A pattern will always have an origin.

As an intuitive healer, I always trace the roots of a pattern all the way back to the beginning.

You might have physical pain, relationship pain, or money pain.

All pain comes from the same place, from the depth of the subconscious mind.

A lot of people aren’t aware that they are dealing with a pattern, so they can’t fix it.

You can’t fix what you can’t see.

How do you know you have a negative pattern?

Things only have to happen twice, for you to suspect a pattern.

An example could be that you often get sick on a holiday OR you only fall in love with broken people. (But you only realize that when it’s too late)

Another example can be that you never multiply your money.

As soon as it builds up, something happens, and you are back to square one.

If we look at a scarcity pattern for instance, this often comes from your parents, and they got it from their parents, who grew up underneath parents who spent their formative years in the Great Depression.

There was almost nothing to go around, and people had to scrimp and save to get by.

They were lucky if they didn’t starve.

So we are third or fourth generation living in this lacking mindset/energy frequency, all because it’s a pattern.

It was a program that was developed by someone else, under different circumstances to ours today, and the worry and scarcity got ingrained into our ancestor’s nervous system as well as ours.
