Yep, that's right, Day 5 of my re-work of the #100Kicks100Days Challenge that my son and I completed last year. I'm doing it to assist in getting my legs back in shape and health after a knee injury in March.
These videos are very entertaining, I know, that's why I try to add some fun or relaxing music to listen to.
As I get my old body used to the daily grind again, I'll start trying to do more interest or edu stuff, but for now, let's work it!
