There are two main advisers that you can listen to throughout your day. The first one is your higher self, the part of you that is forever One with the Divine energy of love. The second one is the false or ego self, that programmed part of you that is imprisoned within its own judgment-centric fear-based mindset. Today, let us note that, unconscious as it may be, we always ask for advice before doing anything or reacting to anyone. Whose advice we choose to follow will determine the kind of day we have. Follow God’s guidance and love will be the foundation of the day you experience. Follow the ego’s guidance and judgment, fear, confusion, conflict and chaos will result. It is the advice that we value most in any situation that we will end up choosing and thus experiencing. Today, the choice of advisers is simple. It is a choice between our higher self and the ego, between love and fear. In every single moment, free will invites us to follow the adviser of our choice. When we pick our higher self as our adviser, love’s energies such as forgiveness, compassion, joy, peace, unity and understanding become our companions. When we pick the ego as our adviser, fear’s energies such as judgment, anger, anxiety, confusion, separation and conflict will engulf us. Thus how we experience this world is not a function of what is happening “out there,” but of which adviser we are choosing to follow. Today, before every interaction, stop, take a deep breath in, and ask yourself, “What kind of world would I like my children to inherit?” Then simply choose the adviser that will best help you create that world. ... Today, let us take greater personal responsibility for how we choose to spend our moments throughout the day. The accumulation of these moments will become the life that we end up offering to this world. In order to become more aware of how we are spending our time, let us create two lists. On the first list, let us write down what is helping us create the life we want. What are the thoughts, words, emotions, actions, reactions, interactions and beliefs that are moving us toward our desired destination? On the second list, let us write down what is in some way blocking or impeding us from creating and living the life we want. These will be “living lists” that will grow or shorten, and ebb and flow, with the choices that you make on a daily basis. Today, on the first list, add the activities, thoughts, beliefs and relationships that bring you joy, passion, fulfillment, trust, love, self-love and inner peace. On the other list, write down the activities, thoughts, beliefs and relationships that bring up judgment, self-judgment, struggle, stress, anxiousness, anger and despair. Both of these lists are of equal importance and should be questioned, thought about and updated on a regular basis. Do not feel bad about the dark thoughts, for they will simply help you better see and define what you no longer want. This activity helps give you a clearer picture of the life you do want. Now, any belief or programmed response that is not supporting the life you want is simply recognized, forgiven and no longer supported with your time, focus or energy. We manifest our life's dreams by increasing the amount of moments during our days that we align with what brings us joy, passion, fulfillment and inner peace. Equally so, we decrease the expression of our life’s dreams by spending moments dedicated to the ego’s programs of judgment, anxiousness, stress, fear and anger. Yet do not despair, for we can learn to use even the ego’s programs to help awaken us to what we no longer want. When we understand this, we can begin to offer gratitude for the useful nature of even our darkest and most challenging moments. When we can begin to be grateful for even our darkest and most challenging moments, then we are able to start recognizing the sacred nature of each and every moment. ... Seek you no further. ²You will not find peace except the peace of God. ³Accept this fact, and save yourself the agony of yet more bitter disappointments, bleak despair, and sense of icy hopelessness and doubt. ⁴Seek you no further. ⁵There is nothing else for you to find except the peace of God, unless you seek for misery and pain. 2. This is the final point to which each one must come at last, to lay aside all hope of finding happiness where there is none; of being saved by what can only hurt; of making peace of chaos, joy of pain, and Heaven out of hell. ²Attempt no more to win through losing, nor to die to live. ³You cannot but be asking for defeat. 