Today's patient is a male in his late 30's who about 2 years ago got 'Silikon 1000' injections in his penis. Unfortunately this patient is now experiencing a lot of pain in his pubic region on a daily basis, so he comes to Dr. Katzen for silicone injection removal. Dr. Katzen removes the product from the tip of the patient's penis as well as the areas the silicone has migrated to. The patient no longer has the pain and is happy with his results! Today's patient is a 35 year old female who has lost 140 lbs! She has a lot of excess skin on her back that isn't bouncing back, so to remove that hanging skin Dr. Katzen performs a horizontal torsoplasty, also known as a "bra strap" Torsoplasty because the scar line hides behind the bra strap. The patient also wants more volume in her buttocks, so Dr. Katzen is going to do liposuction around her abdomen and thighs and transfer it to her buttock for a Brazilian Buttock Lift or BBL. The patient is very happy with her results!

Today's patient travels to us from Arizona after losing 100 lbs! She has a great shape but unfortunately has been left with loose hanging skin around her abdomen, hips, buttocks and thighs. So Dr. Katzen performs his signature 360° circumferential lower body lift along with a vertical medial thigh reduction procedure and removes the excess skin and fat.

Today's patient is in her late 20's and had previously lost 125 lbs! Unfortunately with such a massive weight loss, this patient has some excess skin and fat in the inner thighs, the mons pubic region, and on her back and love handles. He's previously come to us for weight loss surgeries including a body lift and a thigh lift, and now he comes to us for cheek implants. As part of the massive weight loss the patient lost a lot of volume in his face so Dr. Katzen is going to put permanent facial implants in the malar region. Today's patient is in her 30's and had previously lost 230 lbs after getting a gastric sleeve procedure. Unfortunately with that massive weight loss the patient has a lot of excess skin that needs to be removed from the abdomen, hips, groin, thighs and buttocks. So in order to remove all of the excess skin and fat in 1 surgery, Dr. Katzen performs his signature 360° Circumferential Lower Body Lift along with a Thigh Reduction procedure. Today's patient is in her 40's and has lost nearly 200 lbs! She previously came to us for a tummy tuck and was very happy with her results, so she's back for the final part of her weight loss journey- the posterior body lift! Today we have a patient who travels to us all the way from North Carolina! This patient had lost over 150 lbs and her 40th birthday is coming up, so to celebrate both of these milestones she wants to get rid of the excess skin and fat on her abdomen as well as her arms. So Dr. Katzen performs a horizontal Torsoplasty as well as an arm lift and reduction. She also wants a better shape in her breasts, so Dr. Katzen is going to also give the patient a breast lift and augmentation with implants. She's very happy with her results!

Today we have a patient in her 30's who about 10 years ago got SOMETHING injected into her buttocks- we believe it's silicone, but there's no way to really tell. Like many other victims of illegal silicone injections the patient quickly began to develop pain in her buttocks radiating down her legs and into her back. Her buttocks also began swelling because of the scar tissue growing around the silicone in her buttock. During an MRI we found silicone had spread into the patient's muscles. So Dr. Katzen performs a posterior body lift to surgically remove as much silicone product as possible

Today we have a patient in her late 30's who got silicone injections in her buttocks about 10 years ago. Over time, the injections began to cause a large amount of pain in the patient as well as swelling due to the development of scar tissue around the silicone. After doing an MRI Dr. Katzen was able to determine that the silicone has not spread to the patient's gluteal muscle, it's only in the fatty layer of the buttocks. So Dr. Katzen is going to perform Ultrasound Guided, #VASER Assisted liposuction to remove all of the silicone product

Today's patient is in her mid 50's and has lost over 100 lbs! After this weight loss the patient had a lot of leftover hanging skin around her tummy, hips and thighs. She previously had a body lift procedure to remove the excess skin from her abdomen, and now the patient is undergoing procedure #2 a Medial Thigh Reduction to get rid of the excess skin around her legs and thighs. The patient is very happy with her results!
