This happened a few nights ago. Two homeless women trying to steal electricity to charge their cell phones on North Main Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. We're seeing this more and more. Peters' Deli up the street had to move their Bayo's Ice cooler indoors because homeless people kept unplugging it (in the middle of summer) to charge their phones. It's theft, plain and simple.

Okay, so there's this guy, walking up the street, and this woman in a car. She slows down, pulls over, smokes a cigarette, all while this guy unintelligibly cries and whimpers about something. I have NO CLUE what's going on here. I went outside and they both left when I went out on the stoop to get a better view of the show. She left in her car. He waved to me and left on foot. They may have taken it further up the street, but who knows?

This happens a lot. People think the front step of my house is their own, personal park bench. I hate it - especially if it's garbage day and I'm trying to get bags and bins out of the house and onto the curb. One of the neat features of the cameras I use is the alarm system!

Up front: The shots happened off-camera. They're clearly audible and I believe the shooter may be the person I circled in the thumbnail for this video, though I can't be sure. Before you ask, no, the police did not ask me for any video and I wasn't the one who called 9-1-1. I was shopping at Weis in Plains Township when this happened. When I came home, I saw the police had part of North Main and Butler Streets blocked off, so I went back in time on the camera to see what happened.

All I can say is, I know from experience, if one shows up - chase them away. If you don't, they'll come back with friends.

Apparently, according to our new Town Crier, we're all going to prison? This is a new development. Stay tuned for more information.

Parking enforcement in the City of Wilkes-Barre, PA is kind of a joke, so I decided to make a comedy film detailing what went down with a 9-1-1 call I made earlier. I've sent photos of this stuff to city police and others, and they told me to call 9-1-1 the next time it happened. This was the result. They moved from illegally blocking the sidewalk to parking illegally on the street, creating massive blind spot, making turning out of Courtright Avenue dangerous.

Meanwhile, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania., there's THIS guy...

I didn't hear the screaming until I was playing back the video to see what was going on to begin with. I went out and I came across two young women in the back of that U-Haul truck. I asked them if they were screaming, or if they heard screaming, and they both said no. I seriously don't know what's happening in this one.

Just another update on this property. According to the notices posted by the Luzerne County Sheriff's Office yesterday evening, the property at 450 North Main Street in the City of Wilkes-Barre will be going up for sheriff's sale (back taxes) on August 4th, 2023. I'd buy it myself if it didn't need so much work done and if interest rates weren't so high. I thought it would be an interesting exercise to take the GToWB mobile. Gina and I are huge fans of the show On Patrol: Live where we get to see the Wilkes-Barre City Police in action, in real time. Part of this exercise is to point out different places around the neighborhood where OPL events happened and to show them in daylight.

Day 3 of this now condemned structure in The City of Wilkes-Barre, PA. More flies. Is there something, possibly someone, rotting in there? Is there a sewer leak creating a pond of filth in there? There was a mistake made somewhere. The city was under the impression that I'm the key holder. I mean, if that were the case, this would've been resolved the other day. They gave up when they couldn't figure out who owns the place.

We see stuff like this out on North Main Street ALL THE TIME. I decided to begin calling these drivers out. We're near an elementary school and there are always kids out there in the street.

It was bound to happen sooner or later. There are many signs out front. "Don't Sit Here" is a new one. So's "No Loitering". Signs warning that passersby are under security camera surveillance. Nowhere do we have a sign that reads, "Show US Your Tits!" This woman took it upon herself to do so. Only on North Main Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania... #oplive