3. Freedom is given you where you beheld but chains and iron doors. ²But you must change your mind about the purpose of the world, if you would find escape. ³You will be bound till all the world is seen by you as blessed, and everyone made free of your mistakes and honored as he is. ⁴You made him not; no more yourself. ⁵And as you free the one, the other is accepted as he is. 6. What does forgiveness do? ²In truth it has no function, and does nothing. ³For it is unknown in Heaven. ⁴It is only hell where it is needed, and where it must serve a mighty function. ⁵Is not the escape of God’s beloved Son from evil dreams that he imagines, yet believes are true, a worthy purpose? ⁶Who could hope for more, while there appears to be a choice to make between success and failure; love and fear? 7. There is no peace except the peace of God, because He has one Son who cannot make a world in opposition to God’s Will and to his own, which is the same as His. ²What could he hope to find in such a world? ³It cannot have reality, because it never was created. ⁴Is it here that he would seek for peace? ⁵Or must he see that, as he looks on it, the world can but deceive? ⁶Yet can he learn to look on it another way, and find the peace of God. 8. Peace is the bridge that everyone will cross, to leave this world behind. ²But peace begins within the world perceived as different, and leading from this fresh perception to the gate of Heaven and the way beyond. ³Peace is the answer to conflicting goals, to senseless journeys, frantic, vain pursuits, and meaningless endeavors. ⁴Now the way is easy, sloping gently toward the bridge where freedom lies within the peace of God. 9. Let us not lose our way again today. ²We go to Heaven, and the path is straight. ³Only if we attempt to wander can there be delay, and needless wasted time on thorny byways. ⁴God alone is sure, and He will guide our footsteps. ⁵He will not desert His Son in need, nor let him stray forever from his home. ⁶The Father calls; the Son will hear. ⁷And that is all there is to what appears to be a world apart from God, where bodies have reality. 10. Now is there silence. ²Seek no further. ³You have come to where the road is carpeted with leaves of false desires, fallen from the trees of hopelessness you sought before. ⁴Now are they underfoot. ⁵And you look up and on toward Heaven, with the body’s eyes but serving for an instant longer now. ⁶Peace is already recognized at last, and you can feel its soft embrace surround your heart and mind with comfort and with love. 11. What if every moment is a gift from God to you? Living in a constant state of gratitude. Gratitude is the response of one who understands what is truly going on. Just do what brings you peace. What would god have you think, say and do, and think, say and do only that. Learning to have self-grace. Challenges are a sign of God's trust in you. Patting yourself on your back for having challenges. Learning how to humble yourself. Humbling yourself opens you to God. Past/present/and future self. Appreciation for all your past self has done to help you become who you are today. Practice seeing yourself as God does. Knowing when the ego is in control of your mind and thinking. Thinking in alignment with the mind of God. Purification is simply recalling and supporting the love that God created you to be. Only the Truth is true. Learning to see past the ego's stories. Each moment is a sacred co-design with the Divine. Practicing non-judgment. Practicing self-non-judgment. No matter how dark the moment is you are always just a simple choice away from peace. I want peace instead of this. I am worthy of peace. July 9. The Ego’s “Solutions” to Its Delusions We have tried to deal with our problems in a myriad of different ways. Then, as soon as we do, more problems pop up insisting that they must also be solved in order for us to have peace of mind and joy. Is it any wonder why the ego’s “solutions” to our confusion make us feel frustrated, tired and stressed out? Feeling frustrated, tired and stressed out are all symptoms of believing that an illusionary set of tools can solve our delusional thinking. There is no need to judge and punish ourself and others for thinking that the ego’s dream is real. That behavior would only feed and fuel the ego’s dream. Instead, let us realize that those who feel this way do so because they have been taught to see, interact with and participate in the ego’s fairy tales as real. Today, let us put an end to trying to rationalize our judgment, stress, anxiety and anger. Let us no longer blindly take the ego’s bait, no matter how many times the ego tries to convince us that “now,” “in this situation” or “with this specific person” is the time to use its tools and mindset. Today, let us stop traveling down the ego’s dead-end roads that we now know, thanks to our life experiences, only lead us to more confusion, pain, chaos and regret. We have the scars to prove that we have fought in the ego’s battlefields long enough. It’s time for peace. It’s time to place our life fully in God’s hands, where it belongs. It is time to trust that our Divine plan is perfect and perfect for us. Understanding the plan we co-created with God is perfect, today let us allow gratitude to replace our judgments and fears, and peace to replace our anger and pain. You best serve humanity by simply aligning with the expressions of Love that the moment or interaction seems to be requesting from you. You are Love’s creation. You are here to create as God created, through the energy of