She initiated contact with me and validated what I have consistently warned both the UK and U.S. Court yet I've been routinely ignored. Placing my son with his Aunt Deborah in Florida would be the same as placing him with Nancy Makanui (grandmother) or Christine (mother), both of whom were deemed extreme safety risks even by the Coventry City Council. This was notably evidenced beyond any doubt when the two of them conspired to abduct my son from a contact center in September 2022. Christine hired someone to have me killed and directly told police of her intent to do it herself. Neither of these psychopaths have faced consequences for their actions. If they were men they'd be in prison. This woman is a key witness, a member of their family who has stepped up and is willing to do right by my child, but she is too terrified of reprisal to testify. It is my hope that she will gain the courage to stand to her ground for the sake of my child's life. I certainly would do the same in her shoes. Note that I maintain a valid order for sole custody issued in August 2021 and further re-certified in June 2023. It is beyond absurd that my internationally abducted child was not promptly returned by the UK authorities to his left-behind parent. International law has been grossly violated and a lawsuit is pending the final resolution of this matter, so the full scope of damage can be thoroughly assessed and accounted for. I will be following this up with a video splicing together some of this audio with supporting video footage from UK hearings showing how my warnings are in-sync with what this woman has revealed. I specifically warned the Court EXACTLY what Hillier's cousin has now affirmed to be true. Even with this audio evidence now supporting what I had said, which was provided to them, Justice Nathalie Lieven is refusing to reverse her reckless, catastrophic order. The second he is in the Aunt's home in Florida his life will be in danger, just as I said. The UK couldn't care less. KNOW THIS: I will NOT allow my child to become another tragic statistic just because of an utterly broken family court system that does anything but prioritize the safety and well-being of children. Such negligence is unconscionable. If the law fails, I won't. As my son's father it is my duty to protect him at all costs. Unfortunately, she has recklessly failed to do proper due diligence when she interviewed my son’s mother. And in doing so she has only further enabled the delusions of a very sick and very twisted woman. The full interview was posted on YouTube on March 9th and lasts around 90 minutes, during which Hillier repeatedly lies, projects, makes excuses, and otherwise tries to paint herself as a victim. SHE stalked, harassed, and used me to get pregnant. SHE abducted my son and fled the country. SHE neglected/abused him to a degree that required hospitalization (burn on his leg, rotted/broken teeth, and malnourishment), leading to his removal. SHE hired someone to have me killed. SHE attempted to violently re-abduct him, causing long-term trauma. SHE assaulted at least 5 people (2 on camera). Then SHE abandoned my son in a foreign country and fled the UK to avoid criminal charges. All of this was in addition to her numerous false accusations against me, accusations the Coventry City Council and this interviewer on YouTube blindly took as gospel. In the end, even Coventry acknowledged that Hillier lacked evidence to substantiate her claims, which ranged from accusations of stalking to microwaving a cat, trying to sell my child, and claiming that I believed myself to be “a wizard with powers derived from the quantum realm”. It is absurd for anyone to take Hillier seriously. Four police departments in three U.S. states (CA, WA, CO) have all investigated her accusations and concluded she outright lied and/or lacked any evidence. One even discovered that she had contacted dozens of police agencies trying to have me arrested, which they described as “shopping for a cop”. While Hillier was arrested multiple times in the UK, she was consistently transferred to a mental ward instead of being criminally charged. Why? @westmidlandspolice @LAPDHQ @fbi @ncmec A warrant was issued in the U.S. for felony child concealment with $200,000 bail. She has yet to face justice for any of her crimes in either country and her current whereabouts are unknown. (Or are they?) Anyway, I was going to make multiple videos debunking her outrageous interview on YouTube, but settled on just these highlights. She already has zero credibility since her actions were caught on security tapes and I have the police reports supporting she is a serial false accuser. No point wasting too much of my time defending myself when it isn’t necessary. But I felt a limited response was in order, so… here it is. So what do you think? In February 2023 Dr. Declan Hyland testified that the deranged, homicidal mother of my child had anxiety, was depressed, dangerous, deluded, was being treated with anti-psychotics, and would require long-term treatment. He further recommended that her legal team not speak to their own client because she was so unstable. . Sounds serious! . In April 2023, Hyland returns declaring his patient doesn’t present as anxious or depressed, is not psychotic, is not delusional, is not dangerous to other, has no alternative diagnosis to offer, and had already discharged the child-abusing, homicidal, sociopath patient in March. With a clean bill of health. . I generally avoid speculation, but I’m sorry. This doctor is clearly compromised. And I’m betting it’s because his patient took a knee. Two knees, if you catch my drift. Then threatened to expose him if he didn’t cooperate. . It’s not hard to connect the dots. He’s clearly not someone getting laid on the regular. A thin, younger, attractive woman offers him pleasure and he turns it down...? Maybe at first. But if she became aggressive? He wouldn't stand a chance. . How else can this night and day testimony from the same guy be taken as fully legitimate? Either he was lying in February or he was lying in April. Or some combo of both. This is indisputable. The contradictions are too numerous and the time frame too short. And I know how manipulative my ex is and the extreme lengths she will go to get what she wants. . This doctor was such a brazen liar that even Justice Nathalie Lieven, who had already permitted social workers, barristers, and a guardian to lie under oath dozens of times, raised an eyebrow. . If only that piece of shit judge had