PokeWilds: episode 15, new island

PokeWilds is a freeware fangame that's not an official Pokémon product. You might think venturing out to sea would bring you back to wherever you came from before getting marooned on the island, but instead you go to another island.

What was the point of building that bridge on the first island? Traveling between islands requires venturing into the edge of the map. If there's a bridge I can build a beacon close to that edge. Without something to stand on out there, I'd have to fly or surf all the way out there if I want to go back to my previous island. The bridge could be a cheaper resource such as grass ground tiles but the bridges look nicer. The bridge also doesn't have to be dry land the whole way out there, but it'd take extra effort to tear down the bridge on my way out there just to create a tiny island.

What's on the new island? First important feature is toward the end of this video where I get extremely lucky with how this island generated the location of the Regi forge. Normally I have to go on a huge island exploration, scouring every single tile of the map, only for the very last few pixels to be where it was hiding the whole time. Second important feature is new overworld Pokémon that are potentially shiny.
