in your life, creating internal conflict.
Urine and bladder issues are to do with boundaries.
Think of a dog marking his territory.
You may need to re-affirm your boundaries, or look where you are being too permissive, and plug up the leaks.
You could also be angry or pissed off with a person close to you, but keeping these feelings buried instead of expressing them, creating a sense of unresolved sadness and frustration.
When you think about it, it is rarely appropriate to express rage, grief, or terror, so these emotions often remain repressed, with nowhere to go.

10 Hidden Meanings of Headaches !
Your body is always trying to tell you something about yourself, whether you believe it or not.
If you (or a loved one) suffer from headaches, here is a different way of looking at it.
1. You’re overloading yourself.
There are too many things you are trying to do, and these activities don’t resonate with your actual needs.
You might too easily get caught up in other people’s stressful experiences and don’t know when to draw the line.
The universe is telling you to let go of being overly responsible, stop being everything to everybody, and allow some of your attention and energy to flow to yourself.
Stop regularly during the day and check in where your focus is and shift it back to the present moment, into your Inner Being.
2. Incessant worrying.
Worrying can easily trigger a migraine.
Anxiety and depression go hand-on-hand with worry, so if you start to have sharp pains in your head, your body is telling you to take a step back and create some space to breathe!
No matter how much worrying you do, it won’t change the circumstances you are concerned about.
Worry is a misuse of your imagination.
Make yourself a hot drink, turn on some music, or go for a walk outside, listen to a podcast, read a novel, or anything else that helps you to clear your mind shift your perspective.
Sometimes worrying about others allows you to not think about life too deeply.
It can be an addiction, that helps you stay on the surface level of things.
3. You’ve lost track.
The universe has a way of reeling us back in when we veer too far off our intended life path.
If you start experiencing visual disturbances or develop sensitivity to light, you might need to refocus, revisit your vision, get clarity, and remove any distractions from your life.
Focus on the things that matter to your heart and soul.
It’s ok if you don’t know what really matters to you yet.
Most of us have been so caught up in the rat race that we haven’t given ourselves time to really consider if we are living ‘on purpose’ or whether we are living somebody else’s dream (your parents, spouse, sibling, or your childhood role model).
A headache can indicate deep conflict.
You don’t want to be in your current circumstances anymore, but you don’t know what your next step is.
4. You’re having a spiritual awakening.
Confusion is akin to anxiety, and often precedes an ‘awakening’.
If you are starting a spiritual journey, a headache could be a sign that you are in the first stage.
This is part of the process.
Your body might be releasing toxins as it is moving into a different frequency, one that supports a new perspective of life.
See it as a shedding of unnecessary layers.
5. You’re holding on to anger or irritation.
Ask yourself:
*What’s the benefit of me suppressing anger, rage, frustration, or hatred?
*How does it keep me safe?
*What happened in the past when I expressed yourself?
*What would happen if I expressed my anger?
Show yourself lots of compassion while you sit with these questions.

Your Body Speaks For Your Soul.
Did you know that your body speaks on behalf of your soul?
The soul expresses itself through your intuition.
Your intuition is like a telephone line between the head and the heart.
Our intuition will often point us toward the road less travelled, and that brings up a lot of fear.
When we get scared we either tune out to the voice or our soul, or we put the message in the too hard basket.
If we continue to ignore our intuition, we end up attracting hardship into our lives and bodies.
After all your soul came in with a mission.
If it looks as if you are going to miss important lessons, your soul has no choice but to give you pain.
Nothing stops us in our tracks like pain does.
By pain, I mean bodily pain, relationship pain, money pain, loss of purpose pain and so on.
For the next 6 weeks I am doing a mini-series on physical pain and the potential deeper meaning of it.
I will also have some suggestions for you, so stick with me till the end.
Many of our body systems speak a common language and we weren’t taught about this at school.

Unlock Your Inner Child
Have you ever felt so stressed and overwhelmed and you can’t rest?
No matter how hard you try to relax, your thoughts keep racing all over the place.
You are incapable of catching up on much needed rest and relaxation.
In my book “The Underbelly” I talk about how I exhausted all my energy, until there was nothing left in the barrel.
My mind was completely broken.
I spent time in a psychiatric hospital and received care and counselling from psychologists and psychiatrists.
They trained me in controlling my thoughts, by doing CBT.
But, there wouldn’t have been a chance in hell that any of it could work if I hadn’t been a healer.
I knew I would never be able to ‘find rest’ until I dealt with the wounded parts of myself that these thoughts belonged to.
I was hit by a truck in 2006.
While I made an incredible recovery, it had opened a can of worms deep inside my psyche.
In 2008, my whole internal reality came crashing down, and I knew that ultimately, it was up to me to find my way back through the maze of confusion and suffering.
The constant barrage of thoughts of self-hate and self-loathing came from my ‘abandoned and despised ‘inner’ children.
I had to start on a journey of finding and healing these wounded parts of myself to reduce the amount of hateful thoughts and increase self-love.
I almost had no capacity to love myself at that point.
Eventually, after healing and healing and more healing, I got to a place where I was able to rest, relax and be safe inside my own skin.
This is the goal of all healing.
Actually it’s a journey as well as a goal, because there will always be more to heal from.

4 tips to break free from negative patterns ...
A pattern will always have an origin.
As an intuitive healer, I always trace the roots of a pattern all the way back to the beginning.
You might have physical pain, relationship pain, or money pain.
All pain comes from the same place, from the depth of the subconscious mind.
A lot of people aren’t aware that they are dealing with a pattern, so they can’t fix it.
You can’t fix what you can’t see.
How do you know you have a negative pattern?
Things only have to happen twice, for you to suspect a pattern.
An example could be that you often get sick on a holiday OR you only fall in love with broken people. (But you only realize that when it’s too late)
Another example can be that you never multiply your money.
As soon as it builds up, something happens, and you are back to square one.
If we look at a scarcity pattern for instance, this often comes from your parents, and they got it from their parents, who grew up underneath parents who spent their formative years in the Great Depression.
There was almost nothing to go around, and people had to scrimp and save to get by.
They were lucky if they didn’t starve.
So we are third or fourth generation living in this lacking mindset/energy frequency, all because it’s a pattern.
It was a program that was developed by someone else, under different circumstances to ours today, and the worry and scarcity got ingrained into our ancestor’s nervous system as well as ours.