love. Joy is one of Love's main primary expressions. It is not by chance that there are very specific areas in your life that you are personally moved by, are passionate about, and bring you joy, fulfillment and inner peace. Today, make the conscious effort to become more aware of what these activities are. Then practice proactively implementing them into your daily activities. These are all keys to the purpose of your journey and mission, to your calling, here on Earth. Today, pay close attention to the thoughts, words, actions, people, places and things that bring you into a closer alignment with the state of joy. Anything that fulfills you, that helps you be of service to others, that you are passionate about, that aligns you with your hopes, desires and dreams, will bring you a sense of joy. It will do so because, in essence, this is what you were created to do, to be a loving, joyful light in this world. Every day, practice making choices that move you in joy’s direction. Today allow yourself to be held by the Source of Love, especially during those times when the ego has programmed you to believe that you are not worthy of being held. The ego may have convinced us that our "errors/mistakes" makes us imperfect and thus are unworthy of the perfect Love of God/Source. But allow me to ask you, if you were in a park and you saw your young child running towards you, and she tripped, fell, then got up, dusted herself off, then laughing or crying kept running toward you for a hug, would you love her any less for tripping? Would you hug her with any less intensity because she tripped and fell on her way to you? My friend, multiply that unconditional love a million times and you just might begin to conceptualize the love that God has for you. Has the ego actually convince you that the Father/Mother of perfect acceptance and love sees His/Her Children with anything other than acceptance and love, no matter how many times they perceive themselves to have 'tripped up' or 'fallen'? Today let us forgive ourselves our illusions as He has forgiven ours. Today let us drop the ego's demands for self-judgment, that illusionary idea that we are not worthy or good enough, and allow ourselves to be held by the Source of unconditional Love Herself. ... When you experience anger, resentment, judgment, anxiety, jealousy or hatred, do not be critical of yourself, for none of these represent the truth in you. They are simply lies you have been programmed to believe as useful and true. These energies and emotions are tools of the ego’s mindset, programmed into us as being natural, normal and rational responses and reactions to God’s children and creations. These false concepts veil and obscure the loving light filled truth within. The more we buy into these false concepts as true, the more they hide who all of us we really are. Being Love’s creations, we cannot use these energies and emotions and still feel good and at peace. The ego understands that there is a direct correlation between how badly we feel and how willing we are to judge. The worse we feel about ourselves, the quicker we are to anger, and the more willing we are to judge and thus support these negative beliefs about ourselves as real and true. Today, each and every time a negative thought or belief of self or other tries to enter and pollute your mind, say to yourself: “I am Love’s creation and we are all One, all only and forever the love that God is. My function in this world is to be, in my own unique way, the loving light and guide that God created me to be. Knowing this, I now dismiss and no longer acknowledge all negative beliefs about myself and others as true. I no longer support the ego’s lies as true. I am done punishing myself and others with my own thoughts. Ego, I no longer serve you. Now I only serve God, Love. Today, I humbly yet wholeheartedly ask God to shine through me so that I may help guide my brothers and sisters back into alignment with the light in them. God, please allow my light to shine bright. We keep repeating past patterns because they still have something to teach us. Learn what it is that keeps you chained to your past, and then through the act of forgiveness, free yourself from it. Now, when the ego demands judgment, instead forgive, and by doing so no longer drag the past into the now. Forgive the past and all those who were a part of it, including yourself. Do so with the knowledge that God, being Love and All, will use all of your past experiences for good. Let the past go in peace by choosing to bless all that the ego would have you curse. This shift in perception will free you to return back to the present moment, to your true Home here on Earth. When you return to the now, you will see life in alignment with the mind of God. Now, through Love’s lens, let us see and experience the now, free from the past, as it is truly meant for us to experienced, enjoyed and shared. Today, let us note that being judgmental, anxious, angry, resentful, jealous and hateful all signal to us when we are stuck repeating past