The snake uses its venom because it knows no other way. We may be so used to the poison we carry within that we now may feel immune to it. Regardless of how comfortable we have convinced ourselves we are, poison does not belong within us. When we attack and spew venom be it through thought, word, or action, know that because we are all One, it is our own peace of mind that we’re endangering. Every single word or action begins as a thought within our mind, thus to strike, it must first flow through us. Be it kind or unkind, thoughtful or thoughtless, it is we who host and experience every thought we think and express. Regardless how destructive our illusionary thoughts are, regardless of how natural they may sometimes feel, they are not natural expressions of who we in truth are, they are the ego’s programmed responses, and the more we use them, the more we will realize that this is so. Today let us remember that every time we choose condemnation over compassion we are simply choosing the ego’s poison over God’s peace.

When you are expressing your true essence, that of love, compassion, forgiveness, peace, and joy, you will have a flowing sensation throughout your day. Anytime during the day that you do not feel yourself flowing, know that there is some type of unlearning/releasing of the illusion that you are bringing into your awareness. Do not curse such moments for having you focus on what you are not, instead offer gratitude that by seeing them for what they truly are, you now have the opportunity to unlearn what you no longer desire to experience or become an example of. Let us remember that every time we experience such a moment, a moment that the ego would have us judge others and ourselves for, instead see it as the gift of freedom that it truly is. Today let us use these opportunities to remove another brick out of our ego’s backpack, take a good look at it, acknowledging that we do not need to carry it, set it down, and with a sigh of relief, wider smile, and a lighter step, continue on our journey.

There are no gaps in God. There are no gaps in That Which Is All and All Which Is Love. Love, being everywhere and All, can have no gaps, limits, opposites, cracks or holes in it. You cannot fall through a crack in God's love, nor can you ever be forgotten by God. There are numerous expressions of love, such as peace, joy, forgiveness and compassion. All of these expressions of love are you, and are in you. Love’s extensions, energies, and expressions are our true nature, essence and Home, who we came here to be, support and share. Yet for the ego to continue to survive and thrive through us, it must convince us that this is not so. It must convince us that we are separate from God and can thus fall through gaps where God does not exist and thus where the ego rules as king. We think we fall into these imaginary gaps when we are not being the love that the Creator of the universe created us to be. We fall into these gaps when we are buying into the ego’s lies about us as true.
Today, let us recall that God is All. Thus it is impossible for us not to be a part of Him or apart from Him. Let us close our eyes, breathe in, and feel God’s love and light enter, fill and embrace us. Then let us breathe out all of our misperceptions and allow God’s love and light to once again take their rightful place. Let us no longer value the ego’s lies more than Divine truth. Let us remember that when we choose judgment over forgiveness, worry over trust, and hate over love, we are choosing the ego’s false concept of separation over our eternal essence and union with our all-loving Source. Today, if you find yourself buying into the ego’s lies, do not despair. That sense of falling through a crack or gap in God, that feeling of being separate, lost or alone — they are just paragraphs within the ego’s fairy tales, and the ego’s fairy tales will never be real or true.

The challenges you have are the ones you have come here to overcome and heal. Your life experiences and healing will then light the path for those who are and will be going through those same types of struggles. Your journey will help them see and understand that there is hope where they once thought there was none. Today, see yourself as a volunteer, a first responder of sorts. You are here to aid those who are asking for help and healing in the best way they currently know how. Yes — when others judge you, that is their way of asking you to help them better understand forgiveness. When they become angry with you, that is their way of asking you to show them what compassion feels like.
Today, know that wherever you find yourself, that is where you have volunteered to help bring light into the darkness. You are where you are to help heal those who have been hurt. You are where you are to bring hope and direction to those who feel lost and confused. You are the physical representative of God’s love and light on Earth. Offer your love and light in whatever forms the moment seems to be calling out for, and you’ll begin to recall why you are where you are. Whoever you are with, remember this: God is entrusting you with His child. Do not take this responsibility lightly. You will find yourself in front of those who God knows you can help. If God does not doubt your abilities, then neither should you. If God trusts you with His child, then hold your head up high and know that you can trust yourself to do what you have come here to do.

