A Woman Screams - Drunk Guys Doing Laps Around the Block on North Main Street in Wilkes-Barre, PA

I didn't hear the screaming until I was playing back the video to see what was going on to begin with. I went out and I came across two young women in the back of that U-Haul truck. I asked them if they were screaming, or if they heard screaming, and they both said no. I seriously don't know what's happening in this one.