equally applied such skepticism to all other parties throughout this case, the outcome would have been very, very different. Instead, she played it safe and leaned on the "professionals" as if they were infallible arbiters of truth. . Justice Lieven ended her career in taking this path. What was exposed during her cross-examination at the final Care hearing in May 2023 was nothing less than shocking. I’d previously met with the Guardian in February 2023, when she plainly agreed that the mother was extremely dangerous, that it wasn’t proper even under British law to have a forced adoption within the same family, that it didn't make sense that the Aunt could effectively manage contact, and that the UK enforcing a custody order in Florida when there was/is already a pre-existing custody order in the U.S. Yet when she took the stand, the Guardian minimized the mother’s level of threat as mere “theory”, argued the Aunt could manage contact, and was fully supportive of the forced adoption placement. What changed? The fact that she openly admits in this video that the placement with the Aunt is risky because of the local threat posed by both the mother and grandmother in Florida while placement with the father in California mitigates risk, was a stunning admission. But still she stuck to the less-safe plan, knowingly endangering the child. Her job is to protect children yet that seems to be the very last thing she cares about. And unlike others I have exposed on this channel, she was fully conscious of what she did. She knew better and lied anyway. The judge, of course, kept interrupting and scolding my Solicitor, disrupting his flow and making her prejudice against the father all the more obvious. Justice Lieven is a disgrace and should voluntarily resign from the High Court effective immediately. Welcome to Coventry Family Court, where women are always believed and men are always doubted regardless of the evidence, where children are anything BUT prioritized. And remember, none of these proceedings were valid to begin with. Both parents are American, my son is American. The UK had NO RIGHT to deny returning my parentally-abducted child, who I have had sole custody of since August 2021, let alone giving him away to someone else, knowingly placing him at risk. A massive lawsuit is pending. Anyone experiencing family court injustices, I strongly advise that you record everything. The level of corrupt can be so brazen that people won't believe you if you tell them. Keep meticulous documentation and relentlessly expose these duplicitous monsters. Both for the sake of my reputation and as a public service. Psychopaths live among us and some are exceedingly good at hiding it. This woman falsely accusing me of everything under the sun to keep my son and I apart has been bad enough, but here she's going beyond mere slander. She's trying to prop herself up as a victim to rally sympathy and general support. And it's disgusting in light of what she's done. In truth, she is a psychopath in denial. More specifically, I believe her specific condition to be histrionic personality disorder. I do not have an expertise in psychology, so take that with a grain of salt. But it does fit remarkably well. "Histrionic personality disorder (HPD) is a condition marked by intense, unstable emotions and a distorted self-image. People with HPD often don't realize their behavior and way of thinking are problematic." My hope is that she finds a way to humble herself and takes a good hard look in a mirror. Because as things stand today, she presents as an extreme risk to our son and I will exercise my sole custody order to the fullest to shield him from any potential repeats of the past. She is everything she has accused me of being and then some. From hiring a man to murder me to violently abducting my son, this takedown was long, long overdue. Only liars fear the truth. DESCRIPTION: The additional significance of the medications was that the Coventry City Council had tried to minimize the mother's psychotic behaviors and homicidal ambitions as mere depression, which they then attributed to my (unsubstantiated) abuse. That’s why Kirby only cited Effexor, a common treatment for depression. Aside from the Xanax, the ones she left out were common treatments for bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, both of which are impossible to pin on me. As I said to her the day prior, I’d submitted a 15-page supplemental of emails highlighting various medications the mother had admitted being prescribed to over the years and how she’d go on and off them and self-dose herself. Kirby reviewed those 15-pages and only noticed Effexor? Bullshit. Then she tried to excuse her (intentional) oversight by claiming it was understandable when the case file was 7,000 pages long. That in itself was dishonest. I'd made it easy for her and provided a supplemental that was only 15 pages. She did NOT have to review the entire case file. None of this discounts that the mother indeed may suffer from depression. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. You cannot pin bipolar disorder or schizophrenia on me, which made citing those drugs inconvenient to Kirby's case. THAT is why Kirby stuck to just Effexor. It was a pleasure exposing this barrister. The actions of the Coventry City Council and Justice Lieven exposed my son to a distressing situation, which I feel compelled to share. I've uploaded the full account to shed light on the injustice that transpired. It's disheartening that the UK reunited my abused son with his mother, despite knowing her history of psychosis, homicidal tendencies, and a previous abduction attempt. Such negligence is deeply troubling, and to date, there has been no apology for the incident. Adding to the distress, the UK still refuses to return my American child over a year later. Instead, Justice Lieven has directed that my son be placed with his Aunt in Florida, who, in writing, has expressed an intention to return him to his mother. The grandmother, Nancy Makanui, who aided in the abduction, resides with the aunt. I am resolute in preventing my son from being victimized again. No responsible American court would endorse such a reckless foreign order. A lawsuit against Coventry City Council is pending, and despite the gravity of the situation, the West Midlands police department has yet to charge Christine Hillier with any crime, presumably to avoid scrutiny. It is disheartening that all involved parties seem to carry on as if none of this ever happened.

DESCRIPTION: You would think these Care Proceedings that took place in February and May of 2023… the UK process by which they were to determine whether to return my abducted son to his father (me) or to the mother's sister (Aunt Deborah)… would focus on the capacity to parent. Right? Isn't that what's important here? Turned out that wasn’t a primary or even secondary concern for this circus masquerading as a court and it was never more glaringly obvious than when Nick Brown cross-examined me. The Coventry City Council was more interested in covering their own asses. Despite my attempts to steer the line of questioning toward my ability to parent, these clowns avoided the subject. Instead, this barrister prioritized twisting my words and chastising me for sharing confidential information about the UK case with U.S. authorities. Nick Brown was deflecting from the Coventry City Council’s own negligence, which had enabled the mother’s violent (and predictable) abduction attempt which traumatized my son. But hey, Coventry endangering children has been a running theme if you’ve watched any of these videos. . . To clarify, a U.S. Judge had dissolved an order that in turn jeopardized the criminal protection order (CPO) issued for my son and I to keep the homicidal mother away. Without any such deterrence in place, we were both sitting ducks for her to strike again. This would mean an inevitable physical confrontation with the mother that I sought to AVOID, particularly because I wouldn’t want him exposed to violence (AGAIN), which is why I used such strong language to implore the importance of keeping the CPO intact. Naturally this was turned against me. Part of this exchange was also projection. When the homicidal mother, who didn’t just threaten to kill me but was evidenced by the Local Authority itself to have hired someone to do it, the LA was notified when she hopped a plane back to the U.S. This was also to avoid five pending charges of assault plus attempted abduction of a minor. Being that I was a target you'd think I'd be kept in the loop. Instead, the Coventry City Council FAILED to notify me or my solicitors for over two months, during which time the mother could have easily rung my doorbell in the States and pulled a trigger. I'd never have seen it coming. That’s why they wanted to make ME out to be a threat of some kind, to mitigate the reality that THEY had previously endangered my son, and now myself, by TWICE enabling the psychotic mother. That, albeit indirectly, made THEM the real threat. But most revealing in this clip, I think, is the fact that I had objective evidence proving that the mother had purchased property near the Aunt’s, where Coventry was proposing to send my son. AND that the grandmother lived with the Aunt. These were highly relevant factors because BOTH mother and grandmother had been assessed by the Local Authority to pose a grave risk to my son’s safety, making their proximity to the potential placement in Florida highly alarming. Yet the public records were shrugged off as "just two documents". Meanwhile the Aunt’s mere word, without any evidence, was treated as gospel. And as of October, she was proven to have lied (as predicted) when she cut off my contact with my son even BEFORE his return to the U.S. (he's still in Coventry as of right now). She never had any intention to facilitate the relationship. And it proves she doesn’t love my son. Otherwise she’d never cut out his father, who he loves dearly. The brazen bias of this court, the lack of basic professionalism, and the stubborn refusal to prioritize my son, has been an abomination of justice. My son is still set to be sent to the Aunt’s despite all the evidenced risk factors: She’s physically disabled, lives in a 530sqft manufactured dump with 6 people, owns guns and pitbulls, and has admitted in writing her intent to transition my boy back to his abusive mother. Judge Lieven wrote she had no safety concerns about my son living with me and expressed confidence that I would protect him from the mother. Yet concluded by ruling against me solely on the basis of the "toxicity between the parents". Which was ridiculous since I have a SOLE custody order. The mother wouldn't be around. He was removed from her by UK authorities due to neglect/abuse and placed in interim foster care. When I went to claim him, the Local Authority (Coventry City Council) inexplicably refused. I have been in a legal battle to demand his release ever since. Justice Nathalie Lieven then ordered contact be resumed between my son and his mother, resulting in a violent (and predictable) abduction attempt and multiple assaults, further traumatizing my son. It has since been ordered that my son be placed with a family in Florida under a new UK custody order, designed to override the sole custody order I’ve had in the U.S. since August 2021. Make sense? No? I couldn’t agree more. But Joe Biden’s State Department has refused to intervene, admitting that if my son were being detained by Russia they would. In other words, this is political. Will anyone in a position of power from either country step up and do the right thing? Or will my son and I continue to needlessly suffer? I have been in a legal battle to demand his release ever since. Justice Nathalie Lieven then ordered contact be resumed between my son and his mother, resulting in a violent (and predictable) abduction attempt and multiple assaults, further traumatizing my son. It has since been ordered that my son be placed with a family in Florida under a new UK custody order, designed to override the sole custody order I’ve had in the U.S. since August 2021. Make sense?
