Solo lair runs are a lot easier to win than pickup parties where two people repeatedly revive. It's how lairs should've worked at the very beginning of being added to the game.

Temtem: 1.5 is here, the new mythical lair
Nothing interesting happened in the past couple updates, but now there's finally some new things to do. I should've equipped Loatle with sweatband so I could keep pushing doom off the boss with faraday cage.

Temtem 1.5: umbra hunt
Second umbradar attempted. I think the cumulative chance of getting one umbra from one umbra radar is about 23%, but they're pretty expensive and there's absolutely no compensation if you don't find one. Since umbras automatically have all egg techniques, it's perfect for digital types that need a lot of ETCs to be useable.

Temtem: 1.3 is here, GritArena with digicore
GritArena is a fun way to use your own tems that was buffed with 1.3 to reward more feathers. It's still expensive, but a lot faster for quick battlepass experience and feathers without risking your time and pansuns with mythical lairs.
GritArena works by having a whitelist of tems you're allowed to enter with and after every run the whitelist scrambles again. My favorite lead pair is Monkko with Zaobian or electric Koish.

Temtem: 1.2 update is here, archtamers vs machines round 2
Harmful Microwaves was changed this update to synergize with electric instead of digital, so I can't dual wield digital type special sweepers. Is it a nerf? Sort of. When you can't get synergy, it's a buff. When you can get synergy, it's a very slight nerf because you can't stack tems that use Harmful Microwaves without needing 0b10 as a damage dealer. Gazuma is a lot more valuable now. Tesla Prison getting buffed also helps me a lot.
I rebuilt some of this team's members, replacing some that have imperfect SVs with ones that have perfect SVs, some better TV spreads, and replacing my Mimit with 0b10 to provide more support. Mimit was mostly on the team to provide synergy for Harmful Microwaves, but since the synergy source isn't digital anymore, I don't need Mimit anymore.

Temtem: using a radar to get a luma Thaiko
I got one of these a few months ago with abysmal SVs and finally decided to try for a better one. Monkko's luma form looks great and fits a very important role in my digital core team, so it was worth the effort.

Temtem: my digital core team versus Archtamers
There's normally a lot of bulky water and nature types to make my robots and sanity suffer but for once I had a clean run. Toxic types would be cool if not for wind being the most prevalent type all four of them use, looking at their full pools.
This isn't a guide on how to beat the archtamers. Digital types are generally pretty unreliable. I still like using them.

I lucked upon my favorite Chromeon subspecies in this run. The reward was also moderately adequate.
I changed my clothes for once. I also changed what my character in this game is wearing. It's only temporary, as all things.

I was about to surrender to restrategize my team again, when I realized this was a perfect situation for me to be annoying into victory. Business as usual.

Temtem: rematch versus Yareni, asserting dominance with lizards
This dojo tends to use some melee, mental, and digital types that get evaporated by my small lizard associate. The crystal types get shattered in a focused beam of dirt.
Normally lizards eat bugs but I had to ban it from the match at the beginning because my associate is a robot that's afraid of being overtaken by nature.
Most players use the same team for all eight dojo rematches but I like having specialized teams for each one.

Temtem: Sacred Lake lair, even faster win
I know Mudrid is one of my favorites and Seismunch is pretty cool, but what made this run ridiculous is getting the bonus that counts down 1 hold at the start of the battle for free. Back to back knockouts of the boss' health bar.
If you're wondering how I get so lucky, what you don't see is how I died at the last tamer battle in my lane in the previous two runs.
Maybe those wizards aren't so wicked after all. Aren't witches supposed to be the wicked ones? What are wizards supposed to be, wiggly? They better not be when I'm in the same room. I'm not dealing with this again.

Temtem: using a radar to get a luma Towly
I had a weekly quest to complete a radar for this rare species. In the off chance I ended up getting a luma Towly, I have a male and female luma I've been waiting to breed to use up their fertility. I expected nothing and ended up pretty well.
I have an oddly consistent history of my radar lumas within *5 odds having better stats than lumas I get within *10 odds. I suspect a guild of wicked wizards may be involved.

Temtem: Anak Volcano lair, battle versus Tyranak
This run's team was very smart and lucky with grabbing bonuses. I was also lucky, but not really smart, to get an Aohi this run which resists all Tyranak's possible attacks. The smart thing I did was stacking buffs and putting the boss to sleep to make time for more buffs.
If you don't know what Temtem is, it's a video game where creatures run around throwing things at each other while the rest of us scream in pain and agony on the ground. Sometimes someone says a bad word. It wasn't me, though, honest.

Temtem: Sacred Lake lair, battle versus Volgon
I lucked into dual wielding Mudrids for quick knockouts on the boss until running out of stamina. I burned through my healing items to barely survive my last tamer battle in my lane, so I thought I'd have to sacrifice everything else in my team while the twins rested in the back to regain stamina.
If you don't know anything about Temtem, this video is the boss of a roguelike minigame. I ended up with a very lucky run and the rewards were a lot better than what I usually get. It's all downhill from here.