patterns. In such cases we are extending the past into the present and thus creating a future like our past. This way, the present and future just become repetitions of the past. When thinking in alignment with the ego’s mindset, we do not get to see, experience or understand what is really going on. This is because the ego, through its past programs, is in control of our mind. If it is in control of our mind then it is in control of our thoughts and life. It is living our life for us. When this is happening, we feel unfulfilled, lost, off-balanced, confused and without hope or purpose. In order to break free from past patterns, let us become present, forgive the past, and place the future fully in God’s hands. This is how we take back control of our own mind and by doing so, freed from past patterns, get to experience and live in the eternal now, where the peace and joy of God forever reside. ... One of the ego’s main fuel sources is judgment. Thus for the ego to survive and thrive, it must convince us that it is safe for us to judge and condemn others. It does this by programming us to focus on the seemingly separate nature of our bodies, instead of the eternal sameness in our souls. It is key for the ego to convince us of our separateness, because then we will believe that we can judge “others” without that action hurting us. The ego’s reward system tells us that our judgments of others strengthen us and weaken them, thus giving us power over them. As always, the ego’s delusional thinking is in complete opposition to the truth within. In reality, being all One, any and all attack-filled judgments weaken us, regardless of how “in the right” the ego insists we are to do so. This happens because such thoughts, words or actions, must first travel thorough us. Today, let us decipher the signs of Oneness and separation. When we align our thoughts with Oneness, we support and bring into our experiences energies such as forgiveness, compassion, trust in the Divine, love, peace and joy. When we align our thoughts with separation, we support and bring into our experiences energies such as judgment, anxiety, frustration, anger, fear, resentment, hate, guilt and shame. We have the final say over the thoughts we think, and thus of the kind of life we experience. All these energies begin as a thought within our mind. Only we can decide how much we think and entertain a thought. The thought only exists as long as we support it with our time, focus and energy. When you forgive the past and release the future you come into the present moment and experience true peace. You may find yourself high in the Himalayan Mountains or inside prison walls; yet there is no place were the presence of peace is not. Peace resides within you now, forever in loving and patient wait for you to acknowledge and realign with it. There is no one physical location that is, in truth, any different than any other physical location. You may have been taught by the ego, and now accept, that a mountain is more beautiful than a building, or that a stream is more peaceful than a city street. If you have chosen that, then so be it. But allow me to invite into the possibility of your mind that if you buy into this way of thinking, then you will consider it more difficult to experience peace in a building or city street than you would in a mountain or stream. Today’s idea takes another step toward quick salvation, and a giant stride it is indeed! ²So great the distance is that it encompasses, it sets you down just short of Heaven, with the goal in sight and obstacles behind. ³Your foot has reached the lawns that welcome you to Heaven’s gate; the quiet place of peace, where you await with certainty the final step of God. ⁴How far are we progressing now from earth! ⁵How close are we approaching to our goal! ⁶How short the journey still to be pursued! 2. Accept today’s idea, and you have passed all anxiety, all pits of hell, all blackness of depression, thoughts of sin, and devastation brought about by guilt. ²Accept today’s idea, and you have released the world from all imprisonment by loosening the heavy chains that locked the door to freedom on it. ³You are saved, and your salvation thus becomes the gift you give the world, because you have received. 3. In no one instant is depression felt, or pain experienced or loss perceived. ²In no one instant sorrow can be set upon a throne, and worshipped faithfully. ³In no one instant can one even die. ⁴And so each instant given unto God in passing, with the next one given Him already, is a time of your release from sadness, pain and even death itself. 4. God holds your future as He holds your past and present. ²They are one to Him, and so they should be one to you. ³Yet in this world, the temporal progression still seems real. ⁴And so you are not asked to understand the lack of sequence really found in time. ⁵You are but asked to let the future go, and place it in God’s Hands. ⁶And you will see by your experience that you have laid the past and present in His Hands as well, because the past will punish you no more, and future dread will now be meaningless. 