Today we will not judge ourselves for feeling how we feel. Let us instead just flow with our feelings, acknowledging that there are highs and lows in everyone's journey. Today instead of judging our lows and judging ourselves as weak, we will thank our 'lows,' and be grateful for them. Grateful that we now have the patience, knowledge and wisdom to non-judgmentally allow ourselves to feel whatever it is we think we need to feel, without self-judgment. Why does the world tell us to judge ourselves as guilty, or not good or strong enough, when we have these so called lows? Why do we trust the ego when it demands we judge ourselves for feeling fearful, anxious, sad, or depressed? Today we end this programmed self-judgment by choosing to stop listening to the ego’s judgment of us. Let us instead be at peace knowing that there will come a day when we will see how most of our ‘low’ points where actually birthing some of our greatest highs. Let us allow today be the start of such a day where instead of judging ourselves we trust ourselves, by trusting that there indeed is Someone much wiser than us who is guiding our growth and development for the betterment of all mankind.

Today, let us see every interaction that we are presented with as a gift that is inviting us to practice letting go of our own judgments. We cannot fully understand the whole of Creation’s plan through the two little peepholes that we call our eyes. Realizing this lack of understanding, we are released and relieved of judgments that we truly cannot make. Freeing the world from our judgments, we thus free ourselves from having to carry them. As we release our judgments, the weight of the world is lifted off our shoulders.

Today I acknowledge that I cannot understand the whole of Creation’s plan through the little peephole of the ego’s perceptions. Realizing this lack of full understanding, I am thus relieved and released of judgments that I truly cannot make. Freeing the world from my judgments I thus free myself. And now all I now look upon reside once again in peace where they belong. Today I choose to leave Creation free to be what it is. I honor all parts of it and the choices they make along their journeys. In doing so I also honor myself, because since we are all One, when I learn to honor others I remember to better honor my whole self. The more parts of myself I choose to honor, the greater my light will shine, and the more the sense of peace will radiate from me. Those that today recognize the light in me will do so because they will remember it as their own. Today let us together stand tall, shine bright, as judgment free as possible, and serve as examples of the torches of peace in Creation.

When we start becoming aware that love is our true essence and nature, we begin seeing and recognizing this sameness in all. The more we make the conscious decision to align with Love and its reflections such as compassion, forgiveness, peace of mind and joy, the brighter our light shines. Today, let us see each encounter as an opportunity to reinforce our truth, our eternal, loving essence and nature. When we do so, we reinforce our sense of Oneness, that the truth in one of us is the truth in all of us.
