Parking Enforcement on North Main Street in Wilkes-Barre, PA

Parking enforcement in the City of Wilkes-Barre, PA is kind of a joke, so I decided to make a comedy film detailing what went down with a 9-1-1 call I made earlier. I've sent photos of this stuff to city police and others, and they told me to call 9-1-1 the next time it happened. This was the result. They moved from illegally blocking the sidewalk to parking illegally on the street, creating massive blind spot, making turning out of Courtright Avenue dangerous.