5. Release the future. ²For the past is gone, and what is present, freed from its bequest of grief and misery, of pain and loss, becomes the instant in which time escapes the bondage of illusions where it runs its pitiless, inevitable course. ³Then is each instant which was slave to time transformed into a holy instant, when the light that was kept hidden in God’s Son is freed to bless the world. ⁴Now is he free, and all his glory shines upon a world made free with him, to share his holiness. 6. If you can see the lesson for today as the deliverance it really is, you will not hesitate to give as much consistent effort as you can, to make it be a part of you. ²As it becomes a thought that rules your mind, a habit in your problem-solving repertoire, a way of quick reaction to temptation, you extend your learning to the world. ³And as you learn to see salvation in all things, so will the world perceive that it is saved. 7. What worry can beset the one who gives his future to the loving Hands of God? ²What can he suffer? ³What can cause him pain, or bring experience of loss to him? ⁴What can he fear? ⁵And what can he regard except with love? ⁶For he who has escaped all fear of future pain has found his way to present peace, and certainty of care the world can never threaten. ⁷He is sure that his perception may be faulty, but will never lack correction. ⁸He is free to choose again when he has been deceived; to change his mind when he has made mistakes. 8. Then let us be open to the situation guiding us to what aspect of love we are here to be, represent and share. For these reasons, it says we can, and have the right to, judge ourself and others. Yet if we don’t have a full understanding of how our judgments affect everything and everyone around us, then how can we accurately judge? Why not instead place all leave judgments in up to God’s hands and by lifting these heavy burdens off you encounter true everlasting peace? Today, let us practice trusting instead of judging, and thus experiencing peace instead of pain. Let us recall that God, being perfect Love and All, will use all, every step we take and decision we make, for good. Today, let us let go of judgment, not because this is a right that is being taken away from us, but because when we judge, we always do so with incomplete information. To be fully informed would mean that we know how every action affects everyone and everything in the entire universe. Judging on incomplete information leads to mistaken decision making, confusion, frustration, anger, resentment and regret. All of these expressions are illusionary in nature, and yet still burdens we have been programmed by the ego to carry in order to try to convince us that we could never be one with or worthy of a perfect God. Today, let us become more aware of what is false or nothing, and what is real and All. God is Love and All. Thus only the love of God is real. Anything that tries to place itself in opposition to All is nothing. The ego, trying to place itself in opposition to God, is therefore nothing, not real or true. Thus all of the ego’s tools, such as judgment, anger, anxiousness and fear, are not real, true or worthy of you. They only appear or feel real when we are buying into the ego’s fairy tales as real. Today, let us practice closing the book on the ego’s fairy tale. Then in their place let us choose in each interaction the expression of love that the moment seems to be requesting. Today, if the ego demands judgment, let us forgive. If it wants us to worry and stress out, let us increase our trust in the Divine. If the ego insists that we condemn another, let us choose compassion instead. As you notice people participating in the ego’s illusionary mindset, you will see that their performance is like that of children playing imaginary games. When you see them as children playing games, this will not come from a sense of superiority, but from the understanding and belief in their eternal innocence. Now, if they judge you, you have no need to judge them back, because that would be like you defending yourself against a child’s imaginary game. If they shape their little hands into guns, regardless of how many illusionary bullets they shoot your way, they cannot hurt you. Your choice to not defend yourself is a sign of knowledge and clarity, not a sign of superiority or weakness. Your inner certainty comes from knowing that you forever remain as God created you. Today, let us practice seeing those who judge us as simply asleep to their true loving nature, not as mean, bad or evil. Offer that love to others. I can have peace in any situation. Gratitude for getting to practice realigning with the truth in you. Ask the moment: "What expression of Love can I offer you?" Going into situations with a goal already set. Going into situations proactively not reactively. Instincts vs gut feel vs ego manipulation. Do not punish yourself when out of alignment with the loving truth in you. Intuition. Letting your body