Singapore being a city state, doesn't have a lot of space for their air force exercises, so they are normally held over the city itself. This Halla Airlines Embraer EMB-120 skidded off the runway at the airport of Mogadishu in Somalia befor crash landing into the perimeter fence of the airport. Miraculously only two passengers were slightly injured during this accident. This departure of an SAS Airbus A320 from Skiathos airport in Greece didn't go as planned for some tourists. Those waiting directly in line of the jetblast got their ass jetblasted pretty hard. If you have traveled to or from Hang Nadim airport at the Indonesian island of Batam, you probably have experienced their bad taxi service. As online ride share apps aren't allowed at the airport, the only options are to take an airport taxi right from the terminal or to walk to the main gate and get a ride share there, but even those were attacked recently. Holy crap, what a crowd at the Central Bus station South (TBS) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. People want to get home before they have to work tomorrow after a long weekend. It's 10 PM!

The city of Bakhmut in Ukraine was the location of an almost year long battle by the Russians to conquer the city from the Ukrainians, only to gain full control over it when it was completely reduced to rubble. The city has been effectively razed to the ground by occupying forces. Well, this doesn't happen every day! Apparently a passenger of Asiana Airlines flight OZ 8124 was playing with the door handle just before the plane touched down at Daeyu airport in South Korea. The Bethel Church - or Bethelkerk in Dutch - was one of the first Protestant churches to be constructed in the Meester Cornelis area after the area was designated to be a future city development during the Dutch colonial time. The national archive of the Netherlands-Indies - or Landsarchief - was moved to this building by then governor-general Daendles after it became clear that the old location at lower altidute wasn't that safe from flooding.