Today, let us practice taking greater personal responsibility for the thoughts we are thinking and thus the energies that we allow to flow through us. In the end, we are the only ones who can decide what thoughts and energies we will place our time and focus on. It is what we place our time and focus on that we experience. If we would like to experience more peace and compassion in our life, then we must make the effort to focus on them. We can bring them into focus by making them our goals for our interactions. Therefore today, before any interaction, remind yourself, “Peace and compassion are my goals for this interaction.” Peace and compassion are both expressions of love. Thus anytime we align with or use any of love’s expressions, we are opening the way for peace and compassion to become our companions.
Today, let us recall that Love is our Creator and peace and compassion are both expressions and reflections of that Love. Because of this peace and compassion are our energetic brother and sister. Thus we are forever worthy of their companionship. When we forget this and find ourself buying into the ego’s fear-based and judgment-centered mindset, let us simply call upon two more sacred siblings — forgiveness and understanding — to help us find our way back to the light in us, our true Home. Love is our Creator, true nature, function and Home. Love and all of its expressions are our energetic family. We are here together as one family to help each other recall who we are in truth. We help remind others by creating as our Creator created us to create — through love. And so today, through our focus, peace and compassion,, as expressions of Love, consciously and proactively become our constant companions.

Every moment is, unconscious of it that you may be, an answered prayer, regardless of how conscious you may be of it. You have co-created your journey with God, and God is perfect. So every part of your journey is in some way, shape or form — perfect for you. If every moment is perfect, created with your best interests in mind, wouldn’t the appropriate response to every moment be gratitude? If every moment is what you need to help you become who you came here to be, wouldn’t every moment then be, in one form or another, an answered prayer in one form or another? In reality, every moment is being gifted to you to help you reach a deeper sense of self-awareness and a higher level of consciousness. When in doubt, do not despair, for you will get through what you are going through. God, being perfect Love, would never not offer you anything that you could not handle or overcome.
Today, when doubt or fear appear, let us stop, take a deep breath and recall that our journeys are a sacred co-creation with God. Because God is perfect, our journeys are perfect for us. Because our journeys are perfect for us, every step along each of our paths is here to helps us reach our destination. Because every step helps us reach our destination, they are of use and thus helpful. Because they are helpful, we offer gratitude for all of our steps and to everyone involved in them. When we stop judging the moment, trust the Divine and offer the moment our gratitude, we enter the state of peace. When we are aligned with the state of peace, our light shines brighter. Our brighter light helps others awaken to the truth in them. By shining our light, we help guide them out of the darkness, and in doing so we become their answered prayers. They, by helping us practice shifting from darkness to light And through our interactions with them, they become our answered prayers, as well.

Today, let us practice taking greater responsibility for the thoughts we think. As we do, we will take greater responsibility for the quality of our experience. When you think a thought, it is only you who is thinking it. Only you, through your focus on it, can increase this thought’s power — or through your choice not to focus on it, decrease its power. If you increase your focus on a thought, it becomes a bigger part of your day. If you continue to think that thought, then it becomes a bigger part of your life. If you decrease the amount of time you spend on a thought, that thought becomes a smaller part of your day. If you continue to spend less time thinking that thought, then it becomes a smaller part of your life. And so you see, it is you who controls the quality of your day and life by the thoughts you choose to focus on and thus color your experience.
Today, let us remember that the thoughts we think color the world we see. If we desire to change the world we see, then we must first change the thoughts that we focus on and support. The thoughts we support with our time, focus and energy end up shaping and defining the life we live. Understanding this, let us no longer blame others for the quality of our experiences. Instead, let us take greater personal responsibility for healing our own mind, and by doing so, healing how we see and participate in this world. Let us be grateful that, thanks to free will, we have the final say about the thoughts we focus on, and thus the life we live. Let us be grateful that the amount of pain or peace we experience — that we once blamed others and this world for — is now our responsibility and is now under our jurisdiction.

The more our mind focuses on achieving a state of peace, the more peaceful our brothers, sisters and this world will appear to be. Equally so, the more our mind focuses on judging others the more the exact same individuals will seem bothersome and “deserving” of our judgment and anger. Today, let us note that it is not actually other people’s actions that define our experience, it is how we choose to define their actions that defines our experience. The power to define what we experience resides within us, not somewhere out there. Today, let us make peace our goal before every interaction. As we do so our peaceful thoughts will begin to design the peaceful world we would all like to live in.
Today, let us practice taking greater personal responsibility for our peace of mind. Peace is one of love’s many expressions. Thus when you are choosing any of love’s expressions, in essence, you are also aligning with the state of peace. Compassion, kindness, forgiveness and joy are all expressions of love, of who in truth you are. Today, allow the state of peace to show you when you are aligning with the truth in you. Allow a lack of peace to show you when you have drifted away from your sacred path. Today, before making any decision, remind yourself that your goal is peace — to become, in each interaction, a representative of peace on Earth. It is by doing so that our children will inheret the peaceful world they so deserve.