talk to you. When in doubt ask yourself: "What decision would bring me the most peace?" Listening to the body's radar system. Using humility to allow the light to come through. Muscle testing. Returning to peace through the doorway of forgiveness. Everything will be used for your good. Declaring Your Independence from the Ego’s Rule. When you declare your independence from the ego, not only do you set yourself free, but you also help set the whole world free. When you let go of the ego’s tools, such as judgment, anger and resentment, you no longer look upon turmoil, confusion and chaos, and proclaim them as your own. Instead, you free your brothers and sisters from your projection of them, and by doing so, break yourself free from the chains that bound you to the ego’s world. Today, close down the prison that the ego has designed for those it has taught you to judge and condemn. Do so and you will no longer need to waste your precious time guarding that dark, dreary and desolate place. Today, ask yourself, “What good are judgment, anger and resentment when I decide to look upon everyone through compassionate, loving and forgiving eyes?” Today, free yourself from a mindset that you know no longer serves you. When you do, you will be declaring your independence from the ego’s rule. Today, let us become aware of what keeps us imprisoned within the ego’s mindset, and what helps us declare our independence from the ego’s rule. Some thoughts and feelings that keep us imprisoned within the ego’s mindset are judgment, anger, resentment, anxiousness and fear. When we declare our independence from the ego, we consciously reject its demands and instead choose to align with and be guided by our eternal, loving essence and nature. Peace of mind, joy, forgiveness, gratitude for the present moment and trusting God are some of the thoughts and feelings of people who are living free from the ego’s rule. Choosing forgiveness over judgment, compassion over anger, peace over resentment, trusting God over anxiousness, and love over fear — are all signs that we have chosen to declare our independence from the ego’s rule. ... Today, let us recall that the fear-based concepts the ego has programmed us to believe, and the judgment-centered games it has taught us to play, can never change our eternal loving essence and nature. Our eternal essence and nature is Love, and Love being God is All. Thus anything that seems to be in opposition to Love, All, God, cannot be real or true. Judgments, just like all of the ego’s tools, only exist as characters within its fairy tales. No one who understands truth needs to judge self or others, because judgment, being nothing, is now seen as useless to express or share. Nothing can only seem to be something and affect us if we believe that nothing to be something. Thus, we can only be affected by judgments of ourself and others when we believe that fairy tales about us are true. Today, if you perceive that people are judging you, use the moment, not to condemn them, but instead to practice recalling that God is Love and All. Because of this, the only thing that people can ever do in truth is love you. When they seem to be judging you, it is not the truth in them that is doing so. It is the sleeping part in them that is still buying into the ego’s dream as real. As you awaken, other people judging you will simply become a sign that their dream persona or ego is in control of their thinking. The only parts of you that react in a negative fashion to their judgments are the parts in you that are still asleep. Today, be grateful to these people for showing you which parts of you are still asleep. Then, as soon as we do, more problems pop up insisting that they must also be solved in order for us to have peace of mind and joy. Is it any wonder why the ego’s “solutions” to our confusion make us feel frustrated, tired and stressed out? Feeling frustrated, tired and stressed out are all symptoms of believing that an illusionary set of tools can solve our delusional thinking. There is no need to judge and punish ourself and others for thinking that the ego’s dream is real. That behavior would only feed and fuel the ego’s dream. Instead, let us realize that those who feel this way do so because they have been taught to see, interact with and participate in the ego’s fairy tales as real. Today, let us put an end to trying to rationalize our judgment, stress, anxiety and anger. Let us no longer blindly take the ego’s bait, no matter how many times the ego tries to convince us that “now,” “in this situation” or “with this specific person” is the time to use its tools and mindset. Today, let us stop traveling down the ego’s dead-end roads that we now know, thanks to our life experiences, only lead us to more confusion, pain, chaos and regret. We have the scars to prove that we have fought in the ego's battlefields long enough. It’s time for peace. It’s time to place our life fully in God’s hands where it belongs. It is time to and trust that our Divine plan is perfect and perfect for