1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Erythritol
1 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Procedure:
1) Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
2) Pulse into a smooth dough.