If we are God’s creation, and God is Love, then we are Love. Today let us practice being who in truth we are. Today let us place our truth, the love that we are, above every illusion we have been programmed to look upon as more real than our true nature. Today we make the conscious choice to bypass all of the ego’s excuses to hold onto grudges, and through forgiveness choose to value love more. When we feel like valuing judgment more than love, we stop, remember our goal for the day, and replace the fantasy we have of our brothers with their truth. When anger or hate try to engulf us, we choose to take a step back from the ego’s edge, remember our true nature, raise love above all else, and release the burdens the world would have us carry. Today we choose to see and value our truest expression, the eternal love in all of us, and by doing so serve as the individual expressions, reminders, and examples of what our world can become.

The journey we are will be taking today is not so much an external one, as it is but an internal one. It is a journey to a place we may have temporally forgotten, but in truth have never left. The present moment is our destination. The present moment is a place freed from past judgments and future imaginings. Free will is one of the main navigation tools that we have been gifted to help us reach our destination. When we are focused on judgment or anger, it feels like we are going against the current, one that is in opposition to our true nature. When we are in alignment with the Love that God is, with peace guiding our decisions, we feel like we are headed in the right direction, with the wind at our back. One focus weighs us down, blows us off-center and leads us astray. The other choice helps deliver take us to our desired destination.
Today, let us practice recognizing the signs that show us when we are in or out of alignment with the now. The present moment is an expression of Love, who is God. Thus anytime we are aligned with the now, we are aligned with Love’s expressions. Feeling peaceful, joyful, forgiving and kind are all signs of one who is in alignment with Love and the present moment. Feeling judgmental, angry, sad, stressed out, anxious, revengeful and hateful are all signs of someone who is buying into the ego's past programs and thus is out of alignment with the now. Today, let us not condemn ourself or others if we find that we are not being present. Instead, let us learn to recognize the signs of when we are out of alignment with the now, stop that line of thinking, align our mind with Love, extend that love in whichever ways the present moment is requesting, and by doing so correct our course.

How many times have you experienced challenging days, only to come out stronger and wiser because of them? How many times have you surrendered to judgment and anger, and still eventually found forgiveness and compassion where you once thought there was none to give? Wouldn’t you be grateful for someone or something that made you a stronger and wiser person? Wouldn’t you want to thank those who helped you find forgiveness and compassion in areas of your life where you once believed that there was none to offer? If you can be grateful for all of the above after the fact, why not start trusting that gratitude can be the appropriate response to the now — to each and every moment and interaction? When appreciation becomes your response to the now, you are experiencing the moment as God created it for you to enjoy.
Today, let us practice seeing the present moment as God’s eternal gift to us. When the ego is masking this understanding, we cannot see the now as the gift that it is. It is then that we experience such things as judgment, frustration, stress, anger, resentment, hate and revenge. Today, let us drop the ego’s mask and by doing so learn to appreciate the gifts that the present moment is offering us. When we see the present moment as the gift that it is, our response to it becomes gratitude. Gratitude, peace of mind, joy, forgiveness, compassion and understanding are all signs that we are seeing the now as it was created for us to experience and enjoy. Today, let us practice viewing the now through God’s eyes. Let us do so until gratitude becomes our response to every moment, person, place or thing.

To the ego, “giving away” means losing. This illusionary concept rules the scarcity mindset of the ego’s world. You are the love that created you, and Love is All. Thus in truth, all you can give away or share with others you reinforce and strengthen within yourself. Love has many expressions, such as kindness, compassion, forgiveness, joy, gratitude and peace. Imagine sharing a story with your friends. That story touches them and yet still remains within you. In fact, because you shared it, it is reinforced within you. Love, being All, behaves in this same manner. Share love with others and not only will everyone get to experience it, but its bond with you is now reinforced and thus strengthened.
Today, let us practice being and representing the love that we were created to be and share. Let us notice that when we offer love and its expressions, this love expands within us as it is shared. Let us also take note that when we keep this love to ourself, it seems to diminish and play a smaller part in our life. In essence, today we will get to see and experience how our loving nature expands or contracts, depending on the choices we make. Let us notice that the more we share love, the more fulfilled we feel. Equally so, the more we withhold love, the less we get to feel and experience it and thus the emptier we feel. Today, let us be grateful to everyone we think of or meet for giving us the opportunities to love them and thus to fulfill our mission of being God’s loving light in this world.

Today let us practice being grateful for what we once had been programmed to curse. We have been taught to judge ourselves for judging others, to think of ourselves as not good enough when things don’t seem to be going ‘our way.’ We have been taught that we are not spiritual or kind enough and thus not worthy of God’s or other people’s love. In so many ways the world puts us down and we put each other down. But today, for just one day, let us practice not judging others or ourselves for being human! For many times the best way we learn that we no longer want to live in a judgmental unloving manner is by experiencing it long enough or enough times that we finally get that this is not how we want to live our lives. And so in the end, weren't all those experiences that we judged ourselves and others as not good or worthy enough, just steppingstones on our way to ‘getting it?’ Today let us look upon these steppingstones with gratitude, as the gifts that they truly are, each one helping us to get closer to where we truly desire to be, the state of peace, acceptance, love, and self-love.

What we will be doing today is unlearning — unlearning some of the pain, anger, resentment and suffering that the ego has convinced us are normal parts of our experiences. Love is who we are. Thus when we spend time aligned with anything other than Love's expressions, we are buying into the ego’s judgment-centric fear-based programs as true. Thankfully, as God’s loving creations, we have been gifted free will. So we can unlearn what the ego has taught us. Understanding this, we can now proactively practice taking back control of our own thinking. Today, anytime we are not feeling at peace, joyful, forgiving, compassionate or loving, let that be a sign to us that it is time, not to punish self or others but instead to simply, gently and with grace unlearn what the ego has taught us.
Today, let us practice unlearning every thought and emotion that is not loving in nature. As we unlearn the ego’s programs, we take back control of our mind. We can do this by setting a goal of unlearning fear and supporting love before every interaction. The situation itself will show us what we need to unlearn and in turn what we need to support. For example, if we are dealing with anxious or stress-filled thoughts, then the moment is asking us to unlearn them(fear) by increasing our level of trust in the Divine(love). As we do, peace results. Peace is an expression of Love. So an alignment with the state of peace shows us that we are aligned with our true self and nature. Now, every situation simply becomes a means to achieve today’s goal — to practice unlearning who we are not and to align with and become who we came here to truly be.

Imagine being in a heavenly place of perfect love, joy and peace. Then from within this paradise, hearing a faint call for help and healing from your brothers and sisters in this world. Being that you are love, and help and healing are expressions of Love, a desire within you arose to answer this call. You answered this call by choosing the most aligned physical body, family and environment that could best help you experience and understand the problems that you came here to help heal. You did so, not because you were being punished or were punishing yourself, but because this is what your soul chose to come down here to learn about, heal and teach others how to heal. Your soul simply volunteered to bring peace, light and understanding to an area of this world where there is now pain, darkness and confusion.
Today, where there is darkness, let us bring our light, our eternal loving essence and nature. Where there is chaos, let us bring peace. Where there is judgment and anger, let us offer forgiveness and understanding. Where there is resentment and hate, let us reflect mercy gratitude and grace love. Even when we find ourselves sinking into the darkness, let us learn to use our life experience travels through it as our teaching tools. Now when we talk, thanks to our life experience, those who are in the darkness will hear and recognize their stories in our own. Because we have been where they are of this recognition, they will be more inclined to listen to what we have to say. That ray of light that we are and offer them, now becomes that point of light they use to help guide them out of the darkness and heal their hope for escape and healing. As we use our experiences to help others heal, we will recognize and appreciate the sacred reason why we went through what we went through nature of our journey even more.

We have been programmed to believe that being the first to forgive is hard and challenging. But isn’t the weight of judgment that the ego has us carry — the constant thoughts that darken our days and the nights of tossing, turning and losing sleep — a much harder and heavier burden to bear? Sometimes we unconsciously choose the heavier burden of not forgiving because we have bought into the ego’s delusion of guilt. This guilt reinforces in us the idea that we are not worthy of or able to make the choices that will lead us to the state of peace. In essence, not forgiving another becomes an unconscious way of punishing ourself — by withholding peace from ourself. Today let us recall that forgiveness and peace, as reflections of the Love that God is, are our inheritance and thus we are all forever worthy of them.
Today, let us become the hero of our own journey. No longer will we wait for another to take the first step toward forgiveness so that we can have peace. Today, we will take the first, second, and if need be, third step toward forgiveness, freedom and peace. Today, let us decide that our past will no longer haunt us. Tonight, having chosen forgiveness over judgment, being happy over being “right,” and thus peace over pain, we find true rest. No matter how much the ego has programmed us to stay chained to the mindset of judgment, we will now instead choose the freedom that forgiveness offers. When we forgive another, we free ourself from carrying the burden of judgment, and in doing so, we return Home to the state of peace.

When we are focusing on the seeming separateness of our bodies instead of the sameness of our souls, we are buying into the ego’s programming and mindset as real and true. We are all One. Yet the ego has programmed us to believe and support the false concept that we are separate from each other. This false concept says: “I can judge and hurt you without this punishing and hurting me”. It does this because judgment is the ego’s main fuel source. If it can make you believe that you can judge another without hurting yourself, then it wins. It wins, because as you judge yourself or another, you fuel the ego while you deplete your Self. You fuel the ego’s delusions while you deplete the truth in you. The ego and its mindset grow stronger while your true eternal loving essence and nature dissolves away. The ego knows that if you believe that judging another won’t hurt you in any way, then you’ll be more inclined to judge. What the ego tries to hide is that because we are all One, other people represent in essence parts of you, unconscious beliefs you hold about yourself. Thus when you are judging and condemning them you are in essence punishing and hurting yourself.
Here is an affirmation to help you practice forgiving your whole self: Today, let me recall that being all One each person “out there” is in essence a part of me. When I judge them, I am simply projecting onto them a part of me that does not believe is worthy of forgiveness. I have withheld forgiveness from myself long enough. So today, I offer it to all others so that I can fully experience it myself. Now, instead of judging others — and judging myself for judging them — I thank them for showing me a way out of the ego’s delusional mindset. Today, I recognize that the more parts of myself I forgive “out there”, the closer I come to understanding that it is okay and right to forgive my whole self. Now, when the ego demands that I judge other people, I stop and recognize that they are simply offering me the opportunity to forgive them, and by doing so, forgive, heal and free myself from the heavy burden of judgment.

How much time and energy have we already sacrificed at the altar of self-judgment? What prayers has self-judgment ever answered? What wounds has it ever healed? Today, let us recall the irrationality of self-judgment by noting three things. First, the ego thinks that it has the knowledge to judge you and your journey, and yet it does not even know what you are having for lunch tomorrow. If it does not know what you are having for lunch, can it really tell you what is in your own best interests, let alone that of the Universe? Because you co-created your journey with God, trust that every step along your path is perfect for your growth, healing and awakening. Every time you choose to trust your Divine plan over the ego’s need for self-judgment, you will increase your levels of peace and joy.
Second, know that you are always making the best decision possible with the tools, coping mechanisms and self-awareness that you have available to you at the time. So there is no reason to judge yourself. Third, the ego would insist that you made mistakes because you were not wise, spiritual or good enough. But ask yourself, “How many times have these so called ‘mistakes’ become some of my greatest lessons?” If by learning from them, you turned these so-called errors in judgment into wisdom, then were they ever truly mistakes or bad in the first place? Everything that helped you grow, develop, mature and become more self-aware is useful, and thus are gifts that you offered yourself. And the gifts of your life experiences will one day become gifts to others.

Each one of our journeys is individualized and sacred. If others have different views on life, and you constantly judge them for that, then because we are all One, you are unconsciously teaching yourself that you too are constantly being judged/under attack by ‘others.’ If you unconsciously believe you are constantly being judged, then you will unconsciously live in a constant state of defensiveness. Peace of mind cannot be found living in such a state. What we do not yet recognize is, that it is our own judgments of others/ourselves that are creating the levels of uncertainty, anxiety, and stress in our own life. But it will also be because of their participation in our life that we start to notice that every time we judge them, it is we who lose our peace of mind, and that the less we judge them, the more peace we have. And so for this new self-awareness, that when we let go of the ego’s programmed need for judgment we receive peace, let us today offer our sisters and brothers gratitude, not judgment for their participation in our life.

Today, let us recall that because God is Love and All, even our judgments of ourself and others will be used by the Divine for a higher purpose. Understanding this, there is no need to punish ourself or others for being less than kind. Instead, let us follow God’s lead by seeing and using our judgment, anger and resentment as signposts on our journey Home. Let us see these energetic expressions as signs that show us when we are heading in the “wrong” direction. When we support any energy that does not help create a peaceful, joyful and loving life, then we are heading away from our true destination. Once we can recognize which energies and behaviors are leading us away from the truth within, we can spend less time supporting them, and thus less time suffering.
Today, let us practice recognizing that everything is helpful. When we do, gratitude — not judgment — becomes our response to everything. Love is our true destination and Home. But today, let’s not judge ourself or others for seemingly going in the opposite direction of Love. God, being Love, uses all for good. Thus God even uses our frustration, anger and resentment to help us realize that we are not going in the direction that we would like to go. Let us thank God and all those who, through their participation in our life, are helping us better see the dead-end roads that we are taking. The sooner we are able to see these signposts, the less time we will spend going in their direction, and thus the more peace and joy we will get to experience along our way.

We are taught to search for our worth where no worth lies and still wonder why so many grow up feeling unworthy. This world’s treasures offer us nothing we don’t already posses. None of this world's treasures can offer you the peace God can. All you need do is to take a moment to place your focus back on God rather than the thousands of illusions the ego would have you sacrifice your time and energy to, and His peace will embrace you. Call on Him and He is there, not because He arrives when we call, but because He has never left us. What stresses could you ever experienced or need this world’s pills to calm you, if you but chose to fully trust in His plan? Today breathe in God’s all-encompassing love for you, let go of those anxious thoughts that hold you captive, and remember that all you ever thought you needed to live a more joyful and peaceful life you already have within you know.

In every moment, the choice between joy and judgment is ours to make, thanks to free will. We have the ultimate power and responsibility to make our day, and thus our life, brighter, more joyful and peaceful — or darker, more judgmental and chaotic. Our day starts off as a blank canvas, with many brushes in front of us to choose from. Two such brushes are joy and judgment. In each moment, we choose which brush to use. When we choose to pick up the brush of joy, our canvas becomes an expression of the love that is our true essence and nature. When we choose to pick up the brush of judgment, we reap the darkness that our choice sows. This is not done as a form of punishment, but to help us better understand how our choices are coloring our experiences.
Today, let us recall that, in every moment, God’s gift of free will gives us the right and ability to begin anew. In any moment, we can choose joy over judgment and thus peace over pain. Today, if you find yourself aligned with the ego’s judgment-centered mindset, do not put yourself or others down. Instead, use it as an opportunity to practice using free will to align your mind with your loving essence and nature. The life you desire to create is always just a choice away. The brushes of forgiveness, peace and joy, as expressions of Love, are available for you to choose from in every moment. You make the final choice of which brushes to pick up and use, and thus what kind of day you will create and experience. Breathe deeply, choose wisely and create the kind of world that you would love for your children to inherit.

Rest assured that the Divine, being Love and All, can and does use all for good. All of your experiences come to you in order to help you grow, heal and awaken. In truth, Love and its numerous expressions are what are valuable. They are all aspects of your eternal essence and nature. Anytime you are thinking, feeling or expressing love through any of its forms, you are aligning with and reinforcing your true treasure. Your true value and treasure is the love that you are, have always been and will always be. Your true value and treasure is not something that can be taken away from you.
Today, let us recall that we are God’s treasure, love in physical form. Our divine essence and nature is what is truly valuable. Today, let us no longer doubt our worth or value. Let us shine our love and light bright, in our own unique ways, in order to remember who we truly are and our value to God and this world. Being all One, let us be sure to see everyone’s worth and value. By doing so, we will reinforce and strengthen our own. The more we get to share the love that we are with others, the more we will understand how incredibly worthy and valuable we are. The more we recognize, share and trust in our value, the more worthy of God we will feel — and the more we will then allow God, Love, Light, to flow through us and throughout our day.

Every day, unconscious of it as you may be, you and God have co-designed the journey you are now on. You and God have co-designed an individualized growth workshop to help you heal and awaken. For example, if you have bought into the ego’s darkness and are supporting its tool of judgment, then you will bring someone into your experience who will help you work through that delusion. What or who you bring into your daily experience is all a part of your personalized spiritual growth workshop. It is designed with your specific growth, healing and awakening process in mind.
Today, remember that each situation and relationship you experience is part of a sacred and individualized workshop that you have co-designed with God. God, being Perfect, only creates perfectly. Whenever you doubt yourself or your workshop, simply remind yourself that you have co-designed it with God. Everyone in your workshop heard your soul’s call for help and healing, and courageously answered your call. These are the people who are in your life now. Offer them your gratitude, not your judgment. In essence, they are a gift from God to you, and you are a gift from God to them. The sooner you realize this, the sooner you will have gratitude, peace of mind, joy, compassion, harmony, forgiveness and understanding as your companions.
