Does ANYONE in Coventry, UK tell the truth in family court? Maybe. But this doc sure ain’t one of ‘em.

In February 2023 Dr. Declan Hyland testified that the deranged, homicidal mother of my child had anxiety, was depressed, dangerous, deluded, was being treated with anti-psychotics, and would require long-term treatment. He further recommended that her legal team not speak to their own client because she was so unstable.

Sounds serious!

In April 2023, Hyland returns declaring his patient doesn’t present as anxious or depressed, is not psychotic, is not delusional, is not dangerous to other, has no alternative diagnosis to offer, and had already discharged the child-abusing, homicidal, sociopath patient in March. With a clean bill of health.

I generally avoid speculation, but I’m sorry. This doctor is clearly compromised. And I’m betting it’s because his patient took a knee. Two knees, if you catch my drift. Then threatened to expose him if he didn’t cooperate.

It’s not hard to connect the dots. He’s clearly not someone getting laid on the regular. A thin, younger, attractive woman offers him pleasure and he turns it down...? Maybe at first. But if she became aggressive? He wouldn't stand a chance.

How else can this night and day testimony from the same guy be taken as fully legitimate? Either he was lying in February or he was lying in April. Or some combo of both. This is indisputable. The contradictions are too numerous and the time frame too short. And I know how manipulative my ex is and the extreme lengths she will go to get what she wants.

This doctor was such a brazen liar that even Justice Nathalie Lieven, who had already permitted social workers, barristers, and a guardian to lie under oath dozens of times, raised an eyebrow.
.
If only that piece of shit judge had equally applied such skepticism to all other parties throughout this case, the outcome would have been very, very different. Instead, she played it safe and leaned on the "professionals" as if they were infallible arbiters of truth.

Justice Lieven ended her career in taking this path. And so has this purported "psychiatrist".