us. Understanding the plan we co-created with God is perfect, let us today allow gratitude to replace our judgments and fears, and peace to replace our anger and pain. Today we pass illusions, as we seek to reach to what is true in us, and feel its all-embracing tenderness, its Love which knows us perfect as itself, its sight which is the gift its Love bestows on us. ²We learn the way today. ³It is as sure as Love itself, to which it carries us. ⁴For its simplicity avoids the snares the foolish convolutions of the world’s apparent reasoning but serve to hide. 7. Simply do this: Be still, and lay aside all thoughts of what you are and what God is; all concepts you have learned about the world; all images you hold about yourself. ²Empty your mind of everything it thinks is either true or false, or good or bad, of every thought it judges worthy, and all the ideas of which it is ashamed. ³Hold onto nothing. ⁴Do not bring with you one thought the past has taught, nor one belief you ever learned before from anything. ⁵Forget this world, forget this course, and come with wholly empty hands unto your God. 8. Is it not He Who knows the way to you? ²You need not know the way to Him. ³Your part is simply to allow all obstacles that you have interposed between the Son and God the Father to be quietly removed forever. ⁴God will do His part in joyful and immediate response. ⁵Ask and receive. ⁶But do not make demands, nor point the road to God by which He should appear to you. ⁷The way to reach Him is merely to let Him be. ⁸For in that way is your reality proclaimed as well. 9. And so today we do not choose the way in which we go to Him. ²But we do choose to let Him come. ³And with this choice we rest. ⁴And in our quiet hearts and open minds, His Love will blaze its pathway of itself. ⁵What has not been denied is surely there, if it be true and can be surely reached. ⁶God knows His Son, and knows the way to him. ⁷He does not need His Son to show Him how to find His way. ⁸Through every opened door His Love shines outward from its home within, and lightens up the world in innocence. 10. God has selected all of us, or else all of us would not be here. If you are here on Earth, it is because God and the world need you here. Today, if anxious or if a sense of hopelessness seems to be draining the oxygen out of the sky you breathe, pause and say to yourself, “I now choose to stop supporting thoughts and a way of thinking that are not supporting me.” Then look inward and from a deep place within your heart and soul, ask to have the breath of life once again breathed into you. Love is your oxygen. Love is your true fuel source and foundation. Love is your eternal essence and nature. Being all One, when you feel low on fuel, offer any of love’s expressions to others. When you do, love will flow through you and throughout your day. Offer what you desire to experience, and you will feel your own tank refilling. Today, if you find yourself lost within the ego’s darkness, do not despair. Instead, learn to use these instances to call upon the Light, the Love that God is. The more you practice, when in despair, calling upon the Light, the less time you will spend in despair and the more you will see that the Light is always available to you. In any moment, you can invite God into your heart, mind and soul and ask the Divine to lead you out of the darkness. Simply ask God what to think, say and do, and then think, say and do only that. You have come here to be a light within the darkness. You have come here to offer hope to those feeling hopeless, and peace to those battered by the ego’s storm. Today, practice returning to the present moment, the holy instant in time where the love of God forever resides. Then share with others the aspect of love that the moment seems to be requesting. The more you practice this process, the more you will see and understand that God’s love loving light is available to you even when you are perceiving it too dark to see. ... Imagine shifting your perception so that the present moment is appreciated, instead of judged and condemned. Imagine being able to replace the moments that were once filled with thoughts of anger, resentment and revenge — with forgiveness, peace and gratitude. How would your life, and the lives of those around you, begin to shift? Today, let us raise our level of consciousness by choosing to react to each moment with gratitude instead of judgment. Judgment of one sort or another is always the ego’s programmed response to any situation. Judgment is a sign that we are under the ego’s control and are sleepwalking through life. Judgment is a sign that the ego, not our true self, is living our life for us. Gratitude is a sign of our trust in God. Gratitude reminds us that the journey we are on is one that we have co-created with God. The response of gratitude helps bring peace to our mind and joy to our heart. Peace, joy and gratitude all align our minds with the mind of God. Peace, joy and gratitude all lift our level of consciousness, and helps us become a brighter light.
